Zach was very helpful, both with selecting the type of paint and coordinating color options. The store was quiet and had adequate staff to assist both private shoppers like me and professional painters with large sales. Sherwin-Williams has served our home well with quality paint for years.

Customer service was terrible, the gentleman at the counter was very rude! I represent a company that has a account with this astablishment. If this is how customers are treated or people of color. I suggest training so no one else gets treated this way in a paint store. After the terrible treatment the other store clerk pickup on what her coworker was doing and started rushing us to pay for items while Im still purchasing things. I paid for what i had in my hand and left. Ill never return to this location. And im going to call my rep for Sherwin Williams and report both clerk that treated me this way in 2021...

Go to another store. They got a guy in there that has an attitude that will have you ready to denounce all sherwin williams all together. Tall, black, no name tag, very aggressive. Management probably should look into it.

The black guy that works here is extremely rude and unprofessional. Id give a name but he wasnt even wearing a name tag. Only came here cause they were the only one that had it in stock but now I know why.

If you ever need to color match existing paint you definitely need to go here.
