I chose a plush mattress in the store. I figured the mattress felt firm when it was delivered because it was new and maybe needed a “break-in period”. I was wrong. It’s been over 45 days and the mattress still feels like a firm mattress. Not even close to feeling plush. Go with a store with a return policy.

Highly recommended! What a great time and money saver! So glad my wife and I found this place. Wed been shopping at several competitors and were on the way to another one when we drove down Newtown Rd. and saw Mattress signs. We were in and out in 15 minutes with exactly what we were shopping for. Great variety and everything appeared to be less expensive than everywhere else we had been. We saved about $400 from what we had almost bought 30 minutes earlier from another Mattress place. Worker was friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable and personable. Just wish I wouldnt have wasted 2 hours shopping around prior to going to Mattress2go.

Deliver was so professional -- they called and told me exactly when they would arrive at my house. They were on time, and worked as a team to help me set up my bed with box springs and mattress. If I could give this place 7 stars, I would. I walked into this mattress store with my wife and within 10 minutes my wife and I were able to pick out a mattress at a reasonable price. The salesman whom is one of the owners is very knowledgeable on the mattresses. I was able to get my mattress and box spring delivered same day free of charge. I didnt have any problems with the deliverers. I believe most if not all of the bad reviews of this mattress store are given by people who are ignorant and didnt pay attention to the salesman and the documentation available to them. Those bad reviews should be ignored.

He is a liar who claims to only sell serta products but the firm 4 beds when you walk in are not serta. They are sleep well and when you ask him he claims that serta owns sleepwell. Dont waste your time. Go get what you really want.

OK, so their location isn’t the greatest, but I love supporting local small businesses. Allen was very knowledgeable and a big help. Got a great deal on new King and Queen Serta mattress sets. The delivery team were friendly and helpful, too. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Do not buy a mattress from this place. The owner who I bought my mattress and box spring from is dishonest and shady. What you think you buy and what you get are not the same thing. Purchased what I thought was a matching mattress and box spring set during my lunch break. When I went to pick it up i get the mattress that I picked out (which is white) and a black box spring. I told him I would like a matching white box spring and he says all they have is black box springs. I told him I would like I refund before I even left the store and he tells me there is a 20% restock fee. Super shady and dishonest place. Please save yourself the time, effort and trouble and do not buy a mattress from this place.The portion below has been added after I just saw (3 months later) the owners response to my review:Pretty much everything he said was false. The thing that stands out the most is how he said I came back after 30 minutes. It was 2-3 minutes later after I realized the box spring was black when I was strapping it down in my trailer. This goes to show how much of a liar this family owned business man is. I went back in and was denied a refund. I almost went ahead and returned it with the 20% restock fee, but I didnt want dishonest person to get any free money from me. Please do yourself and other consumers a favor and do not buy anything from this place. He needs to go out of business so he doesnt have the opportunity to screw anyone else over. Dishonesty!! The mattress we got through the company was nice as we expected but of you plan on purchasing here DO NOT FINANCE!! mattress 2 go and the company they finance with called SNAP Financing completely scammed my husband and i ! We got a mattress on sale and after tax and fees it would come too 940$ okay cool, well we just called to find out how much we owe left because we were going to pay it off sooner if possible in next couple months, were thinking maybe 4 or 500 left on the mattress and get informed we owe $1500 left on a mattress we were told was only 940 ! That was with our fees. Never once did either company tell us if we didnt have mattress paid in 100 days that the mattress price would be 2200 dollars!! I could of bought a better mattress for that price!! After speaking so highly to others of this place i now have to go back and inform people that the2 companys work hand in hand in this little scam!!! Highly disappointed !!

Im so glad that i came to mattress 2go i was able to purchase a queen mattress set for $199. I was able to shop within my budget with a friendly sales person and relaxed atmosphere. Prices are the best around with straight forward prices Ill recommend mattress 2 go to everyone I know!!!

This store is a small family owned local business. They were having a 50% off sale. I was able to get a queen Eurotop for my young son for $299, box spring included. Same day delivery was only $35. The owners wife came and set up the bed for me, gave me tips, and directed the mattress movers so nothing got damaged. The owner even let me do online comparison shopping in the store. Guess which was the best deal. Fantastic! Friendly and great service. Highly recommend.

