The frozen yogurt is a refreshing treat when at the beach. However, a few downsides: overpriced; smells like cigarettes; poor service.

Selections were limited in comparison with other sweet frog stores I been to even with the toppings too.

Icec ream was okay just they didnt honor the coupons l had. For two regular size bowls was 13 bucks. Definitely expensive

There are so many Sweet Frogs near boardwalk, you cant go 2 miles down the road without seeing at least 3 of them. I felt as though the frozen yogurt places up north had more variety. About .79 per ounce. Not a bad place if you have a sweet tooth.

My first and last time ever going to a sweet frog. I went to this place. I asked serveral times how much a bowl of ice cream was. She said it goes by weight in “killiograms” I got 2 small and one medium bowls. Did NOT even FILL them up since I didn’t know how much it would be. The lady that rang me up had a heavy accent and was very difficult to understand but the 3 ice creams came up to $70!! Yes you read that $70?! I gave her a 10% and $2/15 coupon and asked her to please use them and she “tried” and it wouldn’t work?!Of course I freaked out about the price, I could buy a machine and make it myself for that price.. She changed whatever she did wrong and it went to $34, still too expensive. She proceeded to “call her manager to see what she could do since I told her that was way to much” they told her to just take them to the back of the store I guess to save to eat themselves.. I had 4 crying kids that of course wanted ice cream so I made her take one back and I felt forced to pay the $25 for 2 small cups of ice cream. The ice cream was pure liquid and melted by the time which makes me think it wasn’t ready in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous, First and last time ever going to Any sweet frog

This place was horribly overpriced. Honestly, we paid $32 even for two bowls of yogurt. $32. It cost more to get ice cream there than it cost for us to go eat dinner. It was good yogurt, but not worth the price. I expect better if I’m going to pay that much for a little dessert. Seriously disappointed, if you’re looking for ice cream then go to one of the many other shops on the boardwalk.

For reference— the price per ounce is 2x the price per ounce for Sweet Frog in our home state. A huge rip off. It cost $30 for 3 medium size bowls of ice cream.

Nice place.. eggless options are available.. ambiance is not that much attractive. Frozen yogurt.. basic flavors of ice creams are available

No seating available, and way over priced compared to other sweet frogs and what is up with them giving 2 taxes! It literally lists tax 2 and a tax 3..... Also they said theyd give me my military discount, I took out my ID and then when I read my receipt they never gave it and when I tried to correct her she didnt fix it. There was no manager on duty. I tried posting a picture of my receipt but I cant figure out how to do that. Also, I called the store to give the manager a chance to respond... But once again there was no manager on duty.

I go here often because of the non dairy options they have for my daughter. I did go once and they had a new flavor listed as non dairy. Gave my daughter a sample, she liked it, so we went to fill a bowl. Within two minutes, my daughter starts vomiting which only occurs when she eats something that she is allergic to (dairy). While I send her to the bathroom, I have the guy working to actually look up the ingredients to the particular flavor. It was actually NOT non dairy. The guy rushed to take the sign down, but that was very dangerous for people with food allergies. Ive only had this happen once, but I am super cautious and will not let my daughter try new non dairy options unless I personally check the ingredients.

Customer service could have been better, the cashier hardly talked and wasnt as personable as the rest of the staff in their other location .

This place is phenomenal and the Manger Paul is a life saver!

Understaffed and overpriced. The store was open but no one was at the counter. We waited with our melting frozen yogurt for almost 20 minutes before an employee came out. She rang us up and our 4 frozen yogurts totaled almost $50! Save your time and money and skip this one
