Pinpoint designs is great, I had her make me a few items for my toddler and was very pleased. The owner/creator is super nice, and professional. The first item she made for me was a personalized baby gift, and after that I was hooked, she also made me a few personalized shirts, back pack, nap mat, and my son loves them! She also has a pretty neat website where you can see examples of her work. I feel like she went the extra mile to make sure I was getting what I wanted, not a lot of people do that anymore since everything is machine made this days, but she hand makes her stuff. Im all for supporting small local business, she is my go to person for personalized items.

I am so glad I found Jenny! We needed a couple of tutus for my nieces ballerina party, and even though we found her at the last minute, she was able to finish our order with such short notice. She was very easy going and willing to work with all of the crazy ideas we had for each piece. We were very pleased with the final products and will definitely continue to use her services! :D HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER

Im from Alabama (ROLL TIDE) stationed in Texas. Its hard finding Alabama gear without having to go back home or order online. I thought Pinpointdesigns was for baby gear only but she embroidered some shirts for us with the Alabama logo and they turned out real cool. Ill definitely be placing more orders.

My daughters Birthday tutu and my husbands company shirts were a SUCCESS thanks to Pinpoint designs! They are even doing the company caps! Cant wait to see how great they look!

I usually hate to make a bad review but my experience with Pinpoint design was unprofessional. I placed my order a week and couple of days in advance I sent the picture of my idea and said it would be done. I go to the store to pay for it and pick it up and it wasn’t ready, she gave me 2 more days to finish it. I texted her asking if it would be done the day she told me it would 2 hours later she tells me she doesn’t have the ribbon and couldn’t order it. So I had no other choice but to recreate with different colors. I needed the shirt the next day I’m just disappointed because I ended up with something totally different from what I really wanted. I usually order online with Etsy but I wanted to support local shops but I was let down hopefully next time there is more communication
