Seriously? Not a well managed facility. Since Ive been here the last two years. Theyve raised their rate twice this year, yet now have a security gate that hasnt worked in months. If you have valuables there, just know that anyone can drive onsite with a set of bolt cutters, empty your unit and be gone through an always open, broken, gate. 24/7Also, I pay for the year in advance every year because the 13th month is free. I paid this past April for 12 months and was told the 13th was free. After checking my bank statement I saw that I was billed for 13 months. Nothing free. I called and emailed to complain and was told that the manager would correct the problem and refund the 13th month I was billed for. Its November now and still nothing.Seriously think twice before coming here or staying here.Well today, after writing the review I wrote last night. I received a message from Jennifer from Colombia Self Storage. I was heading to my unit anyway so I stopped in to talk with Jennifer.When I arrived I saw that after months being wide opened the gate was finally fixed. She apologized for the gate situation citing problems getting the system reprogrammed.When asked about my paying for 13 months, with no free month, she explained that the woman, who had taken my lease payment, was new at the time and had entered information incorrectly. She explained that now my 14th month will be free. I wish this all could have been explained to me 6 months ago when I originally inquired. But I was good with the outcome. I will bump it up to 4 stars and not 5 because I still think it was poor management on their part to have an opened, non functioning gate for months and never sending out an email letting their tenants know of the situation.

I have had my unit for 5+ years rarely ever late. The lock was put on my unit on the 14, I oaid within buisness hours on the 15. Arrived on the 16 (Saturday) and lock remained on my unit. The storage place is closed om the weekends. Now they were quick to lock me out, and werent quick to unlock me. I had to wait the entire weekend to get their lock off and I had a funeral to attend on Saturday in which much needed clothes were in my unit.

Front gate lock is constantly breaking down. Just there today sunday 5/2 and gate will not open. Several other people arrived and they tried as well. Still wont open. You have to do something about this please. This is very inconvenient

Infested with termites and ants. Ruined a bunch of things.

Stopped in about a month ago, Jacob was very courteous, the girl in the office was rude and talked way too much. She had no resolution for my issue, and Jacob was the exact opposite. You should employ more knowledgeable people., thank you Jacob for your fast and courteous customer service.

Aside from somewhat high prices I never had a bad experience here. Devon (spelling) was always a pleasure to talk to on the phone. She is very kind courteous and professional. Thank you Devon.

Just got a storage unit from them today! Very professional, very good customer service, very helpful with picking the correct size unit. They get you set up in no time. The people who work here are very friendly and nice, would recommend them to friends and family.
