KaboomTech is a lifesaver! A+ experience from an honest company, which is rare to find these days! As a disabled military veteran, they took care of everything for me and then some. Had them mount a couple TVs for me and they hauled away the trash for me at no extra cost. They didnt just rush the job either. They were very polite and talked with me after the job was done, making sure that I understood everything. They thanked me multiple times for my military service and never made me feel like I was holding them up or that they were in a rush to leave. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of tech work or home theater help, ESPECIALLY military or former military folks!!!

Trouble experience! On Christmas Day I placed the order online to have two TV’s mounted on the wall. The online system allowed me to schedule an appointment for December 26th. On the morning of the 26th I received a call from a Kaboom Tech representative who said a glitch in the system scheduled the appointment on a day they were closed. The appointment was rescheduled to December 29th.The morning of December 29th the same representative called and said he had a family emergency and asked if I would be willing to reschedule again. I agreed and a new appointment was set for January 4th.The morning of January 4th Kaboom Tech called and said they would have to cancel again do to an unforeseen problem. I was asked to reschedule for a third time. I declined. This company is very unreliable. I would look elsewhere for service.

Aaron installed my Nest Thermostat to perfection and helped answer any questions I had about it after. Definitely recommended.

Kaboom Tech. may be good in the privet sector, However our experience with them in the business sector at Greenbrier Plumbing Heating & A/C to say they were not professional is an understatement. we wanted to get a tech firm that could be on call for any IT problems that we have from time to time. We paid the up front to install new equipment. They did not come on the day scheduled. When the did arrive it was noon the next day. they stayed 2 hours. left had only installed 2 phone line. came back the next day. when confronted, as to why this was not being handled in the manner it should, their reply from which I was believe was one of the owners, was your stupid f--k this and walked out.

Dont know what we did before we discovered Kaboom.tech! Always a great experience working with Aaron and his team. Excellent service. Excellent results.

These guys are great! Had a long time issue with my integrated home security system and was unable to connect online or watch it from outside my house.
