You really do get what you pay sometimes in auto parts. Anything with rubber you may want to reconsider a more costly dealership type approach. From personal control arm bushing experience purchase here not so good after a few steering wheel turns not good quality after all.

I went into auto zone today and I needed help with a few things with my car and immediately Merrick the big dog on auto zone campus not only took the time to show me which was the best solution to what I needed done as in talking. About painting my car and doing scratch touch ups.he explained to me how the chemicals work and then it was a perfect Match the color he picked for me. Cause I certainly didn’t know what I was doing! It came out perfect, you can’t even see the scratches anymore! Also explained a lot to me about engine work on my Mazda and I swear I must of asked Merrick over 20 questions, and not only was he super busy stocking with another employee, but multi-task to help me look for certain parts! To be honest the guy is a genius when it comes to cars and mechanic talk. I learned a lot from Merrick today and I really appreciate his customer how do you say Help! He was a huge help, and he is such a great asset to your team!! Hope he becomes like the manager or whatever he deserves cause that man helped me crazy!! Great customer satisfaction cause I was satisfied and not only that but I actually learned a great deal about my type of car I have! Thank you so much Merrick and I’m coming back to this auto zone cause your the man! WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS, SEND IN MR. MERRICK!!

My parts were not put on hold, good thing the parts were still available. The young dude that helped me was friendly so that helped. Other than that reasonable prices, right parts for the job, so yeah.

I went into the store on May 8th to get my battery checked out and had the best experience with Merrick and Edward! Edward was super understanding and helpful over the phone before we came. Merrick was friendly, knowledgeable and kind and definitely made the experience easy and smoothe. Battery issues are never fun, but Merrick and Edward made it that much less stressful and I really appreciated that.

Not much for reviews but when exception service is delivered...ill write one. Was in north county and was in desperate need of a part to return home. Spoke with one customer rep then spoke a lovely young woman named Morgan. What couldnt be solved by the first, Morgan went out of her way to to help diagnose the issue then searched for a part that said out of stock and then found what i needed. Im thankful for here extra effort because i didnt think id make it to another store. This is the type of service that makes me think Autozone managers have their act together. More, it illustrates Autozones commitment to phenominal customer care. Kudos to you Miss Morgan. Thanks again for the help. My family appreciates it too.

I has been at the AutoZone in Mission Avenue, we were like 8 people waiting in line to order and pay with just one guy servicing..it took it like 25 minutes to just let me know that the part that it shows online that they have it it wasnt there...

Friendly helpful staff

Came in yesterday to get a new bulb for my jeep. Although the line was long and the store was busy, Brady helped me out by stopping what he was doing and making sure I had the right bulb. He then went and took care of the long line and was very courteous and professional despite the store being so busy. This was my first time at this autozone and I will be definitely coming back. Best AutoZone store for hard to find parts. Largest selection.

Great place for auto parts. Usually have everything in stock or will locate one of their stores that do. They offer a 24 hour service not offered by their competitors. The sale personnel are friendly and knowledgeable about all things auto parts. I have compared prices with their competitors and Auto Zone wins hands down. I also think their tool loan program is a blessing. Great place. Wouldnt shop anywhere else. 100% recommended.

They go above and beyond here.I needed a new battery, mine was 6 years old. Justin Y. helped me out, he tested the battery just to make sure it was a bad battery and not something else. He also tested the alternator just to make sure that was still good. And he asked me what kind of battery I wanted he didn’t try to oversell me anything in particular. He loaned me the tools I needed to replace the battery myself. The experience was quick easy, perfectly efficient and friendly. I appreciate the customer service and the effort that Justin put into helping me.

I came in to Autozone to get brake pads and rotors. During my small talk conversation with Raul (a young guy in case there’s more than one working there) I brought up an issue i had at a different autozone involving an an air filter for the motor.Raul most kindly offered to go out and take a look at my car. He patiently answered all my questions.And then he blew my mind as he explained Autozones lifetime warranty. Nobody had explained it to me like that in the many times I’ve purchased rotors and brakes at Autozone.Icing on the cake, he also helped carry the rotors, which are super heavy, out to my car.I highly recommend this Autozone and Raul!

Good store, but they need to come up with a good plan to help customers ready to pay. They should at least have one designated cashier. I should have been in and out but had to wait, what seemed like a long time to me. Other customers felt the same way I did. So they need a fix.

I been using autozone for years, I do most my work on my vehicles myself and for friends. So Im in often. First time I had this issue at an autozone. I had one my pads go bad that shoulda been covered under warranty but I had to buy a new set to get to and from the store after replacing. Note I bought a rotor and front brakes twice and rears from this store just recently. The manager or who ever he was franchise store owner? Asked me to return to another store cause they dont have enough cash on hand but I wanted it done with a card. Its sad that hes more concerned about his sales and not good customer service. Happy to let product go out of his store and have returns reflect on another store. Super sad and inconvenient for me. I wont use this autozone anymore thanks for inconveniencing my day

Ran into great service @ Ocean Beach store.

The associate helping me had no idea what he was doing, and had no knowledge of cars at all.

I called ahead with my tire sizes to purchase cable tire chains. They said they had the right ones. Paid $120 for set of 4. Tried to put them on, but they would not fit. Label on box didnt even list my correct rim size. I lost the receipt. Tried to take them back, but Manager would not refund and kept insisting they should fit based on the computer match. They didnt have any other size to fit, so Im out $120. Listed them on Craigslist to try to replenish some of the money. Went to OReilly Auto parts and got a set that DOES fit!!! AND, much cheaper! Shop at OReillys instead!

Went in the store today to pick up a crank position sensor. Orielys auto parts had it listed for Ten bucks less and they didnt want to price match. They told me they called the store and it wasnt in stock, Oriely needed to order it. thats why they couldnt price match. They lied to me, Orliely did have the part in stock. After investigating some more I found out that the girl from autozone called a different store and they said they had to get it transported from the store i called that was 5 miles away. It would take a couple of hours for the part to get there. They still didnt want to price match for the sensor. I guess company policy doesnt matter to this Autozone store.

I usually come here for convenient location . Today i walked in to be 1 of 2 customers and 4 employees. No hello . I walked a loop in store past two employees. Did not ask me if needed help or hello. I was waiting in line for 5 minutes while a customer was getting help at counter. Other three employees just keepin busy walking around. As i was walking out of store pissed off to go to another parts house .a competitor. I was finally asked if i needed help.Well a little late buddy. This is B.S. service Autozone. That is not the way to operate a business. I wont be back to this location. Felt profiled too. Im only human.

Customer service non existent here I was the only customer in line waiting to helped wasnt greeted or told we will be with shortly. Probably the last time I will go there.
