I always look for food I had while in Ukraine. This store has chechel, my favorite snack cheese. Korean carrots, grechka (buckwheat), and factory made pelmeni. No vareniki that I saw.

My first visit here. Interesting food items that cant be found in a regular grocery store. Cashier was welcoming and helpful.

Really cute little place with a lot of common Russian foods. The lady that works here is really nice and speaks Russian too. Definitely recommend!

Definitely good place to shop. Some of the things a bit overpriced tho. But definitely this place will have most of the things that you need, for either if you are making borsch or if you need a desert, highly recommend. Check it out for yourself!

Small but decent store. Lots of european products but mostly Russian,Ukrainian and Polish. Check best before dates before buying,they have some that are expired.

Every time I visit this store I find something new and delicious. But my favorites are still various sweets and deli. Halva, Russian cheesecake and kielbasa are the must to try. I’ve recommended this store to my coworkers and friends, and people who gave it a try were not disappointed. You just have to be a little bit adventurous and try new food. Thanks to the owners for giving us the opportunity to have a taste of Europe!

Good assortment of Eastern European products. Not a lot of Bulgarian goods but enough to keep me coming back for more.

The grocerry has variety different products which are often difficult to find in others shop also it is the place where it smells with the atmosphere of Russia and some Asian culture and traditions .Last but not least staff is so helpful and very polite with everyone. I love visiting this shop even if there is no purpose for that.

This is our must-go when visiting Virginia Beach. The owners have always been lovely to us, and you can stock your pantry & fridge with all the essentials.Sure, its not as huge and stocked as a deli/supermarket in, say, Brighton Beach - but theres no reason for it to be; for the area, I would actually say its far better than I expected.Dont be fooled by its somewhat modest profile - once you try the deli they offer, youre unlikely to look at Boars Head ever again! :)I should also mention that not once was I sold anything even remotely iffy - everything is always fresh and delicious.Its so good, its permanently mapped on my Navi and gives me a signal when Im in the neighborhood, just in case I need something.Most of the time - I do.

Pricy and poor assortment. Woman behind register has become rude lately. Last time when I was there I had a feeling like she does me a favor to visit that store. So I found new European grocery which is much better and cheaper

Love this store. The owner is very friendly and selection is very good. We love rye bread, chocolate, cottage cheese, cakes and kolbasa. And now they started selling ice cream :) who can resist? Not me lol

This is a pretty good store. We get dried salted fish here for the beach. They also have a good deli and snacks.

Really good russian, eastern european store, has the average groceries found in a euro store across the nation. Meats, wheats, candy, sodas (kvas), teas, cheeses, sunflower seeds and much more. The lady was extremely nice, she accidentally tiped over a box of halva (just a tiny bit was knocked over), that i hadnt purchased yet. She offered it for free to me at no cost, was very thoughtful. I recommend to anyone and everyone.

It has some interesting things, but not a lot of diversity.

In a pinch, if you need some Russian candies, cakes, or meats, they have a small selection. But the prices are through the roof! A poppy seed rulet is now $10, one pound meats are +$10 too. Kiev cake, small size is $30. Be ready for these prices, how much do you want it?

Little shop. I hoped for more :) tomorrow I will go to Norfolk and see how it is there.The choice in this store is not large, everything is at a minimum, but without fish and cancer fish. Sausage, dumplings, cereals and canned all have. Do not judge strictly and support our man.
