At this location Shawn always takes care of us! They are an amazing location, that is usually ALWAYS busy, and I’m sure most of the poorly reviews comments are from people who DONT schedule appointments ahead of time and walk in and are fit into the schedule nonetheless. They complain about the wait time, but it’s because they fit them in with people who actually take the time to schedule ahead of time. Been here 3+ times and every time treated fairly. Don’t be rude to the people that work here and they won’t be rude back.
Shawn, the service guy, was professional and personable. He took his time to go through things, and made the whole ordeal a much more pleasant. Randall did a great job fixing the clutch.
I went in to get my tire checked out, guy asked for my info and keys and then let me leave, 5 hours later I’m getting a call that I owe $150 for a new tire installed that I never consented to nor was made aware of. Obvious lack of customer service, lobby was dirty, and looked like it wasn’t even ready to be open, if you want to get your car fixed and get amazing customer service go anywhere other than here
Pep boys con me bad... Went in for a power steering check leak and had a broke power steering cap. The part cost no more then 7.00 bucks but got a bill for 123.71 for a 40 dollar leak test and 76.91 for the twist cap and labor plus the cap wasnt on right. Never going here again they are crooks😡🤬😡 They over charge, and just not good service. I paid over a 100 hundred dollars just so they could twist on a 7.00 dollar cap, and they couldnt do that rite.
Mommas AC quit working. I contacted Pep Boys Waco late Friday evening. Was able to get the car in, and turned around before noon Saturday. Reasonable $$.Very impressed.Thank you Darrin and Sean..👊😶🇨🇱
Hello and good day. We experienced a flat tire and could not find any other tire shops that were open. We arrived at Pep Boys at 7:20pm only to see an employee behind the counter watching tv. We do understand that this was not long before closing but still a suitable amount of time to help us since there were no other customers in the store. The employee sold us a tire after trying to get us to purchase the one with warranty. He even gave a military discount. But unfortunately for us he said that he could not mount our tire and that we would have to do it ourselves.. He claimed he had seven key check ins that he had to worry about and did not have time to assist us. This is entirely different behavior from one of the positive reviews from a lady in the same situation. 30 minutes before closing to help us was an extreme inconvenience for this employee. Customer service should be given all the way to the end of closing and if this is not possible then lock your doors once you know you are not willing to help. Stop waisting peoples time with lazy jacked up behaviors!
Went in to get some tires put on my truck, they told me it would be done in 2 hours. Ended up taking 4. But the big issue is that they told me I REALLY needed to replace all my brake pads and even the rotors. Like it was desperate. I pull the tires off a week later to check them out and the rotors and pads are fine. Im sure they tell everyone they need new brakes, as its a moneymaker for most lube tech shops. Dont trust these liars/ con artists.

Shawn the manager is rude ! He isn’t very professional. I’ma truck driver and was delivering here today and I heard him say how much he hates the place. He groaned and moaned about it and you could just tell how much he hated doing his job. Need to hired people that actually cares !
Broke down with 10 yr old daughter, Shawn helped us. they were short staffed and still helped us get back on the road! Great service!

Had an alignment done here and they did it wrong, we realized it as we drove off the lot, however they they closing. We called the next day and was told by Shawn the manager that they could not get it fixed until 2 weeks from now when the main alignment guy came back from vacation. We ask for a refund, we were told no, We ask for them to cover the cost of another shop doing the alignment. He again told us no! We basically spent $100.00 on a horrible experience and a bad alignment. I will never shop here again and I suggest no one else does either they stole our money.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Shawn passed the buck on everything. He said the tire would be ordered and installed within 2 days.It got delayed to 5 days and he blamed it on covid. It got delayed to 8 days and he blamed it on the gas shortage...And when we indicated we needed to bring it to a different shop, he said he was only going to refund 75% because the tire had to be ordered.Dont trust anything they say. I dont k own if everything they said was a lie or if they just have no clue whats going on.Either way, stay as far away from this place as possible. In my experience, I felt they do not care about taking care of their customers at all.

