Customer service is absolutely abysmal here, might as well ask a bag of rocks for help. Taken me over 3 weeks to get my refund from a return. Nobody knows what they are doing. Sent me back and fourth to different GNCs. Told ME to call corporate so that THEY could use MY phone. However, they had the corporate number as well as a phone that was not in use. Would rather snort pre workout than go back to that GNC.

Ashley was helpful. You usually expect to just go in and get something but she was very informative letting you know what works and whats not going to work. She breaks down whats best for you whatever goal youre trying to reach.
