This place is great. The staff are always so very helpful and positive. They do not try to up sell you on anything and always help you to find the best deal. They have pretty much everything you can imagine here. I would recommend to family and friends. I will definitely be returning to get my health supplies. Ive also checked prices and they seem to not mark anything up over online prices. They must work hard to stay in competition.

Went to the store not knowing exactly what to buy, but the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Stefan helped me pick out preworkout, protein powder, and creatine that matched my fitness goals and budget. Super friendly and ensured me that if I wasn’t satisfied I could return something with ease. I ended up swapping out one of the protein powders for another flavor a week later with no problems. Thanks Stefan !

I had an absolutely terrible interaction with supervisor Stephan. He had a major attitude and harassed me about returning a product with a receipt. He kept badgering me about why I was returning the product and I told him simply that it did not work. I told him I didnt have the energy for his bad attitude because I had a long day at work as a Hospice Chaplain where I care for terminally ill patients. I told Stephan this and his response Ive had a long day too, you should be use to it by now. I was shocked he said this to me and asked to speak to another associate. Stephan refused to let me speak to another associate in the store stating they work for Me. Stephan created a major scene in the store. Im in the process of reporting this to corporate.

Stefan is always helpful and knowledgeable. Buying products, at this location from all associates is a real delight.

I really love the vitamin shoppe for some of the better quality vitamins than a drugstore carries. The staff is nice, especially Stefan. He always helps with finding the best vitamins for a remedy or best made. Thank you Stefan!

I contacted corporate to let them know how awful their employee Stephan is to the customers of vitamin shoppe. Rishida the regional manager did not call back as she promised and acted as if she had better things to do.

A wide array of products, polite & courteous customer service. Cant go wrong with health products.

There are so many products out there. Stefan and the staff always help me find the right ones for me and my family. One example of the many times they helped out is that we were having a problem finding the right pre natal and they had no problem exchanging the one that made my wife sick.

Great location, I love the sales they have, the staff was very helpful, I describe what I was looking for and was able to find a good product for my skin care and problem with sleep, I will definitely be back to try products for weight loss

Theyre service is great. If youre new to herb and supplement things, theres someone there that can help you to explain about the product and the quality of the product and brand. They carry wide array of supplement, herbal treatment and protein drink of many brand.

These are strong mints but they have helped me all month long (Ive been using 2 to 3 of these mints a day) for sinuses. They are simply a must have for coughs, sore throats, and all n all a good breath freshener!Simple ingredients that our grandparents would recognize. None of the synthetic additives are involved. Which is better off for us!

Great customer service. Received a phone call from Wendy this evening to inform me that a bottle of vitamins that my husband had brought in to be replaced, he ended up leaving at the counter when checking out. Wendy obviously goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. Thank you, means a lot you took the time to make the call.

I frequently visit this location and the staff is very friendly. Most of them are very very knowledgeable of supplements and nutrition While others not so much. But overall theyre really nice people and try their best to help people to the best of their ability. Even if they are crowded with one person working.

Very bad customer service, I went there yesterday I purchased a product, the product had warning in the back of the bottle saying it cause cancer soo after I paid I wanted to return it or switch it with something else with the same price and when I asked for that both of the guy working there and the lady went off saying out products are final sale you can’t switch it or return it and they were very rude never recommend this place to anyone it seems it’s like they’re just trying to get rid of the products and they don’t care about explaining anything to customers and they don’t care about any customer service either........

They consistently have everything I need, they stay well stocked, and those BOGO (1/2 off) sales keep me coming back as a steady customer.

Staff always has a chip on their shoulder and looks at you like youre going to steal something, instead of acting like youre putting something away and actually snooping why dont you ask if I need help???

Customer service is everything! Purchased a lotion and as I was getting in the car the bag fell and the top broke making it non-usable. The manager was kind enough to swap the broken pump out for the display sample pump. Also, the staff here is very knowledgeable. Thank you!

NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP HERE...I have been shopping at this vitamin shop for 5 years. Spending lots of money for me and my dog here. The employees has always been nice or just act like i wasnt there. Which some times thats nice i spent the less amount those days. Today June 8th at 12:11pm i went there and the lady was so rude. I asked for help and she was not busy. I didnt let it bother me. When i went to check out was when i decided to take my business else where. There was no greeting and no thank you come again. When i said thank you to her. She couldnt even fit her mouth to say you welcome. All i got was a umm hmm. When i called there after leaving to take to a manager she informed me that she was a manager. According to my receipt her associate number is 044062. Worst employee ever. She should not be working vitamin shoppe. Hee personality fits better with Walmart or kmart employees. Sucks to leave but i work hard for the hundreds of dollars i spend at vitamin shoppe. I should be entitled to good customer service. Another good customer lost and going to Amazon.

Great vitamins for the whole family.

Staff is not educated about their products. So after having to rely on Google for some answers I noticed that other stores had this same product for about $10.00 less. So I figured Id ask if they price match. One of the employees said yes and then another said that it had to be compared to an actual store. Walmart to me is a store. The vitamin shoppe wanted to call Walmart and verify the price when the price was clearly on their website. This is not a store that has employees thats are knowledgeable at all about their products. And their price match isnt worth the hassle of actually having to call the store to verify their cost. Ill be getting my animal paks, and whey protein from somewhere else for now on.

Very lazy staff that fail to provide any customer service. Ignores customers and displays a total apathetic attitude in the store. It is rather apparent that their attitude dictates of not wanting to interact nor answering any customers questions regarding products. I highly not recommend this location......One of the worst experiences, ever...
