I lost my bag and was so very upset. A very nice young man did try to help me locate it.Search as he did, we couldnt find it. He shown concern for my stress. The store manager also concerned, diligently searched. In the process the Manager, thought to ask associates in the rear of the store and found it. He made my day and proved that customer service still exists with those who take pride in their job. He kept my Mothers Day happy. Thank you very much kind Sir. A.C. Moore you have two great people working for you.

They have most of the basic items for my craft. They are just a little more pricey than their competitors. I never purchase in large quantities for that very reason. The 40-50% off one item coupon always helps. If you don’t need it right away, order on Amazon or another online supplier...especially if it’s something you use often and can purchase in large quantities for cheaper. The staff is usually always very helpful and friendly.

This store is perfect for any person looking for supplies. As a student, I get projects often that require a certain level of completeness. A.C. Moore has enough supplies for any at home projects one person might require. The supplies they offer range from baking decorations to aisles upon aisles of paint. I know many others that use this store as well. The supplies here is reliable and often long lasting. This is definitely worth your time for anyone looking to get into a new self project.

Stop for some art supplies for my daughter, being as she is my only one I cater her whims. Found what she needed at a good price. Store well kept, stocked and clean. 0lenty of parking and handicap accessible.

Love coming in for craft ideas and to pick up ingredients for projects. Usually come in with my newspaper coupon at every holiday to buy decorations. Its easy to spend an hour just wandering the aisles and daydreaming about all the things you could do, if only you had the time. I usually find a few small crafty things to purchase that i share with my grandkids. I have also used the framing dept and they do an awesome job. Shelves are usually well stocked and cashiers get called up any time a line forms at check out.

The store is very large. They have good selections and all of their departments. Their prices are a little higher than Michaels, but they often have good coupons. The staff is either nice or rude there is no middle ground. On this visit they were nice.

Such a fun store! Prices are reasonable and they always are running a sale and have coupons. Employees are pleasant and helpful.

I love this store. It has so much varioty. If they dont have what Im looking for they help you find something else that might work. After getting my toys I cant wait to get home and have fun.

This is a nice arts and crafts store. I was able to find everything i needed and then some of course lol most of the employees are nice, there was just one that seemed a little bothered by me asking a question, but she answered kindly and showed my husband and I where it was. So no complaints :)

They had a great sale. Otherwise I find it on the pricey side. The staff was helpful finding coupons for my mom

Go to place for craft supplies and picture frames. Like it better than Michaels for in-store shopping. Staff is friendly and helpful

My all time favorite store to buy art supplies, especially he fun cheap ones for my daughter to do. Sorry Michaels but A. C. Moores is my new art supply store. The staff is always helpful, the place is always clean, great prices, and they have so much supplies to pick from its always a fun treat just to go in and look around.

Very large store with amazing selection, I come here whenever I need to buy something related to arts and crafts, of course. Great staff and reasonable prices.

This place has absolutely everything! I love the selection of jewelry making supplies. Their steampunk jewelry pieces are my favorite. Their art supplies are fantastic as well.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The store seem a bit chaotic when it comes to organization. Not the easiest to find whats needed due to over crowding of products but the prices are worth it.

I recieved a warm and friendly greeting when I entered the store. The same positive energy flowed throughout the store from until I left the building. When the got a litte backed up. As soon as I thought this was going to be one of those Walmart situations when there are ten people and one line open. One of the guys quickly opened another lane. Honestly I do not visit A.C. more often about when Im feeling crafty they are my first choice.

Love it, they have quilted bags and stuff to make jewelery, and painting supplies, sketchbooks and drawing supplies. They sell fudge and it is delicious 😋. Its not expensive.

Clean store, lots of stuff.. The man who checked me out was a big help :) gave me a coupon, but the lady I asked for her opinion on something was pretty rude and did not want to help me at all. Pretty much had an attitude when I stopped her to ask a question about fabric dye and made me answer my own questions.. made me feel stupid.. guess she needed a cigarette. When I left the smoke blew right in my daughters face outside of the exit.Other than that, I really do love this store and everyone else was nice.

I’ve been standing at the framing area, no one here to help. I can hear employees in the break room talking, there’s one working & I am in his few, no help! After 7 mins with no help after looking around, I called, they said they would send someone, it took 5 mins and the person emerged from the break room. I guess I should have interrupted them but I didn’t want to be the person to do that if they were on a legit break

Its an arts and crafts store. Staff is nice. Some things go out of stock at season change, as expected. There are two stores in Virginia Beach. This is the bigger, newer one.

Usually a better shopping experience than Michaels. More space in aisles too.

Yarn, yarn and more yarn, yet theyre always out of what my mother needs! My mother crochetes and I feel like everytime I take her up there they are out of what she needs and then when she finds something new the next time shes there they dont have that either...

My wife & I both had terrible experiences with an Hispanic Clerk. She was rude on two separate interactions. Thankfully tbe manager was able to assist my wife, as for me, I just walked away. This location just lost 2 of its customers & I will be urging several of our friends to do the same.