I stopped in on a Sunday 30 minutes before closing believing I had a tire out of balance, turned out one of my tires was shredded on the inside hours away from my accommodations. They happily stayed open to replace my damaged tires and balance the rest. The service manager and the techs on duty were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would return to the Waco pep boys location.

Wasn’t sure how to rate them accordingly but let me explain at least. The Manager of the store Shawn was great, he seemed understaffed and his assistant manager was on vacation. They had maybe 2-3 shop workers as well with all bays stacked up.I had an appointment on Sunday but was told to come back the next day because they were so far behind so the Assistant manager made my appointment the next day at 10:30. Showed up the next day and it took them 2 hours to get it into the show to do an alignment. Not upset with them but more so with General manager of the area for WACO itself. 2 days I went their and both days they were busy yet they can’t seem. To have enough people to work there. Shame.

Had a flat on the interstate on the way to my wedding - was able to make it to these guys and was back on the road pretty fast. Usually car repair places are a pain (for people like me who dont know about cars) but they were really friendly and just wanted to get me back on the road. Thanks guys.

Was told an alignment would be $99 and a rotation was free. Sent my brother to get the work done, $200 later the alignment was done but the rotation was not.
Overpriced. And I actually watched them rip off an old lady once.I have to do an edit to clarify something.The lady they ripped off is my mother in law.She took her car in because it was overheating and they charged $2000 for a problem they could not find/fix. The sad part is she took the car in again for the same problem a week later and they charged her another $2000 and got the same result. Thats $4000 all together.People please remember that mechanics belong in the same category as lawyers politicians and used car salesmen. Just because its Pep Boys does not mean its going to be quality.
Service Dept, if you tell me it’s about one hour wait for two mount and balance tires, then I don’t mind. I wait over two hours with no communication from you. THAT is unacceptable! I bet you tell everyone “about an hour” because that’s easier than saying, “well it may be two hours because we are low staffed and we work very slow.” There was no sense of urgency from you or the other employees. I was watching you guys. Hustle! You have customers willing to WAIT and PAY! I took the car to a small mom and pop shop, busy as well and got me out in 35 min. COMMUNICATE!

Does not deserve even one star. For your own safety, and finances do not go to this store. They are horrible. I went there thinking I could trust them to check on my car, and fix the problem. I was dead wrong. Do not trust them they will not keep their word, they wont do a good job, and it looks like the Area Director couldnt care less. I hope with all of my heart that none of you put your trust in them like I did because they will do whatever they want knowing they wont get in trouble, because the only person you can reach out to about your problems with them already knows all about it and doesnt care.
I will Never recommend for Pepboys . They have lifetime free alignment . I droped my car at 12 and they close at 6, They gave my car at 6.30, They dont have first come first serve or dont even go with appointment, They go with last come first serve . After this they gave my car so late and no apologies. They dont even deserve 1 star
Came into get an alignment done. Was told it would take 45 mins. Took not as long. Was asked the reason why I brought car for alignment after they were done. Told them because had bought brand new tires for my car and was a suggestion, plus, my steering wheel tends to shake when on I-35 so thought that would help. The guy at front desk said he asked because my alignment wasnt off by much so didnt think it really needed it. He still proceeded to charge me close to 99 and change for alignment. Wont ever go there to give them free money ever again. Will stick to my own guy that will be honest without charging me for something thats not needed on my vehicle. Gave them 3 stars just for being courteous.
As for the tires: Good tires for a fair price.But man, the service department is so bad! We got her car and my truck new tires here. For my truck, they scratched up my hubcaps badly while installing and took all day to install. No sense of professionalism or urgency. For her car, they also took a very long time. They forgot to screw valve caps back on the stems of her new tires and when we noticed and when we went back to get them to put them back to on they refused. They told us to buy valve caps for $3.00 even though her car had them when she brought it in and they lost them!Good tires, incompetent employees. You’ll save money but don’t expect good or timely service.
Spent two hours watching a tire guy text and talk on his cell phone while putting on the four new tires we just bought from them. We leave pep boys and get on the highway and our car had a bad shimmy in the steering where. Took it back to pep boys but they were too busy to fix their mistake. Took it else where to only find out the new tires we just had put on were all badly out of balance. Had to pay more to fix their mistake. Never again

