My experience with Select Automotive began a week and a half ago. I applied for financing online and received an approval within 36 hours. After approval, I received a call from Marcel at the dealership. Experienced, knowledgeable, and always working.The car I was looking at online wasnt on the lot so we looked at a few options that were similar. I came to this shop because my mom recommended it, and overall it was a nice experience. Marcel worked with me to find a good car for me at a decent price, but after I initially bought the car it was difficult to get ahold of them for my hard plates and such. A couple days after I got the car the check engine light cut on and it was a very long process to be able to get my car seen by their shop, but thankfully I had documents showing that the issues with the car were before my warranty ran out so they honored the 50/50 warranty. Definitely visit their shop in person because the online service requests do not work!! Overall I am happy with my purchase, especially now that my car is running smoothly and the repairs were not entirely out of pocket!

This was by far the best car purchase ever! I did NOT spend hours at this dealership to complete the deal as with other dealerships. From start to finish, (including: test-drive, insurance coverage, tags and out the door), the process was under an hour and a half! Brought a 2012 Gold Jeep grand Cherokee had it for 5 months exact .. and boom, transmission need to be replaced, they wanted me to pay 4,000 & some dollars on top of my monthly payment !!! Not to mention that my warranty didn’t expire but somehow it didn’t cover my repair cus I went over the mileage dumbest thing I ever heard!! I highly recommend not to purchase a vehicle from these people. A waste of money like really ! And not to forget a month after I purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on took it to their town center repair and they supposed to had fix that problem 2 days later it was bk on again…Not to mention the dang on radio even stopped working smh ! I’m so upset ! Now I’m without a vehicle.. they definitely sold me a LEMON 🍋 they offered me to pay half of the repair cost put my monthly payment would increase $125 more !!!! I said oh no ma’am ! I just gave them a big down payment!!! Smh 🤦‍♀️ not even 6 mos again !