Went down and bought the lowest of the line queen bed they had.... delivered, with rails it was $293. It is *NOT* the one advertised at mattress discounters thats constantly on sale to bait you and switch you... that one is thin and horrible...you can really go down to this place, buy the advertised cheap mattress and get that mattress...And i gotta tell you, its not bad at all. Id say it was GREAT!I spent 1400$ on some pillow top super duper top of the line mattress and it hurt my back so bad....They have nicer top of the line ones as well but those are too soft for me. GREAT BED i must say... sleeping like a baby and its lightweight and easy to move!If you need a bed, id recommend this place .... delivery charges where cheaper than filling up your friends truck with gas.

I chose this place specifically because the bad customer service review above made me laugh. Any business owner thats willing to tell a poor customer to go elsewhere gets a plus in my book.

My purchase at this store saved me a lot of time and money they were very nice and fast with the delivery and set up it was free and Im elderly with no one to help but Allen the store manager and his wife came in set up my new serta set and it was $600 less than the two big stores on the boulevard and I got it the same day within 2 hours of purchasing it . I walked in with my three year old son and was immediately greeted by a friendly man, he asked what I was looking for and about my budget. When I got shy he immediately told me verbatim no worries I have them in all price ranges. Upon telling him my budget, he laughed and said I had NOTHING to worry about. He was very helpful and knowledgable and was willing to do whatever I asked, even lean on beds to help me see the motion transfer. He was kind and understanding of my little one at all times. Upon buying I was given same day delivery service (which quite frankly if he would have told me that at the beginning he would have had an instant customer). Upon delivery he and his lovely wife went above and beyond, even moving my old bed set into our spare room and set up the new one. I look forward to doing more business as they start selling bed sets (i.e. headboards and foot boards). Highly recommend!

I recently spent a fair amount of time searching the internet for new Mattresses for myself and my son. I found the mattresses (Serta) with similarly exorbitant prices being sold by the standard mattress retail stores most of us are familiar with and even visited several of the local mattress stores much to my chagrin. My search began again and I found Mattresses 2Go. I was delighted when it appeared on the web and they carried the quality Serta Mattresses I sought but at a significantly affordable discounted price. I called the store and asked a number of questions to ascertain the availability of the Mattresses I wanted, would they deliver, if delivered when and were the prices that were advertised actual prices or clearance sale items only. I was very pleased to hear that the sale prices were as advertised for the particular Mattresses I wanted. I spoke to the store owner Mr. Allen that by the way was very polite, patient, professional and graciously invited me to the store so I could see and select the Mattresses I sought myself. I went to Mattresses 2 Go and was greeted courteously and I identified myself to two sales persons. It was Mr. Allen and his brother they genuinely were pleased to see me and took their time walking me through the store and showed me several King, Queen and Twin Beds. True to their word the affordable prices as advertised were honored so I purchased a lovely queen size Serta bed for myself and a great set of Serta twin beds for my son. Our beds were delivered personally the same day by Mr. Allen’s brother. I will definitely recommend Mattresses 2Go to family,friends and neighbors. They made shopping for our much needed beds so easy. As you know a good nights sleep in a great bed is so good for ones health. I had an uncomplicated and pleasant experience at Mattresses 2 Go. Bait and SWITCH!! We went in because of the great reviews but I think they must have written them or we got lousy service...we were looking for a twin size mattress for our son and were given a choice between 3 styles for 69 dollars. GREAT deal, but they kept asking us if we wanted a bunkie mattress (4 inch deep, cheap, plastic mattress with hot air balloons on it last one - it will be perfect for your son). We refused and made our choice. When it came time to pay, the salesgirl said oops thats not 69, its 129. So we went with our second choice (still NOT the bunkie mattress) and she said Im sorry, he made a mistake, the 69 is only for the bunkie mattress. We left. It was pretty obvious that they were trying to get rid of that cheap mattress, even though we repeatedly told them NO. We would have paid the higher price had they been upfront about it, but the shady mistakes really turned us off.We went to Mattress Discounters and found a better mattress for a better price (plus they kicked in free delivery and sheet sets)MY advice - keep your ears and eyes open if you decide to shop here.P.S. This was for the twin mattress ONLY, not the set.

This place is owned and operated by a scam artist. Do not shop here. They sell you the wrong thing and then try and make it like you asked for the wrong thing when it doesnt work for your bed frame . Very unprofessional. I will make it my business to make sure everyone knows how bad this place is.

I upgraded from a more expensive mattress with a certain name brand in did not receive the name brand that I intended to pay for and then when he delivered the mattress it was a totally different mattress and telling me it is the same thing very displeased I was going to pay it off 90 days same as cash but instead of doing that now Im going to weigh my options very disappointed
