They always go above and beyond for the customer. They go above and beyond even when it is troublesome. I highly recommend this service. If you are getting water on your own, it is not worth it. Just have them pick it up and deliver. Set up fees and initial charges are very low.
I truly appreciated the honesty of the manager that came out to assess my current water softener. He told me that mine was currently working fine and did not need replaced. Once I do need new equipment, I will definitely be using Culligan.
I have had nothing but trouble with my reverse osmosis. It leaks around the small hoses which are supported by the clips. 65 dollars for someone to stop by to replace one of these small clips and when I changed out filters, one of those clips broke and started leaking again. Im at my wits end. This is made very cheaply to have the clips break and leak right after replacing. My cabinet is ruined. The machine is constantly beeping and has been since the beginning. It seems they have to make multiple trips to check on the equipment, meaning multiple charges. The individuals that sold this to me made it seem easy, until I bought it and got it into my home. Now I have to wait weeks to months for someone to do simple maintenance on this equipment. I would suggest staying home when they work on this equipment to double check it all and make sure nothing else needs to be done, so you are hot charged another 65 for an additional trip. Im both disgusted and disappointed with this company. I bought the equipment from the Culligan in Charleston, Illinois, but since they currently do not have a service tech, they sent someone from Vincinnes.
My recent service call with Culligan was nothing short of fantastic! Adam was the main tech and he had a trainee with him who I believe was named Daniel. They were both so professional and so nice. Adam did a great job explaining the problem with my unit and how they would be fixing it. He was also very patient with my many questions, answering them all in detail. I would consider these two gentlemen assets to your company. You should feel very lucky to have them.
We called Culligan to fix a leak on the softener that we have had for only 2 years. The service person told me that it would be cheaper and easier for my husband to do and that it was a simple fix, charged about $100.00 for showing up, and then left. My husband says that it is not a simple fix. There are cutting pipes involved. We will now need to call a plumber to fix what Culligan should have done.

Great machines and better service including home delivery.
Management is unprofessional, especially on the service side. Dont expect anything more than a former rent to own furniture employee to deal with you. That is where their service manager hails from. The relationship you will get will consist of a million pre-purchase promises, and zero post-purchase deliveries. The coffers are as stuffed as the staff, of that I am sure of!
