I was very impressed with Caroline and Carlos as well. We were on a road trip in our Mercedes Sprinter RV and experiencing a leak. They got us right in and the mechanic (whose name I do not know but certainly appreciate) fit us into their schedule to get us back on the road right on time. Their responsiveness, courtesy, and understanding were outstanding.
Best car buying experience of my life, they did not mark the car up and took care of my family. Bought the car virtually and could not have been easier. Edward is the best salesman I’ve dealt with.

I like the service that they provide, purchased my vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Georgetown, but they don t compare to the level of service that Waco provides. Waco just needs to renovate their lounge which is substandard for people that spend alot of money on Mercedes

She was able to find me a vehicle that wanted and had it delivered here in a timely basis. This was the easiest purchase that I have ever made. Tracy was efficient and also made sure that everything was covered. I recommended anyone to go see her.
I recommend this MB dealership! I liked it, because this one has the reserve option; where the vehicle literally is reserved for you. I hate when a salesperson tells you they have the vehicle you are looking for when they do not just to sell you something else! This MB worked very professionally, even though I think another seller tried to steal the sale from my salesperson. I gave it 4 stars because I still think the dealership could lower more the price of my vehicle even though there aren’t cars to sell. I know is up to the supply and demand, however, a dealership always makes a profit since they never buy a car at the MSRP or trade-in value.
I was not even things about buying a Mercedes unit I met Tracy. She was not your normal high pressure sales person. She was so helpful and kind we purchased a Mercedes SUV. After the sale she called to check to see if I had questions. On top of all of that I locked my keys in the SUV (not sure how) on a Saturday afternoon. She answered her cell and walked me through getting it opened. If there was more stars she deserves them.
Tracey Allen was great to work with and I would definitely recommend her! The financing part of it was frustrating and a very slow process!! They need to figure out how to speed up the process. It should not take over 3 hours of waiting and completing the process. We have been in and out in an hour and 1/2 at other dealerships!
As everyone knows, the vehicle buying process can be stressful for many reasons. This was not the case during my purchase at Mercedes Benz of Waco Texas. The saleswoman, Tracy was helpful every step and never got pushy. The supervisor, Paul is a very professional person too! The entire experience was completely stress free!
I made an appointment for a check engine light and other warning lights. The dealership replaced parts required for a recall. When I left the dealer the warning lights came back on. I returned to the dealer and was sent away because they didnt have time to check it. They also damaged a tire valve stem during the recall repair which resulted in a tire failure.

A total nightmare. I bought a Benz here at this dealership back in April. I was promised a spare key because one wasnt available. Its been a disaster working with one of their incompetence sales reps, Tracy Allen. Ive been asking about the key since I left the dealership in April. I finally got a key in the mail after 3 months of bugging and complaining to Mercedes corporate. If you cant handle your job, find a new one. No one wants to hear excuses about why you cant do this or that. I went to get the here programmed here in San Antonio, and now the dealer here cant get ahold of her for payment. Well, now I got them bugging me. Thanks to the world of Tracy Incompetent Allen.
Purchased a used car without seeing it in person and had it shipped to New York. The out of state purchase and shipping process, while working with Jerry Harvey, was very pleasant and smooth. Super-happy with the car.
Pablo was great but it seamed like the dealership did not have adequate staffing. Despite having multiple empty offices, there was only 2 or 3 financial managers working so I had to wait over 2 hours to finally sign my contract after my purchase. My new SUV was not detailed when I received it, just sort of washed from the exterior. Though the vehicle I purchased was new, there was a couple of stains in the interior. It’s standard for dealerships to detail and give you a clean vehicle. Again, this was due to lack of staff from what my car salesman mentioned
I brought my GLC300 in for a B service. I told the service rep that I did not need to have the tires rotated, since I had that done at Discount Tire when I bought real tires instead of run flats. Later in the afternoon, I returned my loaner car and got mine. It seemed like the charges were too high, so I double checked everything when I got home. I found they had performed a brake flush which is supposed to be done every 2 years or 20000 miles. I had just had the brake flush done in October of 2020. I called the service rep, and she checked my service records and realized the mistake. She said she could figure out a way to credit my card, or I could get credit for my next service. I agreed to the later. This issue was resolved, but it highlights the changes at Mercedes of Waco since they were taken over by Autonation Chevrolet. Everything now is corporate and much less personal. A shame.
I took my 2013 GL500 for a regular service, I was pleased with the in person interaction but a few days after I took my vehicle home I checked under my hood and notice that the passenger side air intake was ripped. I called the service advisor to let her know what I found and asked for a resolution but was told she would have to speak to her manager but the tone of her voice told me this was going to be a lost cause. My disappointment was the fact that the defect was so obvious that it could not be missed and was not mentioned. I’m not going to waste anymore of my time going into detail. My advice is do a thorough inspection of your vehicle after leaving this dealership.
Sales person, Tracy was very helpful in showing us the vehicle and and helping us find the right model that we finally purchased.The only thing I was not pleased with was the warranty.It was not explained to us about the warranty until we were signing papers.The car had 6 thousand miles on it and we thought we could get another year of warranty if it was certified, but we were told at the signing table that it could not be certified.This caused us to have to purchase a longer extended warranty and we didnt find out till later that the car which was a 2020 model would only qualify for 3 years of warranty instead of 4 years.Other than this, my wife is pleased with the car.I think the next time I purchase a car, I will find out everything about the warranty before I get to the signing table.
Parts dept not very helpful. Called last week looking for a part for a 2012 C250. Was told part is discontinued. Not really understanding that a part can be discontinued on a car less than 10 yrs old I called another location. Come to find out the part is not discontinued, you just have to be sure the color code is inserted when looking for it in their system. So the Georgetown location did find the part for me at a Ft Worth location and is able to have sent to their location for pick up. Being that the Waco location is a better option for me to pick up I called them and asked to do the same as the Georgetown location offered to do. Pretty much was told nope can’t do it. Makes no sense to me but just sounds like lazy employees not wanting to do their job.

