I called this store to find out if they carried a certain oil. Right away the woman who answered the phone chuckled at my question as if to imply that I was waisting her time. When I brought it to her attention that she was being rude with umm excuse me she told me that she had the product in stock. I then asked her how much it was and she told me that she could not give me the price of the oil. I asked her why and she repeated herself. I told her that I heard her the first time and I asked why she couldnt tell me the price. She sighed and told me that she had customers and hung up on me. I called the store back and she picked up and placed the phone down left the line open for a minute then hung up again. I called back and when she answered I told her that I had called and she hung up on me. I asked her again the price of the oil and again she stated she could not tell me and that I would have to come here to find out for myself. Im in such disgust over this store, her most especially. If youre not going to be efficient in the job that youre supposed to do because youre unhappy with it, step aside and let someone more useful to the store and society as a whole, have it.

The sign says they open at 9... but clearly they don’t. It was 9:15 and no one was there. Update your hours.

I went to get hair from this store and I went in not knowing what I wanted, but I couldnt concentrate knowing this lady was watching and following me. Not everyone steals and I felt totally violated and I still cant get over the fact that I shop here all the time and I get watched like a criminal. Horrible business. This lady thinks everyone is a thief and she will not get anymore of my hard working funds. I only go here because its close, but I will rather drive to out of state to make a purchase than to ever visit this store.

Hair was everywhere price one thing but charged different....over charged for some hair clearly that has been sitting....will never go back PERIODT POOH

The sold me the wrong colored hair I asked for black and the gave me the blond wig off the manican .. Please check your bags before you leave! Then even forgot to give me a receipt Ill NEVER go back .!!!
