I had issues with another local Uhaul location, but Roberto was very accommodating, patient, and super helpful. These guys here will go above and beyond for you.

Had issues with my reservation and both the assistant manager and the worker were so helpful and courteous and apologetic. Even though my issues weren’t resolved, I can tell that they tried their best to augment it. Gave me an extra day that I needed for free instead. I recommend this store! 😊

On 8/17/21, I reserved a 10x15x8 unit on their website with a move-in date of 8/21/21 (today.) When I arrived, I was told by the two employees there that not only was there no unit available in that size but that they have absolutely nothing available whatsoever. They didnt even apologize. They simply said they didnt know why the site allowed me to make a reservation for something they didnt have (even though they were able to pull my reservation up ok their computer.) Im getting ready to move and have had an incredibly difficult time finding a storage unit that I desperately need. Needless to say, this experience eliminated any trust I could have in U-Haul and wont be renting a truck from them in the future either as I cant be certain my reservation will be honored.

We come here all of the time to bother the store manager, Roberto. Hes amazing! Always does his best to take care of all of your needs! Ive never had an issue with him helping you out! Sometimes theres a little wait because theres too many people for 2 (sometimes 3) employees. As long as you can be a little patient, youll have a quick, easy, painless experience here! We love it and would never rent elsewhere, were loyal customers now!

We scheduled a truck to be reserved for today at 9am. The website said someone would call us if the truck was unavailable and to discuss alternatives. No one called us so we drove 1.5 hrs to pick up the truck so we can get my late mother in law’s furniture. Upon arrival we were told there are no 1 way trucks available (except for a 26’ truck) and the nearest one is in Deptford (too far away for renting it today to make sense). When my husband asked the employee why no one called us to tell us this, the employee said that it’s a specific department that’s in charge of calling people, and that lately they haven’t been calling anyone. Why in the world is this allowed to happen???? How is one entire department just allowed to not do their job??? Now we have to inconvenience our friends and family to help us again in the future when we reschedule a different date to come get this furniture. I am absolutely livid and appalled that uHaul would be okay with this absolutely unacceptable situation. To be clear, I am not at all blaming the employee that my husband talked to this morning since it’s not his fault. Currently on hold with uHaul customer service right now. Hopefully this can get resolved because I have lost all trust in uHaul and we will be using a different, more reliable, trucking company in the future.

Reserved a trailer with a credit card 3 weeks previous with a reservation # 87905835 and counter person verified and guaranteed an 8 x 5 trailer on 2/26/21. Got a call 2 days previous of pickup that no trailer was available. Left me in a whirlwind with the only option of driving almost 3 hours to pick one up in lewes delaware. This is not good business and will never do business or recommend this storage facility to anyone. Shame on you for your not making any provisions of getting me a trailer. Uhaul corporate should look at this facilities management and straighten things out.

Despite having a reservation for vehicle storage, they refused to rent me a space. They blamed it on the system and rather than saying anything about what I need they instead complained to me that they want to get rid of their other vehicle storage customers (like I would be concerned with that). Completely unconcerned that they are not honoring their commitment. Unapologetic other than insincerely saying the words. I need vehicle storage starting today, now Im stuck.

The staff were very helping in setting up this rental. Driving 273 miles in a cargo van in cold / rainy weather was comfortable thanks to climate control. Transporting the items was easy with the multiple areas to tie down (boards on sides and hooks on floor). I brought my own blankets, ropes and tarps. Return and after rental inspection went smoothly. Receipt sent to email.

Things I guess would have been okay since Ive been there for two years and when I first got there the price of the unit was 50 a month and then went to 75 a month and a two-year. They had no problem with sending ability to every month but they couldnt send a letter stating their roof was bad in return I go to empty out my unit and some of my mothers good old leather jackets were moldy from the roof being bad and the ceiling being destroyed with mold and everything. the only person that was theres the one kid that drives around in the car with the beard and his sister particularly care for the toothless guy that works at front because he was toothless

If I could give them no stars I would. Absolutely the WORST service. They were not supposed to charge the card I used, just put a hold because it was not my card, and do a promissory note for future payment. Not only did they charge the card but they added extra fees and are refusing to refund the money after it put the account into negative. The manager agreed to refund the card but then the next day renigged. Ill use Budget or Just4Wheels next time I have to move. On top of that they charged me a full months rent for 4 days of storage...What a joke, horrible customer service!!

Would recommend for moving supplies at least. Jess there was very helpful and nice.

Roberto is Batman! The 800 number of U-Haul was trying to send me to Cedarville to pick up a trailer Ive reserved for this area at least a week in advance. Called Roberto he didnt have anything five minutes later he called me back and had a trailer for me

This place is disgusting and the staff is very condescending in tone. Had my sons furniture stored there for two months. When we got it out, rat droppings everywhere. Five of his banana republic shirts eaten. The manager said oh well you didnt buy the insurance for vermin control. Lmao, the rats had more class then the staff!!!!

The manager here takes great care of me and my storage needs this is a place that I will be with for least 5 years now
