I absolutely love this dealership.As soon as I pulled up to the dealership, I had someone greeting me & tending to my needs.Milton ended up selling me my 2021 Mazda CX-5. I absolutely love that car & he went above and beyond to make things happen.I was also so thankful that he showed me every feature of my car & how everything worked! Tyler was great to work with and very patient. I left Thursday without a car, because I was just overthinking. I came back Friday and got the car! Tyler listened to my concerns and what I was needing and looking for. He brought a car around that fit all that I needed! It wasnt the car I originally planned on, but it is the best car for me! He was patient while I worked through things and wasnt upset when I left without purchasing. And the next day, I was back and he was just as friendly and helpful! AND, he was able to get me the best price, the best interest rate and stayed close to where I needed my payment! I could not have asked for a better experience and a car that I love!!

I did plenty of online research before coming into the shop, and everything went smoothly. The most friendly and honest Milton helped me out with the test driving, paper works, and patient explanations. I basically knew what I was looking for before I came to the shop, but the people working in there, nice people like Milton, put my doubts aside and finalized the deal. The price is right, and people are true professionals. I drove the almost brand new Mazda CX-5 the very same day and am more than satisfied.

Milton not only created a short personalised video to introduce himself, the dealership and the car but professionally followed up to setup a time to make a short trip to Waco. Having had half a dozen car buying experiences over the past decade across different dealerships in the country, I can confidently say that University Mazda had the best sales team. They were not pushy, had the southern hospitality, were very transparent, negotiated on the price and even worked with us to come up with a great vehicle that fulfills our needs as a young couple. Extremely happy with the purchase and would rate them 5 on 5.

Only giving 4 stars for now because I plan to update my review over time as I use their maintenance department.We purchased our vehicle through Fernando and really appreciated that he respected our wishes budget wise and did not try to rush the sale. He was friendly, accommodating to our 8 month old baby that had to be with us, and very considerate of what we wanted. I typically loathe dealing with the sales & finance managers but that was not my experience here. Brandon was thorough, patient with our baby, and friendly. So far so good! We love our new car and didnt leave the lot feeling stressed out.

The sales people Tony and Trey were great, very friendly, helpful, and professional. The sales manager was also really helpful. When we negotiated a price there were no games like other dealers play of going and talking with the manager and arbitrarily making me wait for 15 minutes while they discuss an offer. The sales manager actually came out and spoke to me and was transparent about pricing and I really appreciated that.

They made sure I knew exactly what options I had, and exactly what I was getting, they made sure I knew all the features of the car and how to use the Mazda app so when I inevitably forget how to use a feature I dont have to spend several minutes searching through the manual. It helped me make the best decision I could.They made sure my car was spotless when I drove off with it.

I have been on hold for 20 minutes with the same annoying message playing every second, hanging up and trying again 30 mins later, while at the same time trying to message the customer service chat. No answer. Its 11 AM now? I find it very hard to come up with excuses for this..Edit: Were now at a 45 minute wait for this phone call. Not even on the online message chat. So its not just a phone issue guys

I bought a brand new car from them in November and the last two times I have went there to get my oil changed they have forgot to put everything back on correctly. So after I left both times my car started to smoke from oil coming out all over my car. This is so unprofessional. The first time they offered nothing at all not even a free oil change from it and the apology didn’t even sound sincere. I am never going there again!

Everyone was very friendly. I went in to have 1 recalled item fixed, but they discovered there was a 2nd recalled item and was able to fix that one as well. The mechanic explained to me a concern of his and even took me back to my car to show me exactly what he was talking about. My car was pretty dirty from the day before, but they wiped it down and cleaned it up some before I left. The outside looked much better.

I went for a scheduled oil change sans tire rotation aa l had just gotten 4 new tires with accompanying tire services. When l made the appt l asked the price, when l got my bill was more. After l talked with employee, price reduced, but not to what l was initially quoted.My car was given a wash and vacuum...long over-due. The young man who did it, did a GREAT job. Not expected. He excelled.While there three salesmen came to me, one holding my keys and told me lll give you a hundred thousand (of what?) for your car. While l know used cars are needed for resale, l had to tell them more than once my car was NOT for sale! Even had to swear for emphasis. Not a good impression. I LIKE my 2012 Mazda, drives well, good mileage and no payments. It is perfect for me. I can handle the fact it has NO bells and whistles.

Our buying experience from start to finish: We called Tony DeMaria and easily made an appointment with him to test drive both a Kia and a Mazda model that we were interested in. We drove both with no pressure and received finance and lease option paperwork. Tony was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. We really appreciated his insight and expertise. Tony went above and beyond to help us get into our new CX-30, and the actual purchase went smoothly. We were treated with 5-star service, and the process was rather quick. I think it was Brandon that handled the financing part, and he was also very thorough in explaining our options. I really liked meeting the service manager and being able to know him BEFORE we come in for service. Overall it was a fabulous experience.

