I’ve had a meh experience with checkered flag BMW maintenance at least compared with my Honda. Example:I lease a car from them that doesn’t come with a spare and somehow also didn’t come with run-flats. nbd I call them because I blew a tire and they don’t stock my size. Alright cool, how long will that take? 3 days. Fine I’ll take a loner I guess. Nope, they don’t have any loners. I ask who else they’d recommend because I can’t go 3 days without a car: well they can’t recommend anyone other than a BMW dealer so I guess I’m just on my own finding a different tire shop. I do and shocker they can get my tire in 6 hours. Maybe it comes from having to deal with annoying BMW owners all day every day but it seems like they just have given up on having happy customers so they do the bare minimum and make you wait 3 hours in their show room while they do.Thank you for coming to my TED talk. They treat u well at Checkered Flag BMW. I purchased a 2013 328i in 2015 from Drivers World, a Checkered flag associated business. I have had exemplary service every time. Making appointments and talking to service support is easy and getting in touch during service is also excellent.
I waited a long while before someone picked up. They were very busy the team member said. I just needed my battery checked, but I still need to drop my car off then pick it up two days later. Auto zone would have just took them minutes to do this. A bit disappointed, but nobody else wants to mess with BMW X5’s battery.
They are taking good care of me at this place. Top tier, top notch, they were so good to me and clean and polite. Im not taking my car anywhere else.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The amount of money these people take from customers without even fixing the issue is sickening. I have never encountered more unprofessional, incompetent, and rude staff. The ladies at the lender desk should not be in this business considering they do not know how to talk to people. I hope more than anything you turn around and drive very far away from this place. Do not waste any of your time or money at this place.

Its a dealership, so it wont be cheap. They do not try to force you into anything though. They have been completely truthful with me every time Ive been there. Service reps are pretty friendly too
My experience was top-notch from start to finish. My sales person Michael Gilmore came highly recommended and he exceeded my expectations in every way. The whole process from the time I walked in the door until the deal was done and papers signed was less than 2 hours. Michael worked efficiently with the sales manager to get the monthly payment I was looking for. My car is more than I hoped for and I love it! Thank you Michael for a truly extraordinary experience.

Promt and courteous service
Well I ordered a simple little part (Wheel Stud Key) a week ago. Im reading all these reviews saying how quick and fast they are but here I am twiddling my thumbs waiting for basically a bolt. I have had no communication with them besides my order conformation via email. I have called multiple times with no answer (keeps ringing, no voicemail or anything). I even used their section on theyre website Contact Us several times and no reply. Did I just get scammed? All I want to know is whats going on with my part and when should I expect it. A little communication goes a long way.

He was extremely responsive, payed close attention to my wife’s wishes and delivered the perfect car. Jonathan was thorough, prepared and professional. We will definitely contact him for our future auto needs.

My BMW X5 was overheating and I had it towed to Checkered Flag. The Service Dept representative called me the next work day and said my battery had no charge on it and needed replacement, for around $350.00. The vehicle had started just fine up to the point it was towed in & the battery wasnt my problem. Then I was told two hoses had leaks and needed replacement to fix the overheating problem - for around $650.00. And, that I had a ruptured brake line that needed replacement, for $850.00. Total work was to cost me nearly $2,000.00.I had the vehicle towed out of Checkered Flag to a local mechanic, certified to work on BMWs. He charged the battery back up and confirmed there was nothing wrong with it, and suggested someone at Checkered Flag may have left the lights on or some other electrical drain. And he passed an opinion that that Checkered Flag probably just didnt take the time to charge my battery back up and preferred to simply charge me for a new one. He then confirmed one hose indeed needed replacement - for $220,00 vice the $650.00 Checkered Flag was going to charge. And the brake line needed replacement - for $250.00 vice $850.00 Checkered Flag was going to charge. The total cost to get me back on the road from the local certified mechanic was $470.00, vice the nearly $2,000.00 that Checkered Flag would have charged me.I am so glad I towed it to the local guy and didnt use Checkered Flag! I dont plan on using Checkered Flag service Dept ever again. Tony H

Turned in my car due to a recall it had for the steering. Arrived around 7:30 am and left within 10-15 min within a loaner car. By around 2:00 pm my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. I am impressed with how quickly these people work. They replaced the battery to the wrong key though, my extra key in my car was the one that needed to be replaced. I’m not too worried about it for now until both keys start telling me they need to be replaced.
While Sales Dept as nice as they can be so they can sell as many cars as they can be. Just have a service advisor look at you in the eys while they rob you off per service. Nah, I really dont think they acknowledge about vehicles they work on as they may sound. Yes, talk up to chain of command as talk to the bricks.
