As a first time renter they made sure everything went smooth. I require to travel for work so Im never in one place for longer than 6 months. Rent-a-center makes getting needed furniture so much easier.The team at this location was incredible.Special shout-out to NELLY for being super friendly and helpful.YOU GUYS ROCK!Ill definitely be doing business again with RAC.

This Rent-A-Center location is amazing. Ive been shown nothing but patience and great customer service since I started renting from them in 2020. Even whenever I was going through a rough patch with my employment, they worked with me and I was able to completely pay off my fridge. The new manager, Larry, stays on top of his game and very professional.Would recommend!

Love the product and the pricing. But these people are annoying! Calling 3 times a day? Ridiculous. I specifically told these people I was in labor about to have a baby so I wouldn’t be able to take their calls.... and they still call another time that day then the next day 3 times!

I rented a treadmill from Harold, the store manager. It was a five star experience and I never paid after the first payment. I needed the treadmill so I could practice running from them

My boys, lee Craig and Hector will get you what you want quick. Dont bull them and they wont bull you. Just some quality guys at rac wouldnt go to any other location.

I really want to give a shout out to everyone at this store. Especially craig ive had multiple issues that are unrelated to the servicea provided. I am currently paying on a laptop a MSi gaming laptop. I had an asus rog gaming laptop from them. The asus was malfunctioning and i had had some trouble getting in touch with a manager. When i finally did get ahold of one (craig) he got me everything i needed set me up on biweekly instead of weekly so it lined up with my pay period. When i finally have up on my Asus i called and he found me a brand new laptop. It wasnt at the store it was out in college station they sent someone out there to get it in a very timely reasonable manner. I see a lot of negatives for reviews at this location and i really think people should know that the employees here will above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service dont let these ungrateful people in the reviews deter you from seeking out services from this rac they killed the game they the real mvps here frfr great customer service guys phenomenal keep up the fantastic work yall do anyone whos reading this go get whatever it is you want with confidence that your needs will be met with fantastic guest services
