I purchased a new vehicle yesterday and I must say it was a great experience! The staff members were all extremely polite and my happiness and satisfaction seemed to be very important to each and every team member I encountered! My salesman Earl Fuller was nothing short of amazing. He was not only knowledgeable and able to quickly answer all of my questions about the vehicle, but he also made me feel like my car buying experience was just as important to him as it was to me. He treated myself and my dad like family and made sure we had everything we needed! We ordered a car to be built due to lack of inventory.. Ashley and team were great. Great communication by the whole team. Paperwork was quick and painless as car buying goes. Extremely happy so far. I wouldnt recommend trying to trade your car in there, they are not good with that. The trade in portion of the dealership Severely gave me a low ball offer. Took van down the street and made 4k more than their offer. Great other than that.

Phil Causey is always very honest with me and I feel like he and the dealership have my best interest at heart. its a great way to have repeat customers as opposed to most dealerships that try and get as much out of a customer as possible that doesnt care about repeat business.

Do yourself a favor and never go to this place. They wanted to charge us $800 to turn off a tire sensor light on the dashboard on a Chrysler Crossfire. The told us first it was going to be $500, then told me miraculously a new issue arose and it will be extra $330, then next day the say to my wife will be extra $100... for the same parts and labor!!! So, if you like to pay a lot of money and get almost nothing for it, go there!

Constant harassment after asking to not be contacted anymore. Opted out of emails on site provided, but to no avail. Strong arm sales are a thing of the past. Stop teaching your sale team to be firm and consistent. No means no, or did you guys not get that?

I have to say this was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had at an Auto dealership. I am on vacation from NY and was having an issue with my 2013 Durango which has a recall for a fuel pump relay. My dealership in NY has kept me waiting for 7 plus months now. I walked into Hall to buy a quick fix to keep me going for the the trip home . They absolutely blew me away with how kind and concerned they were about my situation. They not only got me an appointment for very next morning but completely took care of the recall and fixed my issue permanently. I am eternally grateful for the service. I wish I lived closer so I could buy my next vehicle from them. Maybe when we return next year. !!!

A few weeks ago I brought my 2017 Jeep Renegade Limited to this dealership to have a Jeep Recall Notice completed on the engine. In addition, the radio had an update that was never completed previously. I do have an extended warranty as I bought it used. My warranty paid for the radio update-$89.95. They also stated that I needed to have fuel system service, cabin air filter replaced, and a brake flush completed. I figured I am near the 30,000 mile check-up, so go ahead and complete it. Cost me $329.74. Within a couple of days after receiving the car back, the clock on the radio would not keep the correct time. I waited a couple of weeks to see if it would resolve itself. It did not. It would be off anywhere from 10 minutes to a hour. I reset it numerous times. I called and made another appointment to bring it back in. They checked it out and said the whole radio would need replacing as it was dying. Said it would cost $1800 dollars. Told me not to worry as my warranty would cover it. I only had to pay a $50 copay. I specifically asked if the new radio would be like the one in it now-meaning a 2017 radio with navigation or would it be a 2021/2022 radio like the one in the 2021/2022 Renegade. Looked at me and said it will be a 2021/2022 radio like in the 2021/2022 Renegade. I kept saying are you sure and he said yes. Assured me consistently it was going to be a 2021/2022 model. New radio install happened today. Imagine my surprise when it was a 2017 Renegade Limited model radio. I looked at him and said what happened to the 2021/2022 radio. He said he never stated that. He straight up lied to me. I did speak with a nice lady manager and she told me the same info plus that my old radio screen was delaminating and added that they a new 2021/2022 radio would not fit in my 2017 jeep. I did tell her that I did not believe it, because I could go to Best Buy or any other audio store and they could do it. She told me Jason May the service manager would be calling me later this afternoon. Well, just got off the phone with him and he told me the same line. They are refunding me my $50. I feel so humiliated. I just got ripped off and my warranty too. They figured, well she has got a warranty, we will get paid. I honestly have been crying. Why do people do this? Is there no honesty in this world anymore. I would have never authorized replacing the radio with the same radio as it has so many issues. it would be a waste of money and time. My family has purchased/serviced vehicles from Hall dealerships before and never had any problems. We will never do business with them again. I will never recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware!

