Im not a big ice cream fan, but this place made me one. The ice cream scoops are huge and very tasty. The waffle cone was divine. Great variety and the one scoop can even be a combo of two ice creams!

Holy cow!!!! This is a icecream store. You order a small and its a large most places.Its usually super busy but the staff is super friendly and the lines move quick.This place is a MUST for all who visit this side of Virginia Beach

I used to love taking the family here but our recent trip was awful…. One the register barely even worked and it took a year for us to pay! Next i went in twice in a row and their was not a single waffle cone ready for me…. Hopefully the dude with his hat on can get it together in there because recently it’s been a joke.

Such a cute shop and totally worth the wait. We stopped for a fresh, made to order breakfast & morning drinks on our way out of Sandbridge. They have breakfast tacos, waffles topped with strawberries, bagel sandwiches, smoothies, coffee drinks, fun waffle cones...the menu is extensive & the food was delicious. Yes, you might wait a little longer than a chain drive through, but and especially during these times #supportlocal. Employees are super friendly, COVID compliant & greet you with a smile. I bought a cute t-shirt and was pleasantly surprised when I got home because it smells just like homemade waffle cones 😋 I believe they serve Hershey’s ice cream 🍦

The staff are young kids working summer jobs and are great! They are so welcoming and helpful. Also, the ice cream is Hershey’s, so it’s amazing. Awesome place to cool off for a few minutes.

Awesome ice cream, generous portions, good pricing

Every single time we visit we stop by this adorable local ice cream shop. I have four boys and for some reason we seem to always arrive right before closing. The young people working never seem in a rush or irritated that we are there when it should be time for them to lock up. They are always super friendly and accommodating. All I can say is come here. Shop local. Don’t go to Ben and Jerry’s...unless you’re the guy who reviewed here earlier who wants Butter Pecan. Go to Ben and Jerry’s then. My guess is you better get there before closing though or they’ll slam the door in your face. But hey.. they’ll have your “smart flavored” Butter Pecan.

Ice cream is great, large portions. Ordered 1 scoop in waffle cone & took me a half hour to finish.

I ordered 2 kiddie cups and the servings were HUGE, the coffee was good also. The price was less than expected for the location.

Sweet sweet people! Breakfast burritos were downright amazing... all food appears to be homeade here right in front of you. Busy on a friday morning with seats outside to hang out on. If you have a large order to place, it is recommended to call ahead of time... give em an hour to ensure you spend your time at the beach on the beach. Being all handmade, like anything, it can take a little time to build your breakfast items. Recommend for sure!

Awesome folks. Able to rent bikes and get some ice cream. Set up is perfect for keeping space from other people as they moved the register to the front door.

Great flavors, good prices, and good staff. We went after dinner tonight and there wasnt a long wait. Theres plenty of seating outside and the staff seemed to be handling all the COVID related adjustments really well. Cant wait to try the breakfast burritos!

Such a cute little ice cream shop across from the beach in Sandbridge! They have a big variety of delicious ice cream, which they let you sample anything you wish, and all kinds of toppings too. Oh it smells so delicious the minute you walk through the doors and the ice cream does not disappoint! If you are in the area visiting you just must stop by. All the workers in the shop were so kind and friendly. The amazing workers make the visit even more of a treat! Also, when we visited, which was a few days before hurricane Dorian, they had live music in front of the Shack! So we were able to enjoy our yummy treats with some awesome music. Just so you know, there isnt a ton of space inside of the Sugar Shack so all the seating is outside. Its not bad, they have lots of different options of seating and tables to pick from. This allows you to have a front row seat for the live music and is very forgiving if you are sandy from coming right from the beach.

We love this shop. My family has been going to sand bridge for many years and it is our tradition to stop here.They serve ice cream and then let you go wild on the toppings bar. Sundaes are priced by the pound. Its hard not to make a mess.Its wonderful fun and great for special moments and making memories.

Nice little local ice cream shop. They have pretty much everything you could ask for including hard ice cream, specialty waffle cones and sundaes, candy, toppings galore and even a coffee shop. The line was out the door, but they moved people through quickly.

Awesome local ice cream for Sandbridge Beach-goers! Great flavor choices with many different combination options and customizations. Prices are higher than average, but you get what you pay for! Be prepared to stand in line any day of the week, as this place is a popular spot right up until close.

Stopped by to try the breakfast, the biscuit was alright. I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It was a combination of premade items with grilled eggs. This made for an ok sandwich. I also got a iced coffee which was probably the worst iced coffee I’ve had in a long time. Do yourself a favor, get the ice cream (Hershey’s) and skip breakfast.

Great icecream...but...my daughter pulled a long blond hair out of her icecream..so they did make her another one..they girls need to secure their hair they are all down in the bucket scooping ..anything could fall in as in lice dandruff..i defitnatly will not be back in..and it sucks because its a wonderdul place for icecream on a.hot beach day!
