Horrible customer service!No one in the store but me! Couldn’t find the machine I needed to make a lamination! I got a finger point, “It’s over there!” response. I asked for help to find the laminate machine. Gal walks over points at the machine and says, “I can show you where it’s at, but won’t do it for you!” I’ll be damned. That’s horrible, unacceptable, customer service! Won’t be back!.. UPS STORE right across the street. Have used them in the past with Excellent customer service.

FedEx is one of the largest retail stores, where mails and packages are delivered, shipping, and received! In addition, there are also other services, such as printing, faxing, photocopying, and more! I have been to FedEx office to pick my delivered package, and they took good care of it! Very tidy and organized! Nice and courteous employees! Great customer service! 👍

Absolutely great experience! I needed to print out a digital artwork I had done, but I had never done that before so I decided to go here. The man working there was so helpful and friendly. I got my stuff printed out within minutes and the way I needed them. I would definitely come again and would 100% recommend.

Ive bought several things online and had them delivered by fedex and they take so dang along to deliver its ridiculous. They could be 3 hours away and take days to get here. Oh yeah and another thing they are always changing their delivery day. The tracking number says that you will get it on a Monday and youll get it till like Thursday, but that is just my experience.

I came in to make some copies. I had a couple of questions and the manager, of all people, was a bit on the rude side. She acted as though it was a problem that I was there. She was short with her responses and seemed a bit irritated. Makes me not want to come back. How disappointing.

I needed to print programs for a funeral, the staff was very helpful. I needed 300 copies and they were able to get it done the same day (within a few hours) even thought they had to be folded by hand. The manager even worked with me and stopped the printing after I noticed a typo and called in about it. Thank you very much!

Absolutely terrible. Will not be coming back. I came to the Packwood location (about 7:15 PM) and waited 30 minutes as I watched customer after customer come in and get helped before me. The one worker named Christian was completely clueless. I finally decided to ask when I would be helped and he basically told me that I should leave my card unattended in the printing machine and stand in line and wait after being there for well over 20 minutes. Utter stupidity. Fed Ex should really work on their filtering process when hiring people. Not to mention, they had one worker working when there was a rush. Do not come to this Fed Ex.

Been going here to print labels for a small business and printables for a gender reveal. Very helpful staff. Cheaper to print then I have dealt with prior.

Usually its a very professional place however Carlos was extremely rude, unprofessional and unkind. He should not be working in customer service.

The young lady wasn’t helpful at all. Their fax Machines were down there was only one working and it ran out of ink and they only have one copy machine. It just wasn’t a very pleasant experience. The young girl told me they were the only fax on this side of town when across the street is UPS.

Went to this location as they were open on Sunday. I had an emergency situation with my mum needing her Green Card up in Alaska and she had left it behind. I told the guy at this FedEx location that I needed to have the card delivered no later than noon on the Tuesday. He said that was no problem as they had 3 priority overnight services to offer. 8 am, 10 am and 12 pm delivery. I first chose 8 am, obviously, but was informed that the location in Alaska didnt have the 8 am delivery available but the 10 am was. I selected this delivery. 10 am on Tuesday. I paid the $50 it cost to send a -1lb envelope overnight and was given my tracking and guarantee. Its 630 am on Tuesday, I track the package, My estimated delivery is noon on weds and the last place the package was scanned was Oakland on Tuesday morning. WHY IS IT ONLY IN OAKLAND! For some reason my package didnt leave this Visalia location until Tuesday early morning. I then had to spend 5 hours on the phone with various departments of FedEx to locate the package, and find out way it was late, and explain that my mum would be deported at noon if she didnt have the card! They told me that Alaska took longer to deliver to, and that there is no such thing as Overnight to Alaska, only 2-day. I would never have put the card in the mail had I known this information, I would have gotten on a plane to Alaska myself and hand delivered it to her on Monday. This FedEx location needs to train their employees to know which delivery locations are unable to have overnight priority. Youd think that one be important to know. Needless to say, I am writing this to warn everyone to stay away from this location and FedEx.

I was there at 10.35 last night, trying to ship a package to Argentina. The young Hispanic male in attendance was rude, and did not cooperate with me at all. He was showing me how displeased he was with me, walking away from me, showing me a real attitude. A very frustrating experience. The package got shipped anyways but not because of his work. I called the store next day to report this incident, i did not even get an apology. FedEx provides with an excellent service, it is this store that is remarkably awful.

4 times Ive come to this location in 2 months to find the systems are down or unable to connect, huge inconvenience, especially when youre needing next day delivery and have to drive to another location ( in Tulare off prosperity) . Save the time and go to the Tulare or the Visalia airport locations, this Mooney location never delivers on the necessary resources that are required in packing and shipping in my experience.

Was there on Dec 23 guys in front desk not helpful at all I got email saying my package was delivered at this office guy said no no delivery for you try tomorrow I go to my car get my phone he looks at it says oh is in the truck come later his conversation with coworker was More important than helping me come after work walk in front desk another unhelpful employee asked me what I needed said here to pickup a package he said no we dont have any packages really told him yes is in the truck he said no I again said your other coworker told me it was here so made face goes around the counter it was there he was about to send me home again this fed ex guys dont want to work nothing helpful had to push my own heavy package to the car hopefully manager does something with this lazy guys

I came in this morning, brought my laptop with me, Matt the employee assisted me in logging into the wifi, forwarding my documents through store email, printing them, and making copies of other documents I needed, all various sizes. Thank you Matt, I was worried about figuring it all out on my own, Im not computer savvy but you made this experience an easy one..

I went in to have my Microsoft book broken down so it wouldnt be so heavy to carry and the young lady behind the counter sort of messed it up BUT! The manager came in and fixed it all right as rain, no charge! and he smiled and apologized for what his employee had done. THIS is what brings customers back, not just good service but making any problem or mistake good with a smile. I dealt with another company once and I got what do you want me to do about it? and a whole lot of Tude. Had to go to that companies corporate to rectify both matters. So for how they handled my problem and fixed it and the whole wonderful attitude they exhibited I gave them 5 stars and will continue to drive to Visalia and give them my business!

I took in a bunch of boxes and the shipped them, so I guess you can say the deserve a perfect rating of 5/7.

Scheduled a pick up and they never showed up. Now I will have to go out of my way to return the package. Very rude customer service on the 1-800#.

If your gonna use the computer the printing process is confusing, the associates don’t even help so basically I wasted $3.50 on trying to print from my email! Avoid this place since it’s 0.49 cents per minute to use the computer.

Disappointed got a 3 business days to deliver My documents,and a staff told me to be recieved By friday in Phillippines,but when we track our documents Its still in oakland By friday,My documents arrived in Philippines on monday.spent a 3 business day but went to more Than 1week.

I went in there mid afternoon on dec.22 to send off some christmas packages. 1 package went to southern California & another went to Yuma AZ. Both arrived to destinstion on time. 1 Other package went further into southern California & wasnt suppose to arrive until Dec 28. I was shocked on the morning of dec 24, when I recieved a picture of my grandson wearing the cozy robe I sent him for christmas. The guys that work in the store are polite & helpful. Ive shipped from this store atleast 10 times in the last year. I wont go anywhere else.

Guy named Carlos messed up shipping a package. Went to talk to him after I received returned package all he did was give attitude and denied customer service

Went to see about having some stuff laminated for a school project. They did an awful job!!!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The laminating was horrible, had all kinds of air bubbles!!
