Ordered doors from Feather River..took 6 months to arrive and was missing 1. Hardware was wrong on all doors. Replacement of missing doors was late and incorrect. Never again.

Great prices, very friendly staff and great selections for very one in the family. Even the little projects as a folding table add family joy.

I only went there for light bulbs but they made it really easy for me to find it. The only reason that I went there was because they were out of them at Ace and I would have to wait for them to be ordered. I personally Love Ace the place with the helpful hardware man.

We live an hour away we called the store where we spoke to Michelle in lawn and gardens. She was very helpful. The best thing about our experience was that Michelle had everything ready when we got there. We also had to reapply to get credit card and Sarah the cashier had us all done with in 5 min. Then Michelle and Doug helped load our tractor. My husband and I were in awe because other stores around us are never on there game. They should give these guys a raise. They were helpful,friendly and kind big thumbs up to you three. Very Thankfil.

That there is always amazing! They always know exactly what I need to find and find it for me or tell me where else I can find it even if its not at their store. They are very knowledgeable friendly and Beyond helpful. The store is always well stocked and very clean very well upkept. Whenever I have to go to the store I always have a great experience. Very good customer service always in Cumberland County home depot! Ive never had a problem finding everything we need as we remodel our home ourselves. Great prices on quality products. Im very happy so far with the results... as we are slowly getting things done on a tight budget. We arent happy about prices going up because of covid though, but thats everywhere!

Ordered something said it shipped. It never shipped after back and forth with Home Depot. Shipping company confirmed to have the item. They don’t know when they will ship it....it’s been 2 weeks and was suppose to be here on 28th. Time sensitive and Home Depot does not care when it will ship. Seems more like a scam order something claim it shipped when it didn’t. Would have ordered elsewhere. Customer service basically said they don’t care.

Great youre open on Easter but cranky old man Wayne, when someone asks you where automotive is and you point, then turn around & say where the sign says automotive under your breath, you should look at and maybe fix the sign. Last I checked omotive wasnt a real word. Maybe if the sign was up properly, someone couldve found it without asking you.

Its like most other home depots. My big dislike is not enough cashiers. So the two lines that were open had massive lines. Been that way for a couple years now. Clearly most of your customers dont want self checkout.

If you sell products you should stand behind your consumers when they have issues getting their warranty acknowledged regardless of the warranty comes from the manufacturer. We reached out to you for help and was immediately disregarded and told to contact LG. The issue is LG. I have been without a washer for 3 months with constant issues and LG and the service tech company they use playing the blame game and me the CONSUMER is stuck in the middle. I purchased this appliance from YOU and if this is the kind of manufacturers that you do business with I can guarantee you I will never purchase another applicable or anything from your company. I will also be sure to include your lack of assistance in my lawsuit for LG as well as my story to my local news stations. I will also modify my complaint report to the BBB and be sure to include Home Depot as well.

Every time I go in the prices are steady going up! So if you need something down the road I suggest getting it sooner and save some money!

Looking for refrigerators. My Moms legs gave out. Went for riding cart at the front- it was out of order. Marty who works there volunteered to go find one & bring it to appliances. He showed my Mom how to use it & followed us out to the front & waited with her while I got the car. Excellent customer service & a very kind gentleman. I wish all employees were as proactive & accommodating as Marty.

Theyre trying to shift to self-checkout lines, but it was ridiculous watching people struggle to use the system. Hire more cashiers!Also, they dont accept NFC payments still? Expected more from these high tech looking self checkout stations.

I just wanted to leave a positive review for one of the employees here at the Vineland Home Depot, Michelle Moore! She was extremely helpful. My boyfriend and I were looking for a specific kit they had in stock, but we could not find it. Michelle helped us look around the entire store for this item and looked at the extra inventory, but could not find it. Instead of letting us leave empty handed she allowed us to gather the pieces that come in the kit and gave us a good match up in price to the kit. It was a nice gesture especially being that it was a gift for the holidays. Thank you for your patience and kindness. You were of great help and a blessing!

Home Depot always has great variety foe plants and flowers. Everything you need for work in the yard. Wood prices are a little expensive but I still think Home Depot has the best prices.

I have been to many different Home Depot stores. The Vineland/Millville Home Depot has a very helpful staff. They also have everything one would need for the amateur or professional home repair, electrical, plumbing and painting professionals or enthusiast. The only negative I see is the difficulty it is at times to find staff in the aisles. They have such a large inventory, more staff would definitely be helpful for anyone that is shopping for one of the hundreds of thousands of items that they stock.

Cashier was such a sweetheart. Was asked several times if we needed anything. Great crew.

This place has awful customer service despite what other reviewers are saying. EVERY time i come here to find something, i have a difficult time trying to get help from staff as they all stand around talking and goofing off or walking around not doing anything. I ask for help and they act as if i am bothering them. None of the employees knows anything about any product or service offered despite working in a setting that sells specific products and services. The answer they give is always the same...I dont know. Im not sure. The only reason i continue to go to Home Depot is because Lowes is worse. Lately ive been getting what i need on the internet through direct contractors. Its easier dealing with people that take pride in the work they do.

The selection was good. The store management needs to be more vigilant about enforcing mask requirements for the customers. Two men were in the same aisle as me and neither had a mask on. I had to leave the aisle and come back when these rude men left. With the virus raging in this area, The Home Depot needs to do more to ensure safety.

This Home Depot is the best in the area. Had a wonderful Christmas display of many different artificial and real trees for the holidays. Just beautiful.

The only register open for cash had no dollar bills. So I couldnt make my purchase. So much for not discriminating against those who dont have credit or debit cards.

This home Depot really is bad I wont be going to this one ever again they miss place orders or you have such a long waiting period for your items and most if the store has an attitude the store manager has a real nasty attitude so I guess so will the employees I recommend any other home Depot just not this one

Good hardware store, everything is organized and you can find the stuff more faster without loosing the time of walking all over the place for no reason.

Terrible delivery service. My dad purchased a refrigerator on December 13th that couldnt be delivered until January 8th. Jan 8th they call and say it cant be delivered that day because the driver had a family emergency and they would reschedule for Monday the 11th. Monday comes and they have no record of it going to be delivered that day either. Customer service says the computer system has Attempted to Deliver on the 8th. After calling again they say you can reschedule for this Friday for delivery or not get it delivered. Unreal, my father had to miss 3 days of work now because of this.

Not intuitively laid out, making things difficult to find. Employees appear to actively avoid interaction with customers whenever possible. Parking lot is always jammed and many of the spaces are full of shopping carts that arent regularly collected. I will say that the ladies room was very clean and appeared newly renovated, which was nice.

Great store. Last year I purchased my stove and refrigerator here. The prices were good as was the sale. I had delivery and set up, the driver and workmen were reallly great and careful with my purchases. I have been going back ever since. The employees in the store are great also. Customer service was exceptional, above and beyond my expectations and overcoming some system issues that could have been complicated except for their persistence.

Had what I needed but only 1 associate was helpful & lifted a 60lb bag of concrete on my flat cart for me. Then I proceeded to lawn & garden & purchased 20 40lb bags of topsoil. Plenty of young men associates there staring at their cell.phones not one offered to assist me. I then pushed the cart to my truck 2 associates in parking lot I asked for help to load & they ignored me they had phones in hand staring at them & ear buds in.....must have been listening to music. Oh well they are making 11 bucks an hour (min wage in NJ) plus I would have given an associate. $20.00 tip to of helped me.