I have had a mixed experience at this Jeep dealership. My first time here I brought it in for a front end noise. They assured me it was both front hubs and sent me on my way. They noise persisted and I took it to Christian Brothers for a second opinion. They were able to quickly identify that it was both of my front CV axles (which is exactly what I told the dealership I thought it was) and both front control arms. Since the CV axles were under the original Jeep warranty I had no choice but to bring it back here to Hall for the repair. When I did, it was a lot of back and forth about them not hearing the noise. I was honestly getting fed up at that point. FINALLY they called back and said they found the issue and confirmed it was the front CV axles. They had to order parts and that took just a few days. They took almost all day to install them but overall I guess Im satisfied. The repair is done and the noise is finally gone. My Patriot is driving smoother than ever before. I just hated the process and BS I had to deal with here. I will honestly not be back here. I had a much better experience at Southern Dodge Jeep RAM.

I had the worst experience in this Dealership I purchased a used 2021 Chevy Suburban with 10,235 miles I did a trade in,,,, I over paid sticker price $70,000 I didnt have no complaints until I arrived home I traveled from New Jersey to Virginia Beach My sale person was great,, But the manager (Chuck )didnt care about my safety he sold me a vehicle with Spacers in between the rims about 2inch wide the rims are from the older version 2015- 2020 Chevy Suburban,,the older version rims dont fit on the new Suburban 2021,,, so I had to buy new rims and take the spacers off and guess what the screws that holds each wheel were cut 1inch so the spacers would fit, I called him to tell him,,,, how unsafe am driving a 2021 and he told me that in Virginia this is safe it didnt pass safety measures in the state of New Jersey its unsafe to drive a vehicle when 1inch is cut off the original screws that hold the rims, I will contact every person in Gm until this matter is taken care of I havent been able to drive this vehicle and my 500mile or 1 week is over,, Chuck is not A customer friendly kind of guy !!! Anyone that needs proof I got all the pics and videos,,,,,I noticed you replied maybe a week or so later to miss informed the costumes and not be truthful,, if thats the case why is GM Reimbursing me every every single dollar ($5000)I spent putting the vehicle back to stock, after it got Inspected by Chevy dealership and they reported to Gm the vehicle wasnt safe,, And guess whos picking up that bill your dealership so be truthful with you Customers

I had family visit and there jeep had an issue. We dropped the car off over night to this location thinking it was the hall location wed made our appt with. The next day we were informed that we dropped the car off at the wrong Hall location. They were helpful and squeezed the car in later that day. They called us and told us the issue and that next morning it was scheduled to be fixed. Next day picked it up and all was well. The employees were nice and very friendly! If your vehicle is under warranty, be ready for a non stop tedious back and forth with the technicians. And while you’re going through this, they will keep charging you for the rental that they provided you. Hopefully contacting a Chrysler representative to come in and examine the situation will help speed the process.

One thing I have a real problem with is having my time wasted. I called the service center twice with a request to look at my vehicle, with the specific intent to acquire an estimate for the repairs Id need done to the bumper shield on the underside. I advised that I would not need the repairs done right then, but just needed someone to take a quick glance at it and estimate how much it would cost so that I could schedule an appointment in the future. Both agents ASSURED that this was possible AND that there would be no associated cost for this. Lo and behold, I arrive at my scheduled time and the associate on duty advises me that there would be a 2 HOUR wait to assess my vehicle. After asking if there was a way someone could just glance it (yanno, like I was informed) I was advised that he didnt want to give me a half-a**ed estimate and needed to diagnose it fully. (As you may have guessed there is a $75.00 diagnostic fee.)I left the facility preeeetty miffed that Id just woken up extra early on my Saturday to get to an appt that I was completely misinformed on.This would have been a 1-star review with the exception of the fact that the people I spoke with on the phone were both polite. I always appreciate courtesy.Do better, guys.

Absolutely do not bring your car to the service department here. My husbands was towed here (where he bought it with no issue, the sales department is awesome) and they did more damage to justify their almost $150/hr labor price tag. We asked them to stop work (not sure that they ever started by then) not long after authorizing them to do the work because they were replacing expensive parts first before even checking the less expensive, more obvious parts first and using gross salesman tactics to negotiate the repairs. I made the mistake of admitting that I did not know much about cars and that I had to run stuff by my more knowledgeable friends and I felt that the service team pressured me to make decisions before I could run it by anyone else. After telling them I was going to tow it to a trusted mechanic, they slapped an almost $700 labor bill on it before I could take it to the other shop. My trusted mechanic took one look at it and said they did about 15-30 minutes “work” on the vehicle to justify the $700 bill. Their “work” (damaging a coil with what looks like a screwdriver and taking out spark plugs) did more damage than we came in with. Do not come here, especially if you are trusting them to do the right thing. Not sure if this is a wide spread problem throughout the whole department or if it’s just a few dishonest people, but I will never be back here.