I arrived an hour before closing but Rick had a full smile and warm handshake for me. I was a bit frazzled from a problem with my brakes but Rick took special care to have Justin, a total sweetheart, to check out my van beyond just my brake issue. A really cool associate working the register with a hip ponytail, made sure that I didnt just buy the coolant I needed, he found the best one for the best price. The Christian radio was playing throughout the garage. This only added to my comfort. Rick offered me prayers for my trip back home. Justin treated my vehicle with the most excellent of care. After checking out I drove away feeling special not like just another customer. I thank these three fine gentlemen for not only setting the standard for excellent customer service but for also reflecting God beautifully. If I wore a hat I would tip it to these wonderful guys. Thank you Rick,Justin and Ponytail guy!! You now have a loyal customer.
Manual owners stay clear.Went in for a simple oil change in my manual transmission mustang. They seemed to bring it into the shop without a problem but after they finished and were bringing the car out, the guy gave the car way too much gas while not releasing the clutch fast enough. To add to it, he never turned on the headlights when bringing it around front through the parking lot. I brought up to him how he gave it way too much gas when moving from a stop and all he did was give a nervous smile and kept walking. All I have to say is they should not allo employees who hardly know how to drive stick touching a customers clutch until they learn to drive manuals. A clutch is not a cheap thing to replace.
Pep boys is an excellent place to go! Staff greets you immediately at the door with a smile on their face. I really enjoy that they greet and ask if any assistance is needed right away,which is very beneficial for the customer,in my perspective. It makes things less stressful,and less time consuming. The staff always knows what theyre talking about and if they cant answer the question,they will find someone else that can help. I also just wanted to add in that whenever you call this place,the staff is great about picking up the phon in a timely manner, and have the nicest attitudes. Great job! And all of the products are excellent here! I have never had an issue. Also,the staff is great about signing you up with their rewards,making sure coupons get sent to your address,identifying your correct identity,and especially giving you an excellent product for a good price! Sometimes they do have specials and will give you the special if your item meets the qualifications! Its the best feeling. I will most definitely be recommending people to this place! Thank you to the staff for all that you do!

The guys at Pep Boys were amazing! Particularly, Ernest was exceptionally knowledgeable about cars and helpful (He deserves a raise!). I took my car in originally to get two new tires and was able to get their current summer deal. Less than 24 hours later I realized I actually needed two more tires (now a full set) and wanted to be able to get their buy 3 get 1 free summer deal, so I called them up that evening and brought my car in the next morning and they were amazing with working with me. I was able to still get the rebate and saved a ton of money on my new set of tires, and was out in an hour. Thanks guys, you were fantastic!
Pep Boys whats there to say about Pep Boys they are our prized understaffed in slow as Methuselah!Now theyve added a repair shop few blocks away down with Just Brakes used to be here in Waco Im afraid you get the same shoddy work in the new shop as you did from Just Brakes Tatum was in that shop thats my opinion.I called and asked for a quote on service in the front end of a 94 Dodge Dakota pickup all new everything and parts and labor nobody ever got back to me evidently theyre making enough money by making people wait do yourself a better find another place to go.
Brian at the front desk did a wonderful job going above and beyond what was required of him to help me. While replacing some tires, a few things minor things came up that he made sure I was aware of and fixed a couple little things at no extra charge. Keep up the good work guys!

