TERRIBLE service. They have me in an absolute mess on my bill after I broke a phone, was forced to add a line until I paid off the broken phone, then told I cant remove the line unless I paid $700. Which I was not told when I added the line. Im told they cant do ANYTHING about it without costing me a ton of money. Not to mention the manager gave me so much attitude when she knew I was upset about this. Theyve definitely lost a 10+ year customer. T-Mobile will even pay off my phone for me when I switch over. Bye AT&T. π

This location was well managed. Even though I had to wait an extra 25 minutes from my schedule time the actual appointment took less than 20 minutes. Anthony did a great job answering all my questions and explaining everything in simple terms using good references. I feel very confident that I understand the situation and made a well-informed decision. Great work. I was able to get my phone shipped to my house just like I wanted in the color I wanted.

What a turnaround of an experience! (Worth your read!)My initial experience upon entering the store was not worth reviewing but worth sharing with the store manager to address. Thank God that experience didnβt steer me away from taking care of the business I entered the store to handle. By the grace of God, I was taken care of by Patrick. Never met Patrick, but YβALL, not only did he respectfully acknowledge the prior events, he transformed an initially bad experience into a FABULOUS experience. So this 5-star review you see is for Patrick. Iβve been a loyal AT&T customer for many years and I can say that Patrick will now be my go to representative! He addressed every situation I had going on from dropping a line for a deceased parent, upgrading a line (while saving money), reviewing my bill to see how we could save more, discussing an action plan for my phone needs to be replaced, teaching more about the insurance plan I have, and so much more! Went to this store last November 2020 to upgrade our phones, we. were told that AT&T had a special rebate offer $800 per phone that we traded in. After spending so much time in the store and so many phone calls to customer service about our credit/rebate, we are now told that the store should have told us that we needed to register for the rebate. This was after the long drawn out process that they provided the wrong return labels and our phones went to the wrong warehouse and they couldnt locate them........ Here we are almost 8 months later and been given nothing but a runaround every time we call we get a new story and we are told wait because it takes time to get approval.Not only would I stay away from this store but I would also stay away from the false information that AT&T tells you and advertises This has been the worse customer service by far!!! As I write this sitting waiting on yet another manager to come up with another story of why we cant get the rebate/credit that they advertised last year. STAY AWAY, TRY ANOTHER PROVIDER. WE WILL!!!!

Well, we both need new phones so can we each be with a representative? No there might be people waiting in car. If I could give this location zero stars.... I would. My fiancΓ© and I visited this location in an attempt to get a new phone. Upon entering we were told someone would be right with us, as all employees were busy with other customers. We were NOT told to stay by the door, in a cattle holding area, or to put a mask on, as mask mandates have been lifted in Texas. We proceeded to walk toward the phone displays to look at the phones while we waited. Get a feel for what we wanted to purchase. We were then aggressively told to put a mask on. Ok fine. Put the mask on. We continued to look at the phones and displays and then another employee rudely told us we had to go stand by the front door in the holding area. After being rudely spoken to twice we left. We went to the Loop 340 location and had an amazing experience. Kind greeting. No mask.
I went to this store on October 27 and was helped by Nicholas to start a new phone plan. I would 100% ask for him again. He was attentive to what I was saying and answered all the questions I had with accurate information. He was very helpful and over all gave the best service. As well as helping me find the best plan to fit my needs and staying in my budget. As well as being helpful he had a very cheerful, friendly disposition. He was awesome and would definitely recommend to everyone looking to start a service.

For the second month in a row my debit card was charged twice for my phone bill. This service has been nothing but a headache since I switched service. I got my phone in October and in January I couldnt get internet service so I brought my phone in to the store and explained that I was going on vacation and I needed my phone long story short I went on vacation without a phone!!!!! This has been nothing but a nightmare!!!!!!

I had the best experience this evening buying a new phone for my son and adding a new line. Ryan S. was so informative and listened to our interests. Ryan helped me understand the options available and would be best for our family and best economically. He was able to advise while navigating different plan options all while patiently listening and answering the several questions I had. On 12/30 went to this store to transfer 2 lines to a new account and also add 3 lines to the new account from another provider. Cody told us he could not transfer the lines and that we needed to call customer service to do that. Turns out that was a lie because the rep at the other store we went to was able to do it without calling customer service. We went to the other store because Cody did not want to help us in any way and just wanted to get rid of us because we werent planning on buying anything at the time. If anyone is actually wanting help go visit the store on Bosque, across from Target.

I went into the store to transfer data from my old phone to my new phone and they told me they donβt do that at the store. I said well I donβt know how to do it and the lady begrudgingly lead me over to a table that said in big bold letters DATA TRANSFER STATION. Go figure......... I guess if theyβre not going to sell you anything then they donβt want to wait on you.

