Well Liana Reed they are on different store hours due to COVID since June 2020. And as far as locking people inside that is going to far. You obviously have never worked in retail where when it’s closing time it’s displayed by the door and is announced in person by an employee or over loud speaker.Your lack of planning does not constitute an emergency on their part. If you can’t be more organized with your time then shop online where you will get your items any time of day or night. That way you can bypass so called rude employees that have worked all day helping others that did plan their Christmas shopping accordingly. Maybe next time you go out shopping make sure you know what time the store is closing before you go.That way you will have a good shopping experience and not blame employees for your rude attitude.

We walked into store #02966 Vincennes on Saturday night looking for a few last minute Christmas gifts. It was 10 minutes before closing time at 7pm. There were several customers still in the store. We were greeted by Justin, was extremely rude saying we had only a few minutes to get whatever. Extremely rude and obnoxious to everyone in the store and even stood at the sliding entrance door advising people not to even come in. He then locked the doors so that not even those of us that made a few purchases couldn’t even get out! He made everyone in the store uncomfortable. I realize closing time is just that but you lost a lot of potential sales from one very rude salesman that evidently doesn’t take your bottom line seriously. Harbor Freight is my husband’s favorite stores but we will go to Jasper store from now on. Merry Christmas Justin!🤨🤨🤨🤨

I love going to this store. The only bad thing about the place Is the employees breathe right down your back the entire time like your trying to steal something

As always, Harbor Frieght has the majority of the items i was looking for in the store.This store is very clean and well maintained. Employees wear masks and practice social distancing.The staff was friendly, helpful in locating items and polite. They even took the time to take me to the item I was asking help to locate, a rare occasion now a days!Great pricing and thousands of items.And dont forget, if you like this review please press the like button!

It was well stock, and placed. You could see everything there, nice displayed. Best Harbor Freight I ever been in. Store employees were real friendly and helpful. Most stores have trouble walking around and too small.
