I went to buy my toddler son his first mattress. The overall experience was very well. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted, but the manager, Matt B., was able to help us immensely. He was was very knowledgeable and helped us decide which mattress would be the best fit for our child. We talked about about bunk beds, and he told us which thickness we should avoid. He also told us about the encasement for the mattress to help keep it clean. The whole time he was very polite and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend going to him if you need a new mattress.

We purchased a memory foam mattress with a adjustable base for our daughters birthday. When it was delivered we began to put it together and found that it was missing a pin that holds the two bases together. When we called our local mattress firm where we purchased they said we can’t get that piece out to you for another week. I then told the that was unacceptable as it was a gift for our daughter. I even told the clerk that I would be more than happy to come to the store in person and pick up the missing part. He said that he didn’t have it and proceeded to tell me that I could just rig it up with something else to hold the two bases together. It’s a shame that our local mattress treated us like ohh well we have your money now just rig it up and on to the next customer!

While shopping for our new mattress Matt was our salesmen. He was very knowledgeable with each mattress we tried out. He built a solid rapport with us on our sleeping behaviors, likes, and dislikes with mattresses. He used that information to select mattresses that would best suit our preferences and budget. We tried out several mattresses before making a decision. He was not hassling us to purchase right away (like many salesmen do). He was professional, informational, knowledgeable, and most importantly, patience! I highly recommend Matt and as for my choice of mattress, I laid on it for a while as we were being sanitary during this crazy time!

We came into Mattress Firm with high expectations given the reviews, and let me just say that Mathew exceeded my expectations as a salesman. From the beginning, he attended to us and guided us through mattress fitting in what he explains is easy as 1,2,3. We were having back pains when sleeping, which was an indication we needed to switch mattresses, so Matt being knowledgeable and explaining what fit us best just made the experience better. We are especially happy that Matt was able to work with our budget and even get us a better deal than other competitors in the area, which we’d previously visited before this one. Overall, I recommend this place! I think having someone guide you through a professional mattress fitting is the best thing that can happen to assure you are getting top quality for your money.

Everything was quick and easy. We got a great deal and the Salesman helped us into a better mattress than what we originally planned for. Overall a good experience. Only downside when buying a mattress or furniture basically anywhere is the sales people are always paid on commission and that creates a car salesman stereotypical mentality. Not a huge deal but can be draining. If the sales people would be willing to listen more than talk, the process would be more enjoyable and the repeat customer count will be increased.

I was shopping for a new mattress. I went to the Vineland Crossings, it is close by. I kind of knew what I wanted. Matt was very pleasant to deal with. He showed me many different options of mattress that I like. There was no pressure of trying to sell the most expensive but what was in my price range. Our Mattress Firm purchase was fantastic from the time we walked into the store until the final delivery. The purchase was effortless. My son, my daughter and I visited Mattress Firm and Troy showed us some beds right inside the door the more expensive Beauty Rests. Well, I tried them out got the plush medium been sleeping on it for 3 wks and my old bed was more comfortable!!! My hip, back and neck are worse. I called Troy at 1st he said give it some time.So I visited a different Mattress Firm, I liked the one that wasnt so stiff, BUT its going to cost $400. more because I want a queen (price of a twin haha) pick up and deliver new mattress fee, PLUS a restocking fee!!!! They cant reuse the full size adjustable base so thats mine. Full bed is too short for me....soWHAT SHOULD I DO????JANET FROM CLAYTON

My family and I will be thanking Mattress Firm for a perfect nights sleep for years to come! Our experience at the Vineland store, was absolutely one of the best shopping experiences we have genuinely ever had. Upon our arrival we were greeted at the door by a man named Matt, he introduced himself and asked our names, (which he used and remembered throughout the entire interaction). He then proceeded to ask us to lay down on some beds to see what our preferredLikeness was and asked how me and my wife sleep at night. We somehow got into a conversation about his kids. (I probably mentioned that they are the reason we need bigger bed.) Not much longer we found a bed with a leg and head recliner ( that I didn’t know I could soon no longer live with out) and it vibrates! He adjusted everything so perfectly. And then called his Boss Andy to cut us a sweet deal. Meanwhile my son was hanging out with Jenny. Thank God she didn’t mind entertaining him ( he is 4.) Matt was beyond informative, he told us about recent scientific studies related to sleep and new bed technology! That man could sell a tree to a bird! Lol. Such great and positive energy. To bad they were only filling in that day, they usually work at the Eggharbor store. And God looking out to Andy for the price cut!

I had THE BEST buying experience with Jason. He really pulled out all the stops and answered all of my questions. I really wasnt sure what direction I wanted to go in, but I knew what I wanted in a mattress. He paired me with an exceptional mattress at a really fantastic price. He threw in free delivery, set-up and removal of the old one, along with a mattress protector. I also went with an adjustable base, which Im very excited for! I am so happy that I didnt go with a bed in a box like I was originally planning on doing. With all the mixed reviews and no warranty once you remove it from the box, it was too risky. Its nice to have confidence in whats going to be showing up at my door. I couldnt have asked for a better person to take care of me during the process. Very helpful sales staff. Went through several options priced in 2500 dollar range. They addressed what may be beneficial for low back and hip pain from previous injuries. Also sleep temperature. We settled on a Sealy Silver Chill firm with an Ease power base and are eager to try it.

I made a mattress purchase from the vineland nj store. Me and my husband delt with Mr. Govan who was great. He was very informative and patient with us because we knew nothing about mattresses. If looking to buy a new mattress I recommend this store.

Troy assisted us with finding the perfect mattress for our needs. The process was easy and took less time than we thought.

My review is based off of warranty not so much the actual store. We bought our mattress in September 2019 so its just over a year old. The pillow top is hanging over to the point whomever sleeps on that side falls off. Warranty wont cover it, you cant speak to anyone at all. If you call they tell you to talk to someone online, if you fill out the stuff online it tells you no agent is available. I got to the point where I lied about what kind of assistance I needed and acted as if I was buying a new bed, I was put to an agent right away but not for warranty purposes. You can pay $80 for an actual person to come out which in my opinion is ridiculous. Spent thousands of dollars for a mattress that hasnt even made it a year and half. With no help from this company at all.
