Ive placed 2 orders with them. Their products are great... Cant say enough good things there. But, what stands out about them is their customer service. In December of 2018, I had a problem with sizing/availability that was handled by a rep named John (I can provide the company with his last name if requested). John handled my problem far beyond any expectation that I would ever have of any customer service rep in any industry. He was truly great and I cant say enough good about him.Fast forward to February 8, 2021 (day before yesterday)... I placed an order that Im tracking is set to be delivered in just a few hours! Thats delivery in less than 40 hours... Better than Amazon!Im impressed.

Reserving the right add or subtract stars based on how they handle my issue. I purchased their Carlos Ray 2.1s. Delivered 9NOV20. By thanksgiving, the threads were coming loose on the pocket where I carry my knife. If these tactical pants can’t stand up to a pocket clip on a tactical knife, what’s the point? They have responded enough to get my deets, but radio silence since.Edit: Today is Monday. They say I should have replacement by end of week.

Their own brand products are awesome.Anecdote time: I took 4 pairs of their TD Carlos Ray 2.1 pants with me to Afghanistan in 2019. 12-14 hour days/7 days a week for 4 months and they held up perfectly. They even held up to the the notorious inferno dryers when someone swapped my laundry without looking at the tags and put them on high heat (tag says DONT...but they were no worse off). Since I returned home, Ive been using them for hiking and weapons training (mag pockets are awesome when practicing quick swaps). Ill be leaving for another Afghanistan rotation shortly and will be bringing the same 4 pairs.

This is a top notch operation. I order 3 shirts, when I got them and tried them on they were a little tight, so they exchanged them, with out any problems and had the replacements at my door the next day. I do a lot of online shopping but this place has hands down the best customer service. I will be ordering from them again very soon!

They offered me one of their newest additions of shirts as well as refunded me for my next day air shipping charge, and still shipped it out next day air for me. One of the best companies I have ever ordered from, with some of the best customer service depts in the game! Now I will have my order just in time to review my Carlos Ray pants for my rifle course on Friday🤙

Our kid loves the mini action figures that come with his dads packages. We have not found a better pair of pants than the Carlos Ray - they hold their shape, look awesome and move extremely well.

Tactical Distributors is easily the best company Ive ever done business with. Customer Service is on another level. I ordered the wrong size Salomon boots a few days before a vacation to VT. When I contacted TD (Friday morning) and explained my situation Jenn arranged an overnight delivery on the weekend so I would have the boots for the trip. Weekend overnight delivery isnt a standard service and the fact that Jenn had arranged the delivery speaks volumes. In every exchange Jenn was extremely polite and helpful. I will be a lifelong customer because of the products they sell and the outstanding customer service. Take comfort in the fact that TD goes above and beyond.

Ordered a $600 jacket from the site before Christmas with $5 overnight shipping. Never shipped. Followed up days later by phone and was promised by Ms. Taylor Stone that it would ship that day (Dec. 26). Never heard anything nor did I receive a tracking number so I called again Dec. 27th to be told that the warehouse had left but that I would get a call back today, Monday, the 30th. No call, no followup - nothing. Not happy. This will be my last order with TD despite doing a lot of business with them previously. .

I ordered a pair of backpacking boots from this company a few weeks ago. Being that I am stationed here in Alaska, I order a lot of things online as opposed to going to stores to buy things since we dont have much of that available around here. With that said, of all the companies I have ordered products through, this company may be one of the best I have done business with. Buying boots online is a gamble since youre not trying them on. Their product description was perfect and I got exactly what I expected. The delivery process was fast and they even included a few misc things with the order (A few little toy soldiers, a beach ball, window decal) which although a small gesture, shows they appreciate the customers business and customer satisfaction is important to them. I dont leave reviews ever, but felt that it would be a shame not to when they went above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. I will be ordering from them in the future.

I’ve been a customer of Tactical Distributors for a few years now, and have had nothing but an extremely satisfying experience with their products and service. Having an extensive military and law enforcement background, I appreciate products that are effective, efficient, functional and practical. Tactical Distributors get the highest rating in all of these categories, especially for their own TD products. Furthermore, their customer service is second to none, as I have had to return products for exchange over the years. It’s all part of online shopping, you get a shirt or a pair of pants that are spot on but you need to up size or down size. To some this may cause a bit of anxiety; however, TD’s customer service has always made the experience worry and stress free (even when a package I sent back got stuck in purgatory one time). Placed an order over a month ago. No contact at all from this company regarding the lost shipment. I had to call and email multiple times to get Robbie to respond.He finally told me hed ship me a replacement 3 weeks ago. Ups paid the claim and still Ive got nothing to show for it.Emailed yesterday for an update and big surprise: no reply.Dont shop here. They dont give a damn.
