I would recommend Brian for any of your water service needs. Hes very knowledgeable and was great to work with. He was able to fix my problem with a simple fix rather than spending thousands of dollars to try and fix it. I already have a water softener system from them and they will be my first call whenever I need anything in the future. Ive had my Kinetico water softener for a few years now. What a great investment! I use less laundry detergent and no fabric softener now. Also, my dishes come out of the dish washer spotless with no additives.Furthermore, I want to say thank you to Brian and the entire team for such good customer service.

We bought a water softener and the K5 reverse osmosis system. It is a bit expensive, but our water quality is absolutely amazing. No more hard water which is not only great when taking a shower, it is easy on our appliances, our drinking glasses are crystal clear when they come out of the dishwasher. The reverse osmosis system is great, the water is better than bottled water. Like I said it is pricey but it is worth every penny.

It is nice to have a business that answers the phone, is clean, curious and presents good value for the prices charged. We have been a customer for 13 years now here in IN. We have had 13 Kinetico water softeners in 13 homes over the last 30 years. We have never had an issue with the systems that was not contributed to normal poor water issues. Thank you Kinetico of Vincennes for your good business practices.Added on 10-6-19. We just had in addition to our water softener through Kinetico. The technician Tony was very thorough and informative about the carbon filter we purchased on our house to get rid of the bleach smell in the Evansville Water. What a difference again thank you very much Kinetico for helping us with the issues we have with the water here in Vanderburgh County.

Called them to schedule a service call and they informed me that I would have to give them a credit card payment up front of 85.00 for a service call plus 115.00 for 1 hour labor. This is before they even come to look at there system!!! Unbelievable, well I am replaceing with another brand!!