Driving from College Station to Fort Worth the other night, we encountered some tire trouble. It was fairly late, nobody seemed to be open, but we made it to Pep Boys about 15 minutes before they closed at 8pm. They had us squared away with a new tire and everything within just 20 minutes. Never made us feel rushed, unwelcome, or anything like that. Great service, glad to help. Excellent experience.
Got a new set of tires for our pickup the other day. It was well worth the wait. They are a nice group of people working there.
The sweet, smiling face at the front desk is the only good thing I have to say about this place. Other than this man, the customer service was awful. I came with a nail in my tire and without any explanation whatsoever, they said it couldnt be fixed. The nail was not in the sidewall, so that seemed fishy. Took my car to Discount Tire this morning, and discovered the tire was in fact repairable with the location of the nail. Pep Boys did put on my spare for me yesterday, but only for $11. (Why?) When I asked when I might expect to pick up my car (Id left the shop, so this was on the phone), they said, completely dismissing me, ... Well give ya a call. Not a comfortable experience whatsoever.
I dont like to write bad reviews but this place really needs it. I have friends that go here for car maintenance so I keep giving it a try and its a disaster every time except once a few years ago.You will not get greeted at the car repair/maintenance shop whatsoever. Its like being a ghost. I have a 15 minute patience window at which point I just leave. If you cant even say hello what can we do for you today? ... We can get to that in XX minutes in 15 minutes Im going to leave. This occurs even with scheduled appointments so dont waste your time scheduling an appointment because youll show up and (after waiting 30+ minutes as a ghost) there is some several hours wait to get to your vehicle. This occurs any time of day. Ive tried this early morning, mid day, and afternoon.Also while you wait the staff will stare into their computers and talk to each other about getting drunk, who isnt coming to work tomorrow, yell out the door to the mechanics, often throwing things at them like oil filters (often missing and landing on the floor) The shop guys dont appear to be doing much anyways.If you do happen to actually turn over your keys to the shop you can expect to see while checking your cabin air filter a fully grown man use your car door to lift his weight up and a heavy smell of man sweat and dampness in your drivers seat. It is pretty gross.
The store is VERY clean. Everything is priced FAIRLY. The staff is ATTENTIVE. After purchasing a basic part— staff even volunteered to install it! I couldn’t be more pleased and an extra thanks to J.R. Who went the extra mile! Kudos, Sir!!

Took in a 18 year old truck with a vacuum leak. Could not find replacement parts, fabricated a solution. End results was a truck running like new with a 191,000 miles on it. Rick/ Mathew I am very greatful for you efforts!!!
They are way over priced. Wanted to charge 35.00 dollars to change a brake light. The bulb cost .93 cents at the local auto parts store and took me three minutes to change myself once I arrive at home. Dont let them touch your stuff.

Honestly tried to charge me for the simple fix of turning of my check engine light after an oil change...
Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, went for an oil change, tire rotation and brake check... In the waiting room for over an hour and a half the was told my vehicle was done as I was getting ready to pay noticed the brake inspection had not been filled out upon further inspection found out that NONE of the services I was about to pay for had been preformed on my vehicle so I stood at the counter watching a different mechanic for over an hour more complete just the oil change on my truck... Was very poor service the service manager didnt even offer to discount the price or anything.. Buyer bewear of going here for any car service and if you do make sure you double check the work preformed and ask too see the removed parts for inspection!!!!
Called and asked how much for an installation on 1 headlight for a 2014 Dodge Charger they told me $20 I bring the car up there then all of a sudden we can’t do it 👎🏾 Weak service
This place is trash. Sat for an hour for them to tell me they couldn’t get my oil plug off cause it was stripped, just to go down the road and get it done in ten minutes. Save yourself some TIME and trouble and just go somewhere else.
Should be 0 stars, I came here more than 3 times and I wondered why I came back again. 2 times my tired get nails on the side and cannot be fixed, thats what they said. I ask for my old tire back and they said I have to pay $75 for my old tire if I want it. The first time I came here for 4 new tires, my car need axles work done, I told them, they said it was because of the breaks and changed it, still can not fix it, then came out again tell me its because the axles need to be replace. They charged me for the break and the axle and diagnostic fee, when I told them upfront that its about the axles. Cost me $1800.I went home told my dad never go to pep boys, but my dad didnt listen to me. He brought another car in to fix the shaking engine. They blamed itt to the tires, and the break, ask my dad to change them, and charge him $1700. And the engine still shake the whole car.A year after, I got a flat tired, brought them in because my dad bought roadside warranty, they played the trick of nails on the side cannot repaired need to replace to my dad.They played it one more time today and charge us $84. The tire only costs me $40 but tax and other else that cost me, they should have told me upfront that what they about to charge me, but they did not. The guys playing with me. And I will let the world knows!

