If you want to develop any pictures at their photo center dont come here. I ordered online and received an email that my order was ready to be picked up. First time I went the lady told me she couldnt find the order so she proceeded to reprint it. I told her I had errands to run and Ill be back. I came back next day and this time the guy told me he cant find my order. He had to reprint my order right then. The photo center is so disorganized.

Dont use this pharmacy if you need your medications filled promptly on a specific date in order to not be without them!My Mom had a prescription of hers that was filled monthly at CVS which does not take her insurance so she was paying full price. I asked her why not move it to Walgreens. She said because Ive had problems with them being able to fill the prescription properly in the past. So I spoke with two different pharmacists at this location (Landstown Commons) at two separate times. I explained to them the problems that she had in the past and told them what the prescription was. Both of them assured me that if we move it to them they will have no problem keeping if filled properly. So I then convinced her to move it to Walgreens. She was hesitant, but did it.Well that was 3 months ago and they have yet to get it right! This month was the last straw and we took it back to CVS. Yes we have to pay full price again but it is worth it because they ALWAYS have it on time so she does not have to be without for a day or two.......The Dr. sent the order in to them on 6/3 which specifically stated the June, July & Aug fill/pick up dates so they could preplan and be prepared to fill them on those specific dates. When I went to pick them up on the fill date they didnt have them. They nonchalantly said they could order them and have them in a few days which would have meant her going without for however long it took for them to come in! I asked to speak to a manager and the pharmacy tech said I guess thats me..... When I explained the issues of her going without he showed no sense of urgency nor compassion. He said so, do you want to order them or not? I said NO, we are done with you! We will take it back to CVS where we dont have these issues!I then had to come home and had to explain to my Mom that I dont have what she needs because they are incapable and lack the ability to fill it on time even after they assured me that they can! I then proceeded to profusely apologize for talking her into moving it there in the 1st place.We then called CVS, they had it in stock, called the Dr. had him move it back to them and picked it up later that afternoon!

The staff here is absolutely epic! They gave me an extra discount because they forgot to print my photo. They went above and beyond to find a particular battery I needed for an obscure camera my husband loves. Superior customer service!

This Walgreens needs to seriously readdress their procedures. My wife lost an ID card here at the pharmacy and the photo lab disposed of wedding photos being on hand too long when no initial it follow-up contact was made. I understand that miscommunication can happen, but these were 2 significant incidents that are inexcusable. Recommend using the store 2.5 miles NW of this location, also off of Princess Anne, if feasible.

Typical Walgreens located inside of the Landstown Commons area. This location is great if you’re on the go. Well, that’s how it is for me.Every time I come here the employees are very nice. If I have any questions or concerns they always seem to help me, especially if I need to find something. This trip I had to ask a question at pharmacy and they helped me. I was checked out by Cindy up front and she was very kind.One thing I do love about Walgreens is that they have a little bit of everything. They also have great cards! Their prices are always a little up there but you’re paying for convenience.They do have rewards so sign up. If you don’t have your membership stuff with you, you can type it up by your phone number.

I turned in a prescription a day in advance to be promptly filled and ready the next morning. I was told that I would not be able to pick them up until 11 AM the following day.I find this to be ridiculousIf I were to WALK the prescriptions in tomorrow, at 9 AM, I seriously doubt I would have to wait until 11 AM. I would probably not have to wait no more than 20-30 minutes.No thanks to Chris.It is currently the next day and my prescription was promptly field by 9:20 AM by the pharmacist Jackie. I am so grateful.

Pharmacy tech is absolutely horrible. Got out of the ER and needed my prescription ASAP. Got there around 1700 and the tech stated 15-20 minutes and so he said we’ll receive a text when it’s ready. Waiting in the car and now it’s roughly 1750, drove to the drive thru and the pharmacy is closed.No meds, no text, nothing.He could’ve simply stated he won’t be able to fill it before he clocked off.

Tricare required my family to use Walgreens about 4 years ago. We chose Landstown because it was so close to our home. This pharmacy is very small and always quiet, but they are so lazy. In the last year the tech staff has been awful. They are rude and inept. After numerous mishaps, I have taken my family to the Walgreens on Nimmo Pkwy! First time there and I got a positive and professional person and only waited 15 mins on a Friday evening! Landstown is the last place anyone should go!

Their scheduling system is a joke. I made an appointment to get my flu shot first thing in the morning. I arrived 15 minutes before my time, and when I spoke with the tech he said I had to wait because you were 5 walk-ins in front of me. It basically defeats the purpose of making an appointment. Terrible customer service.

This is the Walgreens close to my house so I have been here several times and everytime I walk in the front door I am greeted by someone who works there in a very friendly matter they are always helpful and ask if I need any help and the people who work in the pharmacy are very nice and helpful if you have any questions I have always had a great experience at this particular Walgreens and I will continue to go here

Clean, good location, great items for sale, and helpful friendly staff. Only a few times have I gone in there and found the aisles a mess but still one of my favorite places to go.

I called the pharmacy this morning and asked to have my prescription refilled, I called back at 3 pm only to find out the person that answered the phone put my prescription in for the next day. The lady on the phone said it was a misunderstanding so I asked her how, and she said she didnt know... Really.. Ill be switching to another Pharmacy...

Management at night is rude and unprofessional. Will not speak to customers. Do not come here.