Oz is amazing as well as everyone else we dealt With in our car buying experience. It’s about 1 1/2 hour trip to Waco. We were able to work with Oz via email and text and telephone and make the deal before we drove up. They even had our CX5 detailed and ready for us upon arrival. Brian was great to work with on further details of the sale and car walk through, test drive, etc. and Freddie in Finance was amazing. He listened to our needs and found products to keep us in budget. Met Dale in Service and he was great. Although it’s a little of a trip I plan to have all my servicing done at University even though there are closer Mazda dealers to me. Got a great car at a great price and the entire process was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Definitely worth the drive up! I’ll be referring you to all my friends ! I had one of my best car buying experiences ever at University Mazda. Dannie and Oz were responsive, helpful and easy to work with from my initial online inquiry to delivery of my CX-5 two days later. They gave me a fair deal, without any of the games some dealers play. My bank even commented how easy they were to work with. Picking up the car was smooth and included an introduction to the service manager to schedule the first maintenance appointment. I definitely recommend them.

Oil change went fine. Dont let them clean your vehicle. They say wash and vac but it was worse than I brought it in. Like if you wash you car in dirty and you cant get the dirt spots off. Great oil change but bad cleaning services.

Where do I begin? I started my search about 6 weeks before I finally made a decision. Fernando was so kind and helpful. I test drove the CX 30 and the CX 5. Went back a few days later and test drove one of the employees CX 30 turbo. I went on to other dealerships test driving 6 other vehicles. None of the sales people at the other dealerships seemed interested in helping me get the car I wanted. Fernando kept in touch with me throughout the 6 weeks gently asking if I had any questions and could he help me. I went back to the dealership and test drove a CX 5 tubo which belonged to another employee and once that test drive was over I knew that was my choice. The car I wanted was not on the lot so Oz told us if I was sure I wanted the CX 5 Signature in Soul Red he would have it for me in 24 - 48 hours! My husband and I made the deal and I was driving my new crossover within 24 hours! The service is top notch at University Mazda! Fernando has stayed in touch making sure I dont have any questions about the CX 5. I feel like I have made new friends that I want to stay in touch with. That is how friendly they are.

They promptly drove me home and then promptly picked me up when my car was ready. They explained what they did to my car and told me to bring it back if I continued to experience issues. Tony was super professional and spent half his day with us. I ended up needing to come twice in the same week and both times they gave me a ride home and even washed my car when it was done. Went to have oil changed and tires rotated today 9/9/19. When you receive this service you are also supposed to receive a car wash and vacuum. I was there for an hour and 15 minutes. About 20 minutes before they said my car was ready the guy came out to let me know my vehicle was in the wash bay. So ok almost done I’m thinking I’m about to leave with my nice clean car and ready to roll. So I pay for services rendered to the tune of $74.00 and proceed to my car. The outside looks nice and I go to get in and looks as though they didn’t even touch the inside with a vacuum. Now I’m not so picky that I’m expecting a spit shine and waxing inside and out but if the wash and vacuum is part of the $74.00 service then I expect just that. Hire new not so lazy workers or don’t offer the service!!! The guy tried to make excuses and I told him just forget it because I had already been there long enough. Told him I would just write a review on the service review they email you after services. Needless to say I never received that email. Next time I’ll take it somewhere else I can receive services cheaper and just clean it myself!Very Dissatisfied, Lisa Sanford

Salesmen will do and say anything to make a sale. Sure they are nice, but do not take their word for it. The SUV I purchased had a broken backup camera. The salesman assured me that the part to fix it was on order. After completing the sale he walked me to the service department where I was told I would be called when the part to fix the backup camera came in. Not only did they ever call, I had to make many attempts to get ahold of someone and was never called back. I finally just scheduled my free oil change and tried to get to the bottom of when the camera would be fixed, just to get a call saying their is no record of this issue and they will not pay to fix this problem.

Please Read Until the End! - JodyWOW!! What a dealership!!! We found a pre-owed Fiat Convertible on line, and it was a perfect fit for us. We were looking for something to pull behind our Motorhome. So, here it goes... We spoke with Danny (salesman), and he was very helpful and friendly, so we set things up to drive to Waco from Dallas. The car was perfect, so we moved on to Travis in Finance and finished the deal. (less than an hour total) :) 6 hours after we left the dealership, the convertible top broke!!!! FEAR set in!! Used Car, As Is, No Warranty.. (you get the picture) Our fear was quickly swept away, as they directed us to Greenville Chrysler, but they were unable to repair it.. We agreed to take the car back to Waco, and thats when we met James in the Service Dept. (Nicest person you could ever want to know) They gave us a BRAND NEW car to drive while they looked into repairing out car. It took LOTS of research and work, but they repaired the top, and we LOVE the car!! People, wherever you live, consider University Mazda Kia for your next new or pre-owed car.