Hopefully will do business with them soon, but they were helpful with removing the used oil/hydraulic fluid problem I had. It was difficult to find a place to properly remove used oil, and they took my 5 gallons without question.
I came in today to get supplies to change the oil on my wifes car.I understand the basics, but I had many questions.Jalen, looked up all of the required parts. Verified every step of the way to make sure everything was correct, and was very friendly the whole time.His attention to detail removed a lot of frustration and I am grateful.
Pep boys failed the honesty test... I used their towing service to towed my car to their shop. I went to this shop looking innocent and pretend that I do not know about cars. They overcharged me for just blown fused because they know that I do not know about cars. I assumed that the only payment that I need to pay was the towing service. I did research and found out that other auto shop dont necessary charge the customer for a blown fused, which doesnt take them long to fix it. After one day driving my car I called them again because I got the same problem and asked them if they could fix it for free . The manager told me they can fix it if it the same problem and they will charge me if they find other issues with my car. Also, he told me just to go to the dealership so they can diagnose it what makes my fuse blown. After the bad service that I got, I decided to wait my mechanic friend to fix my car whenever he is not busy. My friend finally got the time to figured out whats wrong with my car and told he needed to rebuild my starter and advice me to report the Pep boys shop for overcharging me. Dont go to Pep boys if you do not know about cars. They will drain your wallet. Hopefully, the authorities and expert about cars will go undercover and check the honesty of this shop.
Went to Walmart because Rick said it would be an hour and half. I ran the wife and kid home and Rick said it would now be 4 hours. If you did not want to sell me a tire then just say so. John at walmart on Franklin had down in an hour.
Wow. Just went in there to get brake pads for my car and the lady working the counter was an absolute b word. She acted like me being there was an issue. She was a short older hispanic lady. Pep boys...yall need better workers. Maybe some that arent incredibly miserable because believe it or not, with rude workers like that, you will lose business.
Bought 65000 mile tires and within months they were bad. Pep Boys used every excuse they could not to warranty them. The manager on duty was rude and finally came back with a invoice telling me that they would change the tires because yes they were very bad and it would be $331.00. I said no I had bought them a few months back and they had not lasted and he said sometimes they get bad tires but I would have to pay the labor to put new ones on I said put them in my car and I will take 1 block down to Discount tire and have them put on. He said no and I did the math in front of him telling him based on what he said the 4 tires cost 219.00 and you charged me 331.00 to put on.He laughed and said that was what he had to charge now. He thought the whole thing was funny and I said no I would not pay any additional money for tires. They needed to stand behind their product. He called his manager and told me he was not available. Laughed again and said what do you want to do.I told Bruce the manage that I would make sure that the public knew what kind of business he ran and that if I helped one person save their money and go somewhere else I would.I went to discount tire and the manager called back thinking I had heard wrong and was told the same thing. The manager of discount check on his computer and after a few minutes helped me get new Goodyear Tires. It cost me $268.00 but I have a warranty plus replacement. Save yourself time and money go to a tire place that is reputable. I hope this helps you.

