Tried to get an oil change today, 9/29/2021 and they were closed due to staffing shortages

They were very courteous

Wont answer the dam phone

The service at the desk was great, however once we got in our vehicle, oil was all over the steering wheel and door handle. Thankfully we do not own a brand new car, but still that isn’t the point. Respect for others vehicles is key when working in a tire and lube business, even if it is just for (Wal-Mart) as people would say.

I cant even go into the nightmare of what I dealt with here. After 2 hours they told me they couldnt change my tire and thats with an appointment. Took it to Marathon on Washington Avenue and was done 20 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

The service writers dont take your order till they feel like it and the managers do not keep there word. My girlfriend took a vehicle in there about 2 months ago and waited 5 hours just to be told they couldnt work on it because of tire tread that was to low. Which is wasnt. The manager promised her a discount next time she was in and then when we did come in he said he remembered her but was not going to give her discount. Do yourself a favor and take your car next door to Ubelars. There competitive with Wal-Mart and will do you right. And they have actual mechanics. This is coming from a mechanic who used to work at Wal-Mart

Why get a great service that’s not breaking the bank just to break it when your vehicle blows up on the side of the road. You should ask whose in there servicing it how often the oil filter be swapped before the Valvoline syn oil breaks down itself. 10k easy. Not with FRAM. Walmart had to contract them aside one of the best oil companies, ever. Just business, well folks it’s just business.

To say this was a poor service job would be a gross understatement. I went in about two months ago for a $50 full-synthetic oil change on my car (which I had bought a few months back). I thought I’d be done in 30 minutes, hassle-free.Boy was I wrong...I ended up waiting three hours because they cross-threaded the drain plug and had to tap the oil pan. None of the service techs there even informed me of the situation (at least five were there including the manager) until I had asked about it and worse, they tried to pass it off as if it was my own fault. I wound up with a $300 brake repair less than a week later because the line came undone in the process and left me with no brakes.Now, at the time of writing this, I have to take it to a mechanic to see if the pan itself needs replaced. Thanks Walmart, you seem to train your technicians and management very well.

Thought they werent too bad till I tried to do my next oil change myself and found out they completely stripped my drain plug on my oil pan way overtightened my oil filter cover and I had to go buy new parts for my car. Dont trust half the people that work their they obviously dont know what their doing

Went for an oil change. Paid 40 dallors for full synthrtic. They Installed drain plug incorrectly and cross threaded it back into oil pan all my oil leaked out. Drove it for about a week and now my engine seems stuck. Probably Damaged my engine....

I would give negative stars if possible. The last time I took my car there (years ago) the woman forgot to put oil in my car!! I

Waited for almost two hours on a day with few other customers. They drained the oil and just forgot about it until I asked them to get it done. Four guys hanging out in the auto bay doing nothing while my car sat 15 feet away from them.

Untrained staff and toxic management that brings down thors hammer on the techs working in there which bleeds down to the customers in long run seen it myself as an experienced mechanic who worked there a short while before realizing the faults and inexperience of younger managers not even in charge of that area that chased off several quality employees and loyal customers

Got new tires well I guess they do not know how to tighten lug nuts because mine were loose.