Called to have my Jeep serviced with yet another recall. First time I called months ago when the recall was initially put out they said they didn’t have the parts to fix it and it would be a while. I called two days ago and they said they had the parts to fix it, so I scheduled an appointment.I called just before my appointment to see if they had a shuttle service or rentals available. They did have a shuttle service, but my home was out of range of said shuttle. And the operator I was talking to did not know if the Hall Chrysler covered the cost of the rental. So having a busy day ahead of me, I asked my wife to take time off of work to drive me back.When I showed up for my appointment, I was informed that they did not have the parts for the repair, and my wife spent valuable time away from work for nothing. So bottom line, they scheduled me for a repair they did not have the parts for, and informed me that they wouldn’t have the parts for potentially two more months.But that being said the service tech when I showed up was very nice and she is the only reason this place is even getting a single star. Not thrilled about the wasted time, even less thrilled about having to drive around in a dangerous vehicle.

I was interested in a Chrysler Pacifica that came in, and I immediately expressed interest after seeing it online (before pictures were even available).I spoke with Abby Meeks (I think) on the phone and asked her to let me know when pictures were available and when I can test drive it.A couple days later, I got a call from Ryan Garder, letting me know pictures are available. Again, I requested them to let me know when I can test drive it ASAP.This morning, Ryan sent me more pictures. I responded again with the request to come by and test drive it. A couple hours later, Ryan emails me to tell me he sold it to someone else who just happened to walk in.Seriously?!I dont have time to set up camp to purchase a car. I just happen to be passing by Hall and decided to stop in to get some information on what type of Jeep would be best suited for me and possibly a test drive. I was immediately met by Dakota while looking at a few models on the lot who changed my whole perception of what I thought I wanted in a Jeep, but most definitely in a good way. Once Dakota and I took a test drive it solidified my thoughts of purchasing a Jeep even more. He not only got loud with my husband but sounded as uneducated as one could get. Perhaps, you should consider a more distinguished individual that represents your company, that knows how to communicate with people without getting loud with them. A bit embarrassing for your company as a whole!

After visiting a few mom and pop stores I was told the issue with my jeep could only be fixed through dealership so I brought it here. $500 later I was told the issue was fixed but about 10 miles down the road issue issue occurred again so I brought the car back in and they got it fixed again no charge.About a month later the issue started happening again, so I brought it back and let them know. Then I was charge $300 because apparently they didn’t do the right thing the first time. I was never reimbursed for the $500.Immediately after leaving the dealership, I noticed my AC was not blowing cold air. Because I have an older wrangler I assumed it was just maintenance from owning an old car so I took it to an AC repair place. $150 later I was told the reason my AC was not working is because the last person who had worked on my car turned off the switch and never turned it back on. I am very disappointed in the service from this establishment

Terrible customer service. I never complain, but do not take your car for repairs there. I asked to speak to the service manager, waited 45 minutes, he never came over. I then asked them to call me. Guess what- no call. Tried the next day. No response. They quoted $8000 for repairs. Took it to the other dealership and they repaired it for $1100.

She immediately discovered for me that the first one I was interested in had already sold, and that the second one wouldnt pass their reconditioning standards, so it was going straight to auction.She told me to not get discouraged, for she was determined to find me the perfect truck! The next day, she let me know about a Toyota Tacoma that had been traded in, a few weeks earlier. Not only was it a newer truck than I had expected to be able to afford, it had a lot less miles than would be expected as well. And she got me a much, much, better interest rate, than even my credit union could do! Her diligence was greatly appreciated. She delivered on her promise to me! Literally waited 2 hours almost 3 for a tire to be put on, only to find out they ordered the wrong part.After all the waiting. Left with nothing done assured that it would be there the following day. Following day no tire still and no one with the decency to call only a business text line reached out to tell me they have to order another part again because the initial one was too big, that the manager was out, and the new tire would be almost 400 versus what I was told initially 191. I bought my car from this place and nobody could comprehend ordering the right parts. Seriously put a bad taste in my mouth as far as customer service and customer appreciation goes. This is also the short version I initially gave them time to fix anything before I wrote this review

