I actually started buying ink cartridges from this company for our postage machine and through another online website. I looked their website up and found the cartridges for our printer were much cheaper I ordered direct from them. I have never been disappointed and thankful I can save our firm some money.

Purchased ink cartridges for that didnt work with our postal meter. Cartridge Pros replaced them and the replacements didnt work. I had to purchase an ink cartridge directly from the meter company in order to get our mail out. I did finally call re: the defective replacements that were out of warranty, however I was rudely hung up on and called a scammer by the billing person. Poor customer relations!

This business is so convenient to use. Much easier than being overwhelmed by all of the options at the big box stores. I simply used a drop down menu to find my printer and then put the ink in my cart. It shipped to my house within a day of ordering!

I run a large real estate office and I go through toner like water. This company claims their cartridges are superior to OEM, but I found the opposite to be true. I later learned that it is a known statistical fact that compatibles have a higher failure rate than OEM brands. When I tried to explain my dissatisfaction, they became defensive and eventually downright rude, resulting in hanging up on me. For the time, money and energy spent on this, I would have been better off just ordering an OEM cartridge from a major online retailer.

Needed a printing cartridge for a postage machine that was a 3-day minimum ship through Office Depot and other retailers, Contacted them by phone and they overnighted a cartridge from their Nevada warehouse at no extra cahrge to me. Warning:Total rip-off, their NeoPost IJ75 Cartridge worked only for 5 mounts and they did not honor their one year warranty.Do you think you can fool people by making up a story like your response and also call your customers scam artists? You sold a cartridge with a 12 month life warranty and it stopped working after 5 months. The cartridge’s life (expired) The cartridge is not out of ink!
