Very professional, fast and friendly. Good info and an all around fine experience. Could not have asked for more.

We were told it would take 2 hours. We showed up a little before 2 hours and they had not even started replacing the windshield. The manager stayed and talked with us and even allowed us to watch the installation. Even though we had to wait longer, we left really happy with the work that was done and like the workers at the shop really cared about customers.

***Our first time ever using safelite***THE BADWe scheduled our windshield replacement at 10:30 and was told itll be ready in 2 hours. We werent seen until 2.5 hours later due to the cars before us having complications and taking longer than expected.THE GOODDespite wasting part of my afternoon, it was a great experience. I was able to watch the whole removal of the old glass and installation of the new one while their store manager (Not sure of his name) explained each and every step as his 2 technicians worked on our replacement. It was obvious that they knew we should have been done already and we going quickly (but efficiently). When they were done, I immediately noticed a difference in the new shield and gave me a bottle of their $18 glass cleaner.Despite the delay, I enjoyed the experience seeing first hand the process and the manager teaching me how they do it.

Sorry it took awhile to write this review. BUT, I just could not forget how awesome and incredible Store Manager ALEX P., his staff and this Visalia location was to me! Definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of help or services. And once again from the bottom of my heart, thank you for going above and beyond!!!

I used the website to schedule a mobile replacement for my windshield. The tech showed up with the wrong windshield even though I inputted all required information in the website when scheduling, so they should definitely look into that issue. Then I had to schedule to take my car to the local shop since it required recalibration and they cant do that off site. Arrived at my scheduled appointment (from Tulare to downtown Visalia, 20 minute drive) and was told my windshield was not in yet and had me reschedule for the following week. I asked if the windshield would for sure be in at that time and was told that I could call them before to check. Why on earth wouldnt they contact me to let me know if its there or not?! I canceled my appointment and was able to go through another business right away with no issues. NEVER will I go through Safelite or recommend anyone to do so.

Very fast on installing the windshield once they got it from Audi warehouse. It took three weeks to get the windshield, but once they got it in they did it the very next morning .

The manager was extremely helpful with our open appointment and was able to fit us in quickly. Overall, we are extremely happy with the service we received, except for the fact that the tech broke the nozzle to the window washer sprayer when removing the old windshield and didnt tell us. We noticed it a few days later. I really should remove a star, but decided not to due to the fact that the customer service was otherwise exceptional.

Schedule appointment for Safelite Safelite theyre doing some kind of remodeling and tell me that they couldnt replace my window so I could all the way down here for for for no reason theyre supposed to come but I got Friday now and install my window this time its supposed to come to me

Terrible customer service, at Visalia location. Initially I was sold on their lifetime guarantee! Which is further from the truth, I had my windshield replaced and a week later I received a small crack on left edge of the windshield. Clearly the windshield was defective and vulnerable. The tech said we will see what we can do. I assume their lifetime guarantee would take effect. The franchise owner indicated without hesitation it appeared a rock caused the crack. There is a good reason to believe the windshield, made in Mexico, could have been defective during the currying of the glass. I informed the owner I am the only one who drives the vehicle and would have heard the rock hit my windshield. He simply said he I would have to pay the entire amount again. This was very disappointing. If he would have at least charged me for his materials I would have done it but to no avail.

Very good experience at this location. There was only one person working and he treated me with respect and updated me about options I had. While I waited he even got me a heater to keep me comfortable. I would just suggest to have a better waiting area.

Took 3 tries to get a windshield installed. First time we drove a half hour for them to tell us they didn’t have the windshield (after confirming the VIN and vehicle details prior to the appointment). 2nd time they came to us and didn’t have the correct molding. 3rd time the installation was completed but was sloppy.

Ruben, the safelite mobile technician, came out to fix a crack in my windshield that was only 1/8 long. He first was surprised that no one from Safelite told me that I should have parked my car in the shade. When I asked him if that was a problem he said he would just cool down my windshield. While he was repairing the crack he caused it to grow from 1/8 to over 12 long. When I asked him if cracks growing during a repair were common he accidentally let it slip that he had seen it happen when he had worked on hot windshields. If he knew my windshield was too hot to work on he shouldnt have worked on it! My insurance was paying for the repair so Im sure they got their money whether the repair was good or not.I asked him how much it would cost to replace the windshield. He called his office and gave me a quote, which seemed extremely high. When I called the Safelite national number to complain about my service they directed me to their national sales office who quoted me $200 less to replace my windshield. All this seems like a big scam to me.

I made the mistake of taking my car to a certain other Auto Glass shop in Visalia *cough* best auto glass *cough*. I had a horrible experience and was left with a new broken windshield. Lucky for me my insurance was paying so I setup an appointment at Safelite. They fixed all the damage and had me on the road in just over an hour with perfect service AND a lower bill. If what youre looking for is great customer service look no further.I definitely recommend safelite!

So, first time using Safelite. May I say, first, LOVE that they come to you. Love it. I didnt have to go anywhere today lol next, Id love to give a huge shout-out to Pablo, my tech, he contacted me early n let me know he could show up before the original arrive time. Love that. Ive never used Safelite before so of course I was nervous. But every rep I spoke with about concerns, they were always very caring and gave me direct answers. I did file a claim thru insurance so I was pleased that I didnt have to pay my full deductible for the repair. In the first photo is the injury to my windshield from a rock. The second (pardon my messy car) is the windshield upon repair. Honestly, cant even tell a difference! Pablo was so awesome! He was nice, personable, answered all my questions and was very thorough and quick with repair. The guy deserves a raise or bonus 🤗☺️ thanks Safelite! Truly would recommend this service to anyone AND already have. Also, def recommend Pablo! Hes awesome! ❤️
