He has a honest and forthright approach to presenting the different options for our sleep needs. The store is cozy, clean and organized. We quickly understood the various options and what fell perfectly for our given price range.In very short order, we had our Mattress picked out, delivery date set and felt very comfortable with not only the very competitive price but also the expediency of the transaction, itself.We would highly recommend this location and praise the staff there.

03-2021 We recently purchased a mattress and adjustable base for our daughter. From the time we walked into the store to the day of delivery everything went smoothly. Ron was very knowledgeable and accommodating with our daughters needs in choosing a mattress. Ron took the time to show her how to work the adjustable base and for the ease of getting out of bed too. Ron also was able to get the delivery scheduled for the Sunday of the week we were there. The delivery guys showed up on time and were very nice. Brad helped me out to find a bed that fits all of my needs. I have neck and back problems from a car accident. A bed is very important to help my pains. The one he helped me find fits me perfectly.

My wife and I went in the vineland store to get an idea of what type of mattress we wanted. We were greeted by Ron Stone who was very educated on what we needed, he seemed to know what mattresses were best for us and not just try to get us spend the most money. We explained that I had lumbar disc issues and we needed something that would work best. Ron took us to the mattresses with the best lumbar support and showed us how our backs are reacting to each type of firmness. I was very impressed to actually see the difference and have it explained. Finally we asked about a return policy, most stores advertise 30 days guaranteed, Ron explained they do have a policy however he explained in NJ matress can not be resold. I truely appreciate the honestly and he said they will absolutely work with the customer but, I was more impressed he explained that when other salesmennever did this before. Also the prices were better than the other stores we visited. I will certainly buy here again and I highly recommend the salesman Ron if you need a specific type of mattress that fits your needs.

This is a really nice store with a great selection of mattresses and very good customer service. Only problem is that theres no ability to return the mattresses and now Im stuck with a mattress I dont find too comfortable. Definitely a good place to shop if you know what you want, if youre unsure about what you want it may be best to look elsewhere.

The sales person stayed seated at his desk with no greeting. I was the first to say hello. He made no eye contact with my husband or with my self when he did finally come over to ask what we were interested in. We ended up leaving with no purchase because after he told us to lay on the mattresses he went right back to his desk. We were looking for a brand new bed so we decided to check out The Mattress Factory and was greeted buy Dennis after he was told that we were shopping around he told us that he didnt want to hear that which we thought i was funny a little saleman humor wouldnt hurt right... My wife and i seen two beds that caught our eye but we didnt want to make a decision right there and then because we wanted to check out other stores so we told dennis that we were going to talk about it and he threw a fit like a 3 year kid telling us that people like us are the reason why all of the mattress factory stores are closing and that all the people in our area just want to look around and not buy anything and that is not paying rent.. what a joke!
