Paula was very helpful, I needed some new oil for my 2015 Fiat 500 Abarth & she helped me find out what kind of oil my vehicle needed as well as the oil filter!! Helpful, funny, & overall a very nice woman😁

Updated Review: In my original review I complained that they sold me the wrong headlights twice. It turns out I’m a dummy because I was trying to replace the highbeams instead of the headlights. Totally my fault; these guys had it 100% right. Sorry for the bad information.

Bought some minute JB weld epoxy for rear view mirror didnt work held mirror for 10 mins I had to use duct tape to hold it up

Ordered a brake kit on Tuesday and was told they would be in by Thursday. Told them I have someone to install them on Saturday and was told no problem they would be in by Thursday. Called them on Friday and was told they never even order my kit, but they would be willing to sell me some off the shelf kit to me. Well if I wanted the off the shelf one I could have had it on Tuesday.Dont trust them when they say it is ordered and want you to pay for it at that time. At best have them order them and pay when the product arrives, that way you wont need to return to get your money back.I will never go back to this location again!!

I just got a car recently and have had to do a lot of shopping here. I was in there about 5-6 times in the space of three days. The employees were very helpful and very knowledgeable. They helped me find all the items I needed and installed my battery and headlight bulbs for me. I highly recommend coming here!

This place wouldnt allow me to return a 25.00 rental tool. Ive rented several tools from autozone and have always been allowed to return them to a closer location. I had to go to a further location to pick up the part I needed because they didnt have it and now they want me to drive to the further location to return a rental tool? Get your stores on the same page autozone.

Nice service but long wait time

Walked into AutoZone Vista this afternoon and waited for 10 minutes for the employees to stop talking. They never got up off their duffs to assist me with questions. Walked out, drove down the street to another supplier, and as usual, was help immediately! With this kind of response, AutoZone wont be lasting very long!!!!

Great Place better than oreilly auto parts vista ca they didnt have parts I needed for my truck. But Autozone did thank you Autozone for having the parts I needed for my truck 2004 Nissan Frontier.