I arrived last minute on my birthday 6/12 with the smell of gas coming from my Mercedes GLK350( purchased from another horrible Autonation) did not have time to make appointment. Caroline understood the situation had my car evaluated & even took the time out to go over previous repairs that were flawed by another Mercedes service department. I thank you for being a real person & exhibiting empathy, professionalism & compassion.
2020 GLC Coupe purchased on line. Drove nearly 200 miles to pick up car. Was told car was to be certified and was a 10/10. Due to software update delay car couldn’t be CPO. As car was listed as 2020 with 5K miles, not a big deal. Car actually had 6K+ miles when I got there. Car looked good, however was raining on day I picked up, my bad for not being more thorough on inspection. Next day noticed chip and starburst in windshield in sun. Drove to repair shop and was told nothing could be done as chip had previously been repaired. Now need to replace windshield. Also noticed several large areas of scratches and scuffs that someone had “attempted” to repair/cover up. Notified dealership (with photos) day after driving home. To this day (2+weeks later) absolutely no follow up or communication. Have purchased several MB CPOs, this is not close to CPO standard nor 10/10. Buying process was pleasant, but follow up is as important as sale in my opinion. Very disappointed with overall experience at this point.

I purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500. The sales and financing was a good experience. The salesman spent a few days looking for the truck we wanted. The finance officer was pleasant and efficient. One of the issues with the truck was a terrible cigarette smoke odor. I was told they could remove it and it would take 4 hours. I asked if they would detail the interior as well to attempt to remove some stains on the headliner. The salesman brought my truck some 5 hours later. The smoke odor was still terrible and no stains were removed from the headliner. I spent the next two days and $200 to eliminate the odor. The only reason I took the truck was a 5 day return policy. This odor should have been addressed before the sale.
I scheduled my service appointment at M-B of Waco online. I arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment time and was promptly greeted by Davin, my service advisor. Davin went over the required service items as well as a few recommended items. He provided accurate pricing for each. There was no pressure to have any service performed other than what I requested. I waited at the dealership for the service to be completed. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Coffee and water were complimentary. The service was completed in less than an hour and I was on my way. I trust the professionals at M-B to provide my new vehicle with the proper service using only approved parts and fluids.
We have had nothing but horrible customer service from this place the first and only time we tried to spend money with them. My daughter goes to the university in Waco and she needed an oil change and some things looked at on her car. We thought what better place to take it to than the actual dealership so we know she is being taken care of, boy were we wrong!! I called to schedule and let the girl know ahead of time that my daughter would need a ride to get her car service and she claimed I needed to schedule the services before I could take care of that. I thought that was odd, but went with it. So she scheduled service with Davin Romero and said I would need to talk with him about a ride. Well Davin never returned my call until AFTER I left 2 messages. He then proceeds to tell me that they dont offer rides and dont have enough employees to pick up the car since COVID. I still dont understand this as thats a very important part of a service business! I left a message for the service manager, but he hasnt returned my call and at this point it doesnt matter. Good news is I have scheduled a service at a local place in Waco that does want to provide me a service and take my money and will offer my daughter a ride to and from! Honestly this all could have been handled better if your schedulers were better informed. Davin didnt seem to helpful either!
I purchased a vehicle on Thursday, supposed to be delivered on Monday and have not heard a word from Jerry since. Jerry was the worst salesman, he actually took the sale right out from under Tracey (who has been amazing this whole time.) and took us over because she had not walked in to the office as soon as he wanted her to. It is now Tuesday, and Jerry has yet to answer my calls or email me back. I have no idea when my car will be here now, although Tracey is trying to keep me updated, it is an unsettling feeling not knowing when you will actually receive the vehicle you have purchased. Never again, Jerry. RETIRE already!
Came in for a new fob on a day when there was only one (very, very busy) service advisor, Caroline Macias. She was personable and professional, and handled the entire encounter efficiently and quickly, as one would hope and expect in these matters. Thank you.
Stay Away by all means!I scheduled a service appointment a few days in advance to get a recall done. They assured me they had the part and the job would be done in 2.5 hours.On the scheduled day I took my car there and they said Id have it back in soon.2.5 hours later, guess what? No notice from them. I decided to call the dealership. I was told they didnt have the part. And I should leave my car there for a few days. Perhaps, parts would come. When I reminded them that the appointment was scheduled in advance, they laughed and said: Unhappy? Go elsewhere!I got my car back and will take it to Austin.The cherry on the cake is that the car now smells bad, like a sweaty dog.Lord have mercy! And stay away from MB Waco.

