Historically, this is the regions clearance store. It often has a larger section of pieces collected from other stores up to 75% off. Since the recent remodel there is less of this phenomenon. With construction, arrived new badging of the same items only sporting trimmed prices all around. There may be no need to return to large percentage discounts, especially after rampant lockdown inflation.

Tons of great stuff for your home here, good prices and a REALLY useful batch of home goods/housewares. Kitchen stuff, cleaning stuff, bed linens, nick nacks for decorating and just generally lots of stuff to make your house run better or look a little nicer. Do yourself a favor and hunt down the discount section. Great deals there.

A pleasant surprise. Normally, I wouldnt give a chain a five-star. This is one of those few exceptions because the service was outstanding. I was helped by Anessa, who was patient, kind, and diligent in finding what I was looking for online, which was a gift. They didnt have it in stock in the store, and I might have moved on, if not for her willingness to go the extra mile. Also, someone named Susan came by to assist, and even though we were at the last couple of minutes before store closing, they did not rush the process. Nice job, Bed Bath & Beyond!

To be honest i will never shop here again. The lady thought i was trying to steal the whole time i was in there. I was literally shopping for a shower curtain. She was totally following me and watching my every move. And then she gonna take my things and walk them to the register herself like i wasnt going to pay. I hope thia store gets shuts down for good, because all black people dont steal. U really just lost my buisness. And thats a promise.

People are always helpful, answer ??s, even if you only look like you need an answer.Prices are good, especially if you have a coupon...so get on their mailing/texting list. Coupons can be found in magazines in addition to mailers. Parking is good, tooMy only complaint the item l wanted is no longer available :(.Even as far as l live, l make an effort to come.

Clean and good selection. Always like to go look there to look around whats there. Especially seasonal stuff.

Thought they were out of stock on google mini. But asked an associate and they said they were kept up front. A sign saying ask the casher to purchase on the display would have been nice.

I always by my comforters from Bed Bath and Beyond. Had an email for coupon for 20% off. You can clearly see coupon, but barcode wouldn’t load. Manager would not accept. Prior I’ve forgotten my mail out coupon and manager would override or even get one from back. Stood there 10 minutes for me to end up putting comforter back. Was very embarrassed and wasted my time. Will be spending my money elsewhere

Soooo expensive. Store was clean and well stocked. Staff was polite. Several items didnt have prices marked on item or on shelf. It was my first time ever going and based on the prices, it will likely be my last.

So went in for a return on a clock that was broken out of the box. The return process was quick and efficient. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Was able to find a replacement clock in about 15-20 minutes and was back out and on with my day.

Several times in this store, employees are are very friendly and helpful. Very clean and neat. Checkout is rapid as well. I recommend that store.

We needed to do a return and the clerk did not know how to do it. A manager stepped right up and taught him how to do it on the spot, thank us, and asked if we needed anything else. This is great customer service and thats why I will I will continue to return here again. Great job guys

I needed curtains for an apt. I took measurements and when I got to the store I was lost as to sizes etc. Salesperson was super helpful and I was able to get what I need. I am going back for a few more window coverings as the quality was excellent.

This location is always on point with items they have, my GF loves coming here as she can find new stuff that we do not need but she will buy it anyway. But they did not have any Sous Vide which is what I was looking for, one would think that a place that sells cooking items would know how popular these are and have them in stock rather than just online.

This is one of my favorite spots to shop. Its competitive on prices and I can use a coupon on each item I buy. The people there are great and always helpful and I can always find someone to help me find whatever I need. The check out times at the register are short. Love this place.

Susan and the associates at this location were amazing. We had a pack and ship that was sent in error to a different store. Everyone pulled together and got all of the items that my daughter needed. They even suggested alternative suggestions to items that were not available at this location. Thank you all!

AMAZING customer service. However, lots & lots of items. Was hard to move the shopping cart around inside the store. Which is not a big bother just something good to know.

First and foremost, the store is well stocked, clean and had everything I needed. The pricing is a little high but its fine within a modest budget. My problem is from the second I walked in until I left, I was followed throughout the store and asked at least 6 or 7 times by the same associates if i needed help as I simply browse their selection. I exhibited ZERO actions outside of the normal behavior of any other shopper and there were plenty of other customers to check in on. The manager tried to assure me that They are just 100% about their customer service but it came off as abrasive and intrusive. If this is the deterrent from stopping thieves, i shouldnt be made to feel like one, walking in barehanded, 6 feet tall and wearing a pink shirt from T-Mobile with my name badge on and working in the same Plaza as the said store.

I dont go here often, but everytime I do the customer service is superb. The store is always clean, and organized, and the prices are usually reasonable.

Convenient location with many other shops around. Fast checkout but make sure to use coupons because otherwise you will be paying much more for many items than amazons prices. Not as much selection as some other BB&B stores but good for furnishing dorms and apartments.

Buyer beware!!!!Prices in store are higher than on their website. For me, it is not an issue because I check. For those to do not or cannot check the prices, this means they may pay more than they should.Do to this, they will not get my business.

I shop here every time I come to Waco for their great selection and fair prices. The staff are warm and knowledgeable, and if you trade in empty co2 sodastream canisters here, you get a discount on the new. Ill be back when i need a refill!

This location went above and beyond to order items they didnt carry in store. I was greeted by at least 2 employees. Where I am from originally, employees would be hiding. This place is reasonably priced for the quality.

I would give this store a negative star if I could. My husband and I registered here when we were engaged, and they kept pushing us to buy the most expensive products, told us we needed everything new, and looked at our registry on their computer as we added items and would come find us and tell us how what we put on the registry was cheap. The sales person actually said when you could have the Lexus, youre getting the Kia Rio. Wow, BBB, way to insult not only the customer, but also your own products.We have been in there since we got married several times, and they always push us to buy something more expensive. Today, while checking out, the manager asked if the vaccuum I was buying was on my registry. When I told her no we had taken care of that, she kept pushing for me to buy more items off my registry.We wont be back.

Couldnt find an item I was looking for from the sale paper. I asked a clerk, and he was sooo helpful. Not only did he tell me where to find it, he got it down for me and put it in my shopping cart. Used my 20% off coupon and saved a bunch of money.

Poor service, I worked for BB&B for three years from 15’-18’ in San Antonio and let me tell you.. this place is horrible. Not up to the stds. The customer service guy was rude, he was a older guy, but man last time I go.