I recently leased a 2019 Ram 1500 and Eric Osborne did a fantastic job from start to finish! I live out of the area so traveling in could have been a totally different experience, but Eric took care of everything from sending me additional pictures to calling me and making sure I was happy with the decision before and after I left! EVERY question I had was answered politely and considerately, not too mention he showed me features about the truck that I didnt even know existed! In total, I was at the dealership maybe 30 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I left because they had everything lined up for me which made it smooth and fast! Depending on who you are dealing with will depend on your outcome. Definitely price gouging going on here. They also try to up sell on everything. I had injectors cleaned then brought truck back a few weeks later for other work and they recommended injectors be cleaned without realizing they were done a few weeks prior. If they did what only needed to be done without blindly up selling they would be respected and trusted. But they try to squeeze you you for everything you have so they can’t be trusted.

This was an excellent experience! I spend a lot of time researching and shopping online for my new car purchases. By the time I’m ready to pull the trigger, I have decided what I want and also what I want to pay. Many dealers advertise very low prices online, only to hit you with nonsense fees afterwards and also try to take advantage of you on your trade in. When I spoke to Luke at Hall, I explained how I shop and what I wanted. He said he understood and would get back to me with their best price. Sure enough, shortly thereafter he did come back with an excellent price, a very fair offer on my trade AND included a complimentary spray in bed liner! Needless to say I was cautiously optimistic. Driving down from NY to Virginia in my trade in, I did not want to have any issues when I arrived there and made that very clear. I can be a bit of a hot head when people don’t stand by their word. When I arrived, I was greeted very well, the truck was meticulously prepared and everything was ready to go. My biggest concern was the trade in evaluation, which went without a glitch, no nonsense. Luke had said on the phone that if the trade were as I had stated, and photographed, their offer would stand. They looked over my trade and accepted it graciously, the price on my truck and fees, etc, remained the same as agreed. HOME RUN. It’s not easy to find salesmen, or even people in general, who are true to their word. My experience with Hall Automotive, Luke my salesman, and all the other employees I met there was again, EXCELLENT. Throughout the deal they honored their word, they offered me a great deal and followed up with great service. I never attempted to renegotiate any of the terms with them, I didn’t have to. That says a lot.

Bought a 2020 Limited Ram, dealership wrote an IOU for a a scratched tail light, then they refused to replace it because “we can fix it.” They went back on their contract due to convenience, which is dishonest and unethical at best! Truck also went to the body shop for a polish, and came back with scratches on the interior, and paint dust ground into the carpets. Service department is lacking too! I had a squeak in the front end that happened when driving over smaller bumps. Service foreman said it was an upper control arm, when 5 minutes of research in the forums, resulted in the fix. It’s the brake clips.Also brought truck in for a phantom vibration. Service didn’t check the tires, didn’t check alignment, just drove it and said “it’s a truck.” While truck shakes at highway speeds. Bad enough you can actually see the bed moving. They refused to dig and look, or troubleshoot, and when confronted about it the service team said “we are just going to say it’s characteristic of the vehicle and give it back.”Do what you want, buy from whomever you want, but if it were me, I’d go elsewhere.

I purchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler Willys version 2021 in December 2020. After only 1200 miles the check engine light comes on and I take it in for service. Had the vehicle 24 hours and cant fix problem. I asked twice for a manager to call me and NO manager would pick up the phone and explain to me why a brand new vehicle is broke. This is a $50,000 Jeep and I havent even made my first payment yet and its already in the service center. No discount, No phone call, Nothing. They love you when you purchase the vehicle, but wont back their product after it leaves the door.

Worst service ever :( I brought my car in a week and a half ago because it was over heating. Paid for services and thought I was good to go. Not the case, after a week of having my car back it is still over heating and now they want me to pay even more to have it fixed. And on top of the apparently in the week I have had my car back it needs a new catalytic converter and lights? And none of the was reported on the week before. These people just want your money and dont care if they do a good job.

Crooks. This guy argued with my husband about what was wrong with the car. Did what he wanted and then gave my car back to me broken. He fixed nothing and clearly didnt even bother to test drive it. I went to drive my child home and the steering was out. We almost died trying to get onto the highway. We brought the car back and they fixed it. Guess what was wrong?! Exactly what my husband said was wrong the first time. Not happy. Crappie service.