These five stars that I am giving are SPECIFICALLY for Davin, in Wacos Service Department. His customer service and desire to do things right, the first time around were beyond impressive. There just arent even any words for how spectacular he was in handling my situation! Mercedes are beautiful vehicles, so they sell themselves-- but Davin is selling your business/services so very well, that he is making first time service customers, like myself, LIFETIME CUSTOMERS. Well, as long as he is working there, at least! A million thanks to Davin for never wasting my time (which is so important to me!), paying extreme attention to detail, being an absolutely FABULOUS communicator and keeping me in the loop with every single step being taken in my GLS 450s repair process, and for making sure everything was perfect before I drove my car home. Lastly, I want to give a little advice to management-- I too own and run a business, and employees like Davin are far and few between; GIVE THAT MAN A HEFTY RAISE AND A LARGE PROMOTION, STAT. He is a HUGE, HUGE asset to your company, as well as the Mercedes-Benz brand!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDONT LEAVE CAR THERE! So I recently used AutoNation for repairs on my 2017 Mercedes E300 which is directly behind the Mercedes dealership that they personally use. They replaced front bumper, windshield, among many other things. Upon pick the car up yesterday on 01/28/2021, I found that my car had been ransacked and turned upside down with ALOT of stuff missing as well including money, a watch, and several more personal items. Someone was even petty enough to steal all my change out of the door and after notifying AutoNation of this I was pretty much told to bad so sad. It also has later came to my attention that multiple codes have continued to go off on my dash after them making repairs. This mischief was done while in possession of them so I would highly advise against using their services as your belongings and car are by no means in safe hands. My drivers seat was also cut with a razor blade, ill post a picture. Im still pursuing the matter and filing police report asap!!!!
Asked for a loaner car and received one. It was not on the service notes, even though I had email confirmation. Went to lunch at the Baylor Club and received a call that my car was ready. Satisfied overall.... No issues and VERY courteous...

My father picked up his SL-500 from the service department after getting it repaired.After getting the car back to our house and inspecting it further, the technician left a hydraulic hose leaking from the top on to the seat. This service department is a joke. Horrible technicians and horrible customer service. A Mercedes-Benz dealership should not have to scam people for profit.The general manager and service manager should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this poor quality of work from their technicians. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

I must say there was never any pressure to buy and when we made the final decision it was very simple....no haggling, no hidden fees, no dealer add-ons, no pushing additional warranties. I was traveling out of state and a warning that I was 5,000 miles over my Service. I panicked because I had just purchased my E class in California at a MB dealer. I called they squeezed me in and were very helpful and courteous. I just wish the MB dealership I purchased from was as great as the WACO MB dealerahip and crew.

You know the one that is always going out of her way to make sure you’re fed even though you just ate. I had gotten a lot of No’s in the past, and even after I had keys in my hand I couldn’t believe I was an owner of a Mercedes-Benz. Tracey and the team that helped me along the way as well, were fantastic... It’s feels good to be seen as a person and not a dollar sign walking into the showroom. Thank you for showing me that it’s not just dollars and cents when it comes to buying a new vehicle, but it’s about creating and solidifying a loyal relationship that’ll last until I’m gone.

All they could do was tell me they could look at it the next day or I could take it to another dealership.UPDATE: 6 Aug 2020 - The dealership has kindly reached out to me requesting that I call the GM to see what they can do to make it right. Here’s summary of events. Driving down 35 headed to Kerrville we had an electrical problem that rendered the car unsafe to drive. We called MB via the on-board call button. They said take it to the nearest dealership which was Waco. When we arrived at the dealership, they walked around the car and said they could get to it tomorrow or I could take it to another dealer. Acknowledging this, we cautiously continued down the road. We had relatives waiting on us. When we got home, I took it to my dealership. The problem is fixed. It was a 15-amp fuse. Unfortunately, there is nothing they can do to make it right. Their opportunity has passed. I appreciate their belated concern.
They took care of my needs and were honest about my auto repairs.
They are not consistent at all with communication.
Personally, I have never been there. My daughters MB was stolen, recovered and towed to closest MB dealer, which was MB of Waco. After a looooong week of going back and forth between MB of Sugarland and MB of Waco, due to a missing key fab, the GM of Waco, Shelby Danner, provided outstanding customer service to my family. Mr. Danner showed kindness and professionalism, and I am very thankful for his quick response and willingness to help. Thank you!!!

