Bought new spacers for my mustang but they gave me this used ones... if youre gonna send used parts might as well tell the buyer or give a damn discount... thx to this, now im going to buy more parts from American Muscle website.

Purchased a couple items here in the past because the prices where comparatively cheaper than other sites. During my last purchase on LMR I spent over 5K in upgrades. And after taking my newly purchased Brembo complete break upgrade to my installer, he found that the rear rotors were missing from the kit. When I called LMR to inform them of the issue, the rep made it out to be my problem for not discovering the missing parts earlier. However, eventually after a couple days, the rep decided to send me my missing rear rotors. Then a couple days after that issue was resolved and my new Brembos break kit was installed, my mechanic found that the rims and tire set I also purchased from LMR would not fit over the Brembo brakes as stated on their web site; even after confirming with the sale rep over the phone prior to making my purchase. After informing him of that issue, at the time he refused the except the wheels and tires back due to their return clause on the tires and rim kits. Now I have a 2K set of wheels and tires just sitting in my garage collecting dust...(Updated post 12-22-18)Since my previous post, a rep at LMR (Jason) unaware of my wheel fitment issue regarding the Brembo brake upgrade kit, reexamined my problem and found that this wasnt an isolated issue. Apparently, the false fitment claim was a result of a manufacture mistake. And since then, they have updated their site description to specify the correct fitment. Unfortunately the issue wasnt discovered until my purchase. This being the case, he personally built a set of rims and tires that WOULD fit the Brembo brake kit installed on my vehicle. He then expedited delivery for the new set and excepted return of the previously purchased set at no additional cost. That said, Im a VERY happy man. And until now I never believed in Christmas miracles. The new set looks great on my car and fits perfect. Thanks Jason!

I ordered a core support and received a used and damaged one, unopened I took the core support to my frame guy and when we opened it we were surprised with a “piece of junk” according to the frame specialist, the core support had been in water at one point cause the thing was rusted which they tried to paint over, then we tried to see if the thing was straight and sure enough the top was bent. Lastly you could very easily tell this thing was used because the corners did not match at all, even to the average joe shmoe you could look at these corners and tell that this thing had been welded and cut off before. This is very disappointing because of the fact I’ve spent well over 2 grand in products from this company.

I live locally, yet have to have my orders shipped. Owner needs to either have curbside pick up or open up the showroom. Everyone else in the Waco, TX area is doing so. If they can, so can LMR. The only time I order from LMR now is if I cant find the item elsewhere. Thus, all the items Ive bought for my new Bullitt are coming from Steeda and Lethal Performance or, other on line vendors. Sways, lowering springs, headers, mid pipe, axle back, wheel spacers and, the blower so far.

No issue I had with LMR I havent bought a LOT of stuff with them but they handled it like champs! Ive purchased from the online from time to time. They have always had quick shipping and fair prices. I forgot to purchase a few parts while that Black Friday sales were going on and was traveling close by. Purchased 2005-2010 Flywheel Bolts and package invoice was marked inspected 3 different times and arrived missing 2 bolts, however the customer service department was great and got me another set shipped out right away. Great Customer Service!! Not so great inspectors.

Mr. Sandoval actually called me to let me.know it was in stock and request permission to run my credit card to complete the purchase. Sure, anyone can waste a lot of their precious time, price-shopping for certain items, BUT its hard to find LOYALTY... Tried ordering online from their competitors for comparison and got late shipments with little advice and direction for my 1997 Cobra suspension overhaul. After canceling my order with the other guys, I came to my senses, made a call to LMR and received excellent direction from Jay Walling, a man that knows Mustangs. His advice has led to the best handling suspension I’ve ever felt and experienced in a SN95. Make LMR your one and only source for your Mustang needs. Ask for Jay and he’ll get you where you need to be. I will be back for the next round of mods without hesitation.

Not happy at all I ordered exhaust for my 2017 mustang gt and when it got here what I got was for a v6 when I called about it they said I must have clicked the wrong one then they said I could either pay for another one right then to get the discount I used or I could ship it back to get a refund but they would deduct the shipping cost from my refund. Definitely gonna order from American muscle from now on.

Ordered and received hood decal is great time. Did not notice the decal had some minor damage till about 3 weeks later when it was time to install. Contacted Customer Service, and they handled a new one for replacement very nicely.

Placed a 2200$ order by phone. Part of what I asked for was a straight chambered style muffler. The rep recommended the slp mufflers I took his advice and went with it. After getting the mufflers installed I found they were just as loud as straight pipes. Asked the muffler shop if they knew why and they told me because they are straight pipes. No baffles no chambers just straight pipes Had them removed the next day and looked inside and they were correct. The mufflers are not mufflers at all just 2.5 into a 4 to a 2.5 out. No baffling or chambers at all. I called the service rep requesting a return and he told me there was nothing he could do because they were already installed and that it was my responsibility to know what I was ordering, but did tell me they changed the description on the website because of my situation. I then spoke to a manager who told me it was my fault and I should have known better but not to worry I could sell them and get my money back. Not sure why I am responsible to get money back on a product that did not match the description of what I had ordered. After several minuets of the manager telling me I was at fault I gave up. They sent me a 25$ gift card which I threw away. If you want straight pipes you dont have to spend 150 to get them, but if you insist on spending that kind of money dont spend it with these jokers. I wish I had not installed the suspension and used the tuner. I would have sent those back as well and given my business to a reputable honest outfit.

Purchase their interior paint system and is not worth the money. Followed their YouTube video instructions and a paint chip and peeled right off of my interior pieces. A little pricey for a product that does not work save your money

Sure, many other companies will have a larger selection, but LMR selects the absolute BEST merchandise for your vehicle... Search all the forums, read what everyone is claiming to be the best performance parts and very tasteful mods. Also, they back everything as claimed. So if you would rather have total trash thats most likely counterfeit, shop Amazon or Ebay.

Im curious how it is a few folks have such an awful experience when so many others have no problem, weird... Ive been pleasantly surprised by LMR and their customer service. Always helpful and go out of their way to help with questions. They even applied a discount code 2 days after I ordered, no questions asked. I do feel like Im putting Mr. LMRs kids through college though :).

I had the pleasure of speaking to Karson. He was one of the best experiences I have had with customer service issues. I had a problem with some missing hardware from an order I had placed while I was Deployed. I called into Late Model and, as sad as it is to say I was told there is nothing they could do (even with the thousands Ive spent with them guys). I would need to reach out to Eibach. I emailed their customer support and I never even heard from them. I was getting very impatient so I emailed into Late Models support and immediately was contacted by Karson. He not only went above and beyond to answer my questions, he took charge reached out to Eibach Directly. 3 days later I had the missing parts delivered at my door. Never have I had such good customer service from anywhere. Kudos to LMR and kudos to KARSON!! Thanks

LMR will steal your money on a return, make sure you have the shipping company document what was in the box and CYA or LMR will take it and claim you didnt send it. Sadly i lost out on a good sum of cash due to these crooks. take your business else where and safe your self the grief. -- otherwise nice parts from what i could tell.

Defective parts sent by LMR.

I bought the sve lowering kit for my mustang.I got a call from lmr telling me that the kit was missing the front isolators bt they only shipped me the front isolators.Now im having to wait another 5 days to get the rest of the kit.When I called them and asked where is the rest of the kit they acted clueless and then after speaking to someone in charge they told me they messed up and didnt send the rest of my lowering kit.They didnt even offer to send it to me overnight since they messed up.I had to ask if they could send it faster .I am not happy with my experience with lmr.If you screw up a customers order you should go out of your way to make it right not tell the customer that we are only human . Im not happy with my experience.
