Had them put on windshield wipers i bought there, and a couple days later when i first use them they’re skidding and squeaking. i go back in to ask what’s wrong with my wipers, so an employee comes out to check telling me that they’re perfectly fine and that i just need to use them more often. a month goes by so i have my dad look at them, turns out the employee had put them on wrong the whole time. workers don’t know what they’re doing and clearly don’t actually pay attention when you ask for help.

Unfortunately last evening about 8:30 my car wouldnt start. After I had it jumped went over to AutoZone located in VIncennes Indiana to get a battery and have it installed. I believe the guy at the counter was Ray Stevens, (I hope I got his name correct). He worked with me till 10:00 in the parking lot of AutoZone with me holding a flash light to take care of me. He went above and beyond to take care of me. I appreciate his kindness, and his persistence. Just wanted to send a BIG THANK YOU! GOD bless!

People always nice, and actually go out of their way to let me know Im I mean something to them for picking their store to do business with, thank you all there at this store !!!

The staff dont know what they are doing and most of the time the refuse to give help.

They have a good variety of products for any vehicle, at good prices.I only shop there if in a hurry and our locally owned parts store doesnt have what I need.

I went in to make a simple return and I was completely avoided for 25 minutes. There were 4 customers that came in AFTER I did and they were taken care of before I was. The new manager was completely unprofessional. He intentionally ignored the fact I was standing there to continue talking with another co-worker and another man who wasnt even making a purchase. I asked the manager for assistance and he walked away from me to pay the delivery driver for a pizza he had delivered to the store. I then had to raise my voice to get help after I had watched 6 customers that came in after me get assistance first along with the delivery driver. Once the manager finally acknowledged me, he asked me what do you want? I told him I had a return, he was rude and very short with me, started doing the return on his own, then passed it off on the other worker, walked away from me without saying ANYTHING and went back to the conversation he was previously in.. I am VERY disappointed with the way I was treated as well as the immature and unprofessional behavior of the new manager... Its quite obvious he picks favorites and serves customers in the order he feels like rather than the order they came in. Just because he has a management title doesnt give him the authority to disrespect and ignore a customer for 25 minutes simply because he was more concerned with gossiping about building cars and getting that Bobes pizza eaten.

Fast service. Staff could be a bit more knowledgeable

I work next door and one of my coworkers ran over to get a tool for our store. She slipped on the ice in the auto zone parking lot and smacked her head on the ground. We rushed over and sat with her while the ambulance came. She laid in the parking for a good 15 minutes and the employee stood at the window watching. Never once came out to check on her.

They always have just what I need.

Many thanks to the service person who helped us this morning after we hit a deer while passing through Vincennes on our way to Chicago. He came out to the parking lot to look over our car and checked to be sure it was still safe to drive. Our complements to his outstanding service. October 3, 2020 about 11:15AM.

Great staff and very helpful.....Last year I had to replace my exhaust system from engine all the way back. I had to walk up there and when I arrived 2 employees were outside. I got my parts n ask if I could leave part of it there and come back after I took some of my parts home. A manager said no but offered to take all my parts and myself home. Not expected but very good customer service. My hats off to them for going above and beyond!

Clerk told me he had a part I needed so I drove across town and they said they would have to order it and made it clear he never even checked.

The staff is always helpful great at making sure I get everything I need to get the 1st time. Just wish the staff did not have to offer things I dont need to meet a quota.Randell really knows his stuff

Allen was amazing helped me thru all my questions and replaced my battery helped me find the brake line I needed and helped me find the camshaft sensor

I love there fast customer service and how they are willing to go out of there way to help me figure out what was wrong. I would recommend them to anyone very well managed and very good customer service.

They usually have what I need. They can get parts from one store to another quickly. They test batteries and read codes on cars and trucks. They have a loan a tool program. Its a pretty solid store.

I called and the guy on the phone was able to walk me through a issue. Great service

Went in for a dead battery, and someone helped me right away, figured out it needed replaced, they took care of that with great customer service, will continue to go there for all of my automotive needs.

The staff always are eager to help...even if they dont know what they are talking about. Still, its the thought that counts I guess :| most their staff is knowledgeable and wants to help any way they can.

For those who actually read these reviews, I have a statement about all auto parts stores. They may have the diagnostic equipment to check your check engine light, but none of the employees are certified mechanics unless otherwise posted inside the store for anyone to see. So if you want any opinion on vehicle problems take it to a certified mechanic not your auto parts store.

Auto parts and aftermarket items, they dont sell tires tho, our local store is staffed by Adults that seem to have a grasp on how to run a auto parts store.