I have always been treated royally. I usually make appointments for my auto but, yesterday (Wednesday, November 13) a message appeared about an auxiliary battery. I took it to Davin, and he immediate assess the situation and told me they could replace it within an hour. Well, I had plenty of time so I just hung around. It was completed within an hour.It does not matter what I bring my SUV in for, they always wash it before returning it to me. I think this is special. I have another vehicle that I take to another shop. It sits out with dust on it. They never wash it before returning. I even wrote them a letter about what Auto Nation does. I havent been back so I dont know it they have upgraded to washing the autos before returning to the customer or not.
Howard Cohen is a great salesman and knew exactly what we wanted He spent time to get to know us to know exactly what we needed to pick out the perfect car. Howard has spent time with us on orientating on the car and answering all our questions to ensure we felt comfortable driving out of the dealership. Howard is the person you want to work with if buying a Mercedes Benz.

I took my ML350 for its B service and the team at MB Waco did an awesome job! Davin Romero stayed on top of my car, called and informed me about other things that needed my attention pertaining to my car, and worked with me on doing some of the things that were more important and the other things I will go back at a later date to have serviced. I will be honest and I have had my ups and downs with MB Waco service, which is honestly any service company as non of them are perfect, but time after time they always seem to prove themselves to be the best option in town to repair and service my car and they DO IT RIGHT! Very pleased with them and will continue to take my car to MB Waco for all my service needs!

I am highly disappointed in working with Howard Cohen. He started off nice until I declined the offer he quoted me because of another dealership generating a lower quote. I sent him an email politely declining the offer and he told me that he’s sorry he wasted his time with me. Now, considering what’s going on, I would think a person should be more compassionate instead of being rude. Additionally, I can’t understand why there’s a need to get mad when someone declines your offer because of the financial burden it would cause.
Not my car, my daughters. The check engine light came on while driving then the car wouldnt start. Shes in Stephenville, so the car had to be towed to Waco. The Mercedes roadside phone staff were all excellent, and my daughter said the contracted tow truck driver was really nice. Once the car was looked at, it was determined that a bad battery was the cause of it not starting and the check engine light. The battery was replaced free of charge (under warranty), and I was able to return her car to her within 48 hours. Excellent customer service this time!
Going to this dealership was the best thing i could have ever done. They were very professional and helpful and did whatever they could to make sure i drove off the lot with the vehicle i wanted. I highly recommend going there. One of the best dealerships in the state of Texas.
On a trip from the Houston Area to Abilene I had a warning light come on my 2017 S550. I called MB Of Waco and advised of the situation and they recommended a need to have it checked out. Davin Romero, service advisor, met us upon arrival and immediately took the vehicle back to the service bay to have the warning light reviewed. He was able to clear the alarm and sent us on our way. Davin is a very professional person and was prompt with his service and was very courteous. He truly represents what MB is all about and I am pleased to have met such a wonderful representative of MB of Waco. Quality work by a quality individual.

During my visit in FT Worth area, I experience issues with my 2018 Mercedes Benz E-Class. The Mbrace stop working and SOS light came on I then took the my car to the nearest Mercedes dealership in Ft Worth. The dealership kept the car 4 days and did not fix the problem, but told me it was an issue with the Mbrace App.A week later I than spoke with Luke Richmond of Mercedes Benz in Waco where I purchased the vehicle and he told me to bring the car in to be fixed. During the 3 hours that they had the vehicle I did a test trial on the Mercedes me app to see if the locate me vehicle was functioning and it was. I than received a text from Luke letting me know my vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup. To my surprise they had washed the car and armor all the tires.They fixed my car in 3 hours when the other dealership didnt in 4 days.Luke Richmond in the service department and Tracey Allen and staff in sales were helpful, polite, caring and demonstrated excellent customer service skillsRespectfully yoursG. Excellent job showing and demonstrating the features of the car. The Gm and sales manager were briefly involved, making this an easy smooth transaction.
I drove to the dealership at the appointed time and the salesman was off the day the appointment was set. I arrived at 10:25 on Saturday and I never got an email or call saying the salesman wouldn’t there. Plus the salesmen are unprofessional. After introducing myself. I was called bruh the entire conversation. I think that’s very unprofessional.