Felt like I was inconveniencing them by trying to get my fleet vehicle serviced. Then was told they dont have the tires I need they dont have the oil I need and they dont have the filter. Not worth the time to stop here.
I went to have any oil. Changed so slow will never do that again. Went one time to get tires three people at the counter no one really there got upset about the wait. Went on down to Discount Tire they got right on it
Never fails to over charge for services or talk down to you no matter how knowledgeable you are about your own car. Recently tried to charge my girlfriend $70 to replace a headlight bulb where the bulb was roughly $18. Repair by an amateur took 10 minutes. Even after considering sales tax they might as well have been charging her $275/hr labor.Called to ask a fairly simple question about my own car a while back and the technician I spoke to had no problems talking over me for the duration of the call. You want the stereotypical car mechanic that over charges and always wants you to know that they know more than you do? Pep Boys is your shop!
Called them twice to have them tow my car to shop. Both times I was tranfered to service dept and both times the phone was hung up on. It was 6:30pm and I feel they did not want to help due to being close to closing time (8pm). This is the type of help you get here.Recommend you look elsewhere.
We had went in because my girlfriends car needed some work. The guy in the service side said he would call her first thing Monday morning to get her in and get her fixed. Well, Monday came, no call. Same thing for the next few weeks. If they really cared about their customer service, they wouldnt make promises about their service then turn around and go against it.

Computer systems are atrociously slow and are in dire need of updating. The online booking system doesnt relay any service information, comments, or coupons to the store computers. Made for a headache, which isnt the stores fault as much as it is the corporations fault. Come on Pepboys, its 2016! You cant be working on cars newer than your computers.Oil change took over 2 hours. One hour of which was dedicated to the computers. Wish I was joking.Ernest is the only reason Im giving 4 stars. He had a great attitude and made sure I left a happy customer.

One of the worse service experience ever. Made appt. for a couple days after initial phone call. I was assured by making appt. that I wouldnt have to wait as long. Came in 20 minutes early & I had to wait 2 hours and 25 minutes. There is no pep in their oil changes. Avoid this place unless you have a lot of time to kill!
Im happy with the service, but I had an appointment set up and my car wasnt on the lift for an hour after my appointment time. After that, I was there for another hour and a half waiting for the service to be complete. Im glad this was my last stop on errands for the day because I was waiting way longer than expected.

Needed run flat tires for our vette quickly as cord was showing. They did not have them in stock and recommended ordering from Tire Rack. We ordered that day from Tire Rack they were delivered to Pep Boys by lunch the next day. By 5:00 pm we had new tires on the car and a front end alignment. They were all so nice and helpful. Honestly I don’t like this Pepboys or the company. The men are nice enough, but every time I go in I feel like they laugh at me as I describe the problem. Almost every time I go there they tell me I will have to leave my car overnight so I find someone to pick me up and take me back home only for them to call me as soon as I get home (30 minutes later) to tell me my car is ready which is very annoying.They do a decent job repairing but don’t even care enough to fill up my tires when they are low, even when the light is on on the dash, and has left trash in my car even when I pointed it out to them.
Absolutely the worst place to take your vehicle for service. Had to show them where the battery is located. Would have been cheaper to take it to the dealer to change out the battery. Will not be back.
Only had one set of tires to pick from. The front desk guy was friendly. Noticed vibration after getting tires. also noticed they did not air up the tires equal amount or the same. So I fixed that hoping that was the problem. Had to go out of town next day it continued the whole trip. Went back on a week day was told the tech was leaving at 4 so I would have to cone back, it was almost 4. Hours online dont state tech leaves at that time. Came back spoke with desk guy, asked if they could check balance described the vibration and tire pressure. Was told the sensors in cars are not accurate. ask how he said low in the morning high in the afternoon, I know thats due to the temp. He also told me I might have a bent rim, I stated it must of happened during the tire change, because it did not vibrate before tire change. He said they cant bend a rim while changing tires. my point it must be the balance. so about an hour later (I had to follow up if done because they did not call me to tell me it was done) He told me I had a bent rim on the front and the balance was off a little. they did not put paper down in my floor board and left my car unlocked in the parking lot. Took my car to the dealership I got it from to get rim looked at to get fixed. they let me know the balance was off, one tire did not have a weight at all. and NONE OF THE RIMS WAS BENT. My car drives great now they fixed pep boys work. I write this review so others will know, they can recalibrate the balance machine, and inform the workers. I will not be back. I will not email the person that reply to all the bad reviews I should of read before going. This is my complaint you can contact me if you would like more info or fix my experience. I wasted many hours going to your shop two times after getting tires and going to my dealership.About a week later the Facebook review I left is gone . Sad others will not know what kind of service they have.Update5-7-19 go to get my oil changed last week my dealership said I need a front end alignment.. I JUST GOT ONE AT PEP BOYS. So I take it back to pep boys show then the report, they “check it” and said it was fine. I Take it back to the dealership they check it the repost is different and good. Don’t go to pep boys. Only ones that speak good of them is them self. I wasted to much time and money with them and with all the mistakes they just try to reassure me it’s ok and they fixed it. Dont go. Save your time and money.

