Normally a great place for my wife and I to get her prescriptions from. However, today I went there and sat on the drive through for a moment, hit the call bell, and no one answered. No signs saying they were closed. Went inside only to find them closed. Another gentleman was in the same predicament, and a lady told us that they had moved all prescriptions across the street to a non drive through location.I can understand moving, but some signs would have been nice that would let a customer know. Especially in the drive through and on the front door.Seeing as how Rite Aid is doing away with the drive through and closing that location, we will be moving all medications to a new pharmacy. It’s not the most convenient of locations to get to, and there’s no drive through so it doesn’t make sense to go there anymore.

23 July around noon, lady working was very, very rude and didnt know anything about the products her store sold and blamed me cause she couldnt figure out what marlboro reds where even after I said the regular ones and pointed at them. She was just blunty rude and sighed a few times. Lady if you dont like your job find another. Never going back to this store and I am spreading the word across to my fellow sailirs not to go here either. btw their pharmacy is permanently closed and half of their shelves are empty, hopefully this horrible place is closing for good.

Natalie and John, in the Pharmacy, couldnt be kinder and more attentive to my needs. Im constantly picking up meds for my elderly mother and rarely are they not ready prior to.my requesting refills. I drive past several other locations just to deal with this locations staff!

Great staff all the way around the store. From the pharmacists, to the sales staff at registers. Super professional at the pharmacy, and always am called by my first name, and always ask about my elderly father as I pick up all his RX there.I would definitely recommend this Rite Aid to anyone !!!!! Top Notch🙌

Told Pharmacist at lunch and not available, cobwebs above pick up area, told we can wait as pharmacist deserves their lunch break, b1g1 ad not stocked on vitamins and told we get our truck on Tuesday and you can go across the street if you want. Sad.

I dont know why both rite aids across the street from one another have depressing old mean unwilling to help me attitudes! I spend $400 no there. Im looking elsewhere Rude hate their job people!! Ugh

I never will come back at this store, i just buy a pampers for my baby, so when we check up my son of 23 months old start to cry, if someone have kids know the babys cry for anything is NORMAL, but a lady of front desk told us CAN THE BABY STOP PLEASE IS TO MUCH FOR MY EARS.....really? Her name is DEBBY, this lady need trainning for costumer service, so if this store dont like the babys why sale item for baby?...i feel so sad for this situationThanksClaudia
