I have decided they will be my mechanic from now on even though Im 50 miles away. I did not know the area, had car that overrated & was told to go there. Im skeptical of others working on my vehicle, unless its me, until I took the chance & am still grateful and brag on these guys. The problem was found quickly. They had me in and out in a timely manner. I do def trust them and am so grateful for them. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY. Also, if u rate them with good experience, I noticed some are giving a one star when its suppose to be 5 stars. 🙂 They will not price gouge you and will do the job right the 1st time. Im truly amazed at the work they do. Thank you, Bill, Ethan and anyone else who helped.

It looks sketchy at first but I recommend! Honest mechanics! I appreciated how Bill took the time to explain everything that was done with my brakes and why it was important. He also did this is a non-condensing, and easy to understand way.They even squeezed my job in on a busy day and had it done fairly quickly.

L&D automotive does the job right the first time. Highly recommend, and will certainly continue to have all car services completed there.

Not sure where to start... maybe the fact they helped me barely 30 min after I called and got me fixed up within an hour.... or maybe that they saved a couple traveling cross country a near thousand dollar repair at no cost (simple fix) so they could continue on to Virginia. Bill has a great work ethic and will make sure you get the most for your money. Dont ask if he can do it for less because he will be losing money on the deal. If it feels like too much, just ask for a back rub to put you at ease.

Originally met the owner on a car forum. He helped me fix my car for super cheap in his drive way and it was done very well. I can only imagine the excellence he dishes up now with a real shop.

I took my 2010 Lancer in to have the front control arms replaced. They had it done in less than an hour and were very polite. Definitely the best shop in Waco in my opinion. The guys are very knowledgeable, professional and take very good care of their customers.

They did it all wrong. I bought an old 1995 Ford 150 from a neighbor. The truck had set for at least a year and didnt run well. I took it in with the information that I didnt know the truck and it needed to run better and pass inspection. They replaced the plugs, wires, distributor cap, air filter, fan belt, reset the timing, and changed the oil. They charged me $590 (call it $600) and sent me on my way.The truck would barely pull itself out of the parking lot. They told me to run some fuel additive through the gas and see what happened.I dont know if they tested the fuel system or not but dont think they did because another mechanic replaced the fuel filter because it was plugged and the truck wasnt getting enough pressure in the gas system. That made a big difference but it still didnt run correctly.So I took it to the Ford dealer to have it put on their diagnostic system. Imagine my surprise to learn that the spark plug wires on three and four cylinders were crossed. And the reset timing was wrong. It cost me $125 to learn the guys at D&L couldnt even replace the wires correctly or set the timing on a very simple inline six cylinder engine.Also, on the same day they did the Ford, we had them tune up our PT Cruiser. Now a few weeks later it surges. Ill have to take it to a real mechanic and get it straightened out.I strongly recommend going somewhere else with your regular mechanical needs.