They only want to charge you the 90 Dollar diagnosis fee. Then they loose your warranty information and say it must have been with the paperwork we gave the tow guy(not). The only reason for 2 stars is because they carry more selection of parts(brand wise) than most other stores. The tow truck guy showed he cared more for my vehicle and myself than I got from anyone at Pepboys.
Other than having to wait an hour for an oil change, even after I made an appointment scheduled for an hour later, they did a fine job.
They are closing the waco retail store, the didnt renew the lease.... but the auto shop will remain open. They will remain open in the large cities.. closes one to Waco will be Austin Texas

Had Been told over 2hrs wait for a front end alignment and its been 8hrs...manager needs to get customer service together..during a pandemic, service should be on time not prolonged cause of bad customer service!!

Everytime I come here there is an excuse for why they can’t change my oil. If it wasn’t for I have a service contract through my dealership in Austin to do all my oil changes and the only place I can take it to here in Waco is Pep Boys, I WOULD LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! Everytime I come in, the only person that even looks at me Is Rick. The other young guys are leaning on the counter playing on their phones!!! It’s a damn joke. The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is because Everytime I go in Rick is super friendly. Management definitely needs to get it in order!!
Went to take my husbands work car in for an alignment And inspection and they called me after dropping the car off saying they couldnt do the alignment unless we replaced the tires at the same time, mind you we dont buy new tires for this car due to the fact that its a 13 year old car and its not necessary. So they refuse to do the alignment and charge me a 22$ inspection fee that I never agreed to! I simply asked for an alignment and an oil change and they kept trying to add on all these services and parts I did not ask for and when i declined they charge me inspection fee! I will never go there again oh and not to mention they charge 100 for an alignment! Over priced and service gouging. Will not go back.
Had some ac work done. They said my stem was bad on my low side. So I had them change it. Ac started getting hot again guess what the same stem they said they changed is still leaking call them they give me the run around about having to pay again. Oh well call corporate Monday. Dont take your car there! Over priced crappy work.

Great guys. Extremely helpful and professional. One of the mangers walked outside in the rain with me and helped install new windshield wipers.

Scam alert!!! Had my car towed here because my clutch went out, they said it’d cost $90 for a diagnostic and then they could go from there. I told them specifically my clutch was out and that I knew the clutch was the problem. They looked at it, confirmed it was the clutch, and then told me they don’t work on clutches!!! When I said the issue was with my clutch they should have told me up front that they don’t handle that instead of charging me $90 to tell me what I already knew!!!! I’d give 0 stars if I could.
