The staff are very responsive and provide excellent service. When we need supplies, they respond right away to ensure we get them. We are a small business and have been doing business with Primetech Office Systems Inc for 4 years. Their prices have changed minimally and continue to be within our budget. We are happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

They are horrible. My copier is a year old and it broke down 1.25 months ago. We have called them and emailed them almost every day and the the copier is still broken. They wont return phone calls. they promise that a tech will be at the office and they dont show up. Dabney at their office has made many promises that she has never followed through with. They cant get parts etc.. always some excuse. They never once offered a temporary printer even after several request. I wouldnt use this company again and i wouldnt but a Sharp MX3140 EVER!
