I needed carpet for my house and contacted several businesses. The only one who got back with me was Chris from Floor to Go. He contacted me right away and came out the next day and measured. The carpet was ordered and installed within a couple of weeks. The two brothers who came and installed the carpet were very clean cut and highly professional. They worked all day and never stopped until the job was finished. When they left everything was put back in place and clean. I had a fantastic experience with Floors To Go from start to finish. I own a rental property and needed to replace all the flooring while living hours away from the property. Becky (sorry if it was somebody else...I may have spoken with another person at some point and mixed up names) was great with her initial contact and follow-up to schedule the measure and install. Chris made the process of choosing the LVP and carpet so smooth and easy. I opted to drive down and choose in person, but he was willing to send samples and really do everything he could to make me confident in my choice. He was super patient and helpful when I chose the flooring in person. Once the floors were chosen, delivered and ready for install, Matt kept me posted every step of the way with photos, videos, etc. during the install. Chris was helpful in explaining my choices, working within my budget, and even stayed late to ensure I left the showroom with samples and all the information I needed to make my decision. He came out quickly to measure and was VERY responsive to all calls and emails. After our choice was made, it was just a few short days and our carpet was ready for install (before Thanksgiving which we requested). We were VERY impressed with Rocky and Richard who came to install. They were polite, respectful of our belongings, and hardworking. Having the whole house done, they were here for two days. That company failed miserably, even with a 2 month lead time. Heres the short review. From beginning to end the folks at Floors To Go made the process of purchasing and installing flooring painless and easy. From picking out the carpet we needed upstairs to picking out a LVT for our laundry room. Theyre a one stop shop kind of place (which I wanted and appreciated) where we purchased and had the flooring installed through them. It was easy, no pressure, and the quality of work was fantastic! Work with them for your needs and you wont regret it.Now for the longer version. My wife and I sought out a company that we could purchase from and have the carpet installed by and Floors To Go met that. We called them up and spoke with Chris who helped make this process SO much easier. We came in to look at some carpet and LVT and he gave us the rundown without pressure. The explanation of the padding, carpet, and the residual LVT selection they had available was great. The residual LVT worked well for us because it was a small laundry room that we were doing and we found some that worked for our desires. Chris then scheduled to come out and measure square footage which was quick and easy. He let us know the lead time for product shipment and installation and kept us in the loop. Next up was installation day. The installers for both the carpet and LVT showed up on time and got right to work. Rocky and Richard installed the carpet while Mike (Ive forgotten his name and apologize if that isnt right) installed the LVT. Rocky told me after checking the upstairs that it would take a majority of the day to complete so I had my expectations set from the beginning. All of the installers are professional and hard working. They did fantastic jobs all around. Mike (again Im sorry if thats wrong) let me know about the time needed for the glue to cure and to be careful, Rocky told me there would be a few touchups needed on the baseboard paint, but honestly it wasnt too bad. I think the majority were scuffs and not nicks/chips. I knew prior to the carpet install that touchups would be needed because logically I couldnt expect anyone to work around baseboards and not tag them once in a while.There was one thing that stood out to me that Rocky and Richard did that showed a special level of care and professionalism. Some door stops had been removed for painting and I found a door handle with scrap padding taped to it to prevent it from messing up the wall during install. That little act tells me so much about these folks and their respect for their clients homes.Lastly, after the job was completed Chris followed up a little later to check in on things to see if we were happy which we are if you couldnt tell. We are so pleased with the work and quality that wed gladly recommend Floors To Go to anyone in the area looking for new flooring.

Our kitchen / laundry room floor project was challenging. We wanted the existing tile removed and new DuraCeramic tile installed. We wanted to avoid using quarter round at the baseboards, if possible. We requested that the tile be installed underneath the stove, refrigerator and dishwasher in the kitchen plus under the island which is wired and has an engineered quartz work surface. We also wanted tile under the washer and dryer in the laundry room.We visited a few recommended local flooring stores and could not find one that could or would do the job for various reasons including price issues. Then I found Floors To Go on the internet.It is truly a gem hidden away in Centerville Commerce Park. Chris DeJesus greeted me when I came in the store and I related to him our requirements and our experience with other stores. I asked him Can you and would you be willing to do this job? His response was Yes, we can do that.The rest is history. Chris was most helpful in providing advice and answers to all of our questions. The store has a large display of samples and catalogs and he even special ordered a sample for us. He did the measuring and quote and he is very easy to work with and a very knowledgeable Salesperson. The installation crew of Kenny and Marshall likewise were very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and highly experienced. Willing to let you take big floor samples home and pick them back up himself. Scheduling was fast and flexible. Communication throughout never let me doubt what was happening and when. The workers who delivered the flooring and put them in, were friendly, nice and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend going through Floors To Go! If we need any other rooms done, we will be coming back!

Great company! Have had floors installed before by individual contractors but I must say that Floors To Go has exceeded my expectations! From the initial visit by Lori, to the measurement, to selecting the floor, and to the installation process - the whole experience was seamless. It took them 2 days to meticulously install my floor and the result is phenomenal.. Kenny and Randy never took lunch break away from my house (they brought their own lunch) and worked tirelessly until job was complete. My wife said that he saw one of them eating on the floor while the other kept working and then alternated taking lunch breaks. If that is not dedication, I dont know what is! I so love their work that I am fixing to meet with Lori again, this time to do carpet upstairs. Great company... look nowhere else if you are thinking of installing floors. I tried 50Floors and they were going to take 4 weeks to install. Floors to go did it in less than a week as promised. Now you know why Floors to go has a higher rating. A flawless process from the estimate to the finished product. Pricing was one of the best we received, but could tell by the questions they asked they knew what they were doing compared to the ones that came in under (and I assume would have ended up over budget). We worked with Chris DeJesus for the estimate and product pick out and he was timely and knowledgeable. Then The Mikes did our rigid vinyl and baseboard install and went above and beyond and the finished product is beautiful! Our house looks 40 years newer.

Floors to go was AWESOME! Pricing was reasonable and they were very helpful with all the detailed questions I had and then some. I was truly let down while shopping for quotes from other large carpet installers but super glad that I went with Floors To Go. They were also able to install my carpet super last minute due to the other large carpet companies taking their sweet time to return my calls I was left in a bit of a time crunch... From start to finish, this has been one of my best experiences yet with a company.I needed my laminate replaced, and I had shopped around prior to coming here. Their prices were reasonable and the install wasn’t subbed out, which I liked.The demo went according to schedule, and their communication from demo to final install was fantastic. I was kept apprised every step of the way.During install, they conferred with me to make sure every detail was perfect and the final product was just that.I would recommend Lori and her team over any big box retailer. Can you say A1 customer service? I worked with Chris throughout the process of reflooring our home after there was water damage. He came personally to our home with samples, provided quick response updates via email and text. We were offered same day results as far as estimates went. We were able to schedule our flooring install within 2 weeks, could have been sooner but we had to wait on the install of our vinyl planking. The prices here were reasonable and if youre military, they offer a discount. I have highly recommend this company to friends and family, they came in on a Saturday with a few days notice and worked from 8am Saturday morning until about midnight without much breaking, and finished our entire house in one day! These guys were great, very clean and respectful and awesome priced! We love their in house carpet, so comfy and soft for our new baby, this is a great family owed company!
