I had a wonderful experience at bareMinerals, I worked with Lauren and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had no idea what shade I would need and given COVID restrictions, they cannot swatch on your skin. At first I was a little unsure of color suggestion I was provided, because it seemed to dark. Lauren assured me that it ended up being the wrong shade, I could return it with no issues. However, I got home and it was the perfect shade! Lauren also helped me create my own kit based off of my individual needs and products I wanted to use. I loved that she was not pushing me into something outside of my comfort zone or to products I would not need. Also, I felt very welcome, sometimes in makeup stores, I feel intimidated because I am not a makeup professional. Lauren took time to help me understand the product and how to properly apply it! Very impressed with the products so far and the staff at this bareMinerals boutique!

Bad customer service. Sales person didnt even acknowledge when we walked into the store.

Store was clean. Female employee was helping another customer but never acknowledge us. We were going to buy items but seemingly she didnt want our money. Only gave a star because couldnt leave review.

Employees are very helpful and I love going to this location.

About a year ago I had a bad experience at the bare minerals in Lynnhaven Mall. Earlier this week I was contacted by new management wanting to have me back in for a consultation to give a go at a re-do from that day.Jessica was my consultant today and I am more than happy with the experience. I left today with two products I plan to use day to day but in my upcoming wedding as well. Jessica was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. I have her card on file as a possible make up artist for the wedding next summer.Bare minerals has a great product, as always. And under the new management, fantastic staff.Thank you Jessica!

Went out of their way to find me the color I was looking for.

Great experience with Jessica on January 30, 2019. She listened to my skincare concerns and was very knowledgeable on Bareminerals and various brands I have tried. She was the definition of a customer service professional and made my first visit into a Bareminerals store a great experience. I definitely would recommend this location and brand to friends, family, and co workers.

I went here to pick up my birthday freebie earlier this month (a liquid lipstick). There was one lady working the small store. The store was clean and very pretty. Bare minerals feels like a makeup company geared towards older women. I myself am younger and prefer brighter colors with my makeup. The lady finished up with her customer and then helped me. She was very hands on, swatching the various lipstick shades on my hand. I told her I liked bright colors, but thought I should get a nude since basically all of the shades were nude. The worker was very set on this fushia shade for me. A little background, I just had my hair done and it turned out a very bright fushia pink color. I really did not like it, but it was done earlier that day so I hadnt changed it yet. The worker insisted on this shade, but I wanted another. She pushed me to try them on even though I didnt think it was necessary. In the end, I wish she would have just left me alone to look myself. I ended up with a color I didnt really like as much just so I could leave. But thats probably just my personality.