I waited almost 2hrs for a 15 min phone trade in. I had to go into the store to see what was going on. I never got a text to come into the store. I did go in to see if I was over looked by accident. When I went in the store it was very empty. I was clearly over looked or made wait till lunch hour was over...idk. Workers were just walking around. Finally, a lady helped me. While we were in the middle of her helping me. Another worker came up and asked her in front of me, Who was complaining? While the worker was helping me she called for help after other customers with the same issue as myself came in complaining also. I wasnt the only one that got over looked. It was very rude and unprofessional for her to do that. Not all the workers at this location are that unprofessional. Ive had help before and they were great and went above to make us new customers. Just be prepared to wait or get over looked!
I went into the store to upgrade my iPhone 8. Iβve always had the best service there, even if I was only buying accessories. Anyway, I was told by the young fellow that waited on me that I could only get the iPhone SE. I told him I was interested in the iPhone 11 Pro Mac. He said those were reserved for customers wanting a new line and not for upgrades. I called another store here in town and they told me to come on in they have not heard of such a thing. They fixed me up with the 11 Pro Mac. Sorry Waco Dr. never shopping or recommending you for anything ever again! You donβt deserve any stars!

I am a recent graduate of Baylor University and I am now starting my life in Dallas. I wanted to get some things set up to start paying for my phone/internet and I went to this location. This place is great. The workers are patient, transparent, and upfront about everything. They really want you to be set up in the best way possible, and will help you with any wants and needs. My agent was Angelica and she has been absolutely amazing and I would recommend her service if you were a person that knew nothing like I did. Again, fantastic service!

Basically the only help any of the incompetent employees can provide is to tell you to call customer service. Absurd how hard it is to get any service from this place. The experience was so bad that after 9 days with new service and a new phone I will be canceling and returning the phone. Completely unacceptable, doesnβt even deserve one star.

I purchased an apple watch at the Hewitt store and tried for 2 days to get my cellular plan working on it. I called AT&T customer service 2 times and both times they failed to help me. After a long and frustrating process, I went to this particular store to get my watch fixed and then purchase one for my husband. The representative, Maria, helped me to get everything resolved, my watches fixed correctly, additional lines removed that were set up in error and was very nice to work with. She was helpful, knowledgeable and patient when working with us. Thank you, Maria, I appreciate all you did!

This was a couple of weeks ago when I got my new phone Samsung note 20 ultra and needed a new case. Talked to someone about the location for the cases they had. After I was ready to make the purchase a few employees was stand and sitting at two of the tables backs toward me and one facing my direction. It was about after a good solid time someone from the back of the store asked if I needed assistance. It was after that they noticed me and said that they would help. A few months before then I scheduled an appointment and some of the associates had some really bad attitudes. However every other time before then was good just past couple of times not so great.
Management is clearly inept. Individually, many of the employees are very charming and helpful, but it is apparent that the manager does not know how to lead.

To start, I missed my scheduled appointment (traffic jam) and found the AT&T Store crowded with Customers and an appropriate number of Service Providers which caused my waiting time to be a surprised 10-15 minutes. I was greeted by Marcus who courteously listened to my need, being knowledgeable, I was efficiently serviced.Already late for my next appointment, I couldnβt remain for the complete transfer of Data to my new, purchased Cell.Surprised, I found another AT&T Store in the areaand was blessed with Mikayla, the Service Provider there, who completed the transfer quickly and effectively.Overall, my Saturday Morning visit to AT&T was rewarding and I am learning about my updated Cell.
I am going to start off by saying I have been an AT&T customer since 2001. If this store was the norm for AT&T, I would not continue as a customer.I lost my phone last week and went to this location to get a new phone. When I checked in, I was told it would be 20-30 minutes before they could help and was told to wait in my car. After waiting over an hour to be called back in, I was told they did not have any phones and would have to order one.The following day, I went to another location and they did not have the color I was looking for, but took the time to look up what I wanted, and was told this store, the New Rd & Waco Dr. store had the phone in stock. I called the store and was told they had the phone in stock, but would not sell me a phone. Their phones were only for new customers or people upgrading to a new phone.It is extremely disappointing that this store does not value the current AT&T customers.

I have a family plan. My mother, daughter and myself all drove together to the store to purchase phones and add my grandson to the plan for his birthday. We were told that only one could come in. There were plenty of salespeople there. They could have helped each one of us at the same time but instead refused to do so citing us driving together as the reason. My mother went in and got a phone as hers was notWorking. The salespersons were snide and condescending. My daughter and I willGo to Best Buy or Target or Walmart. Your salesperson will not get another commission from us. The Waco Drive and New Road store is a dismal FAIL

Overall my wait time was less than 5 min. Got there and got my new iPhone 11 and checked out then left. Love my new iPhone a lot!! Way better than the one I had!! Hopefully it will last a few years now and wonβt break or have damage to it. Totally recommend the AT&T store for sure!! There really quick and you donβt have to wait long if thereβs not a lot of people.

I visited the ATT store in Copperas Cove, Texas to transfer service and billing to my name and account. I was there for an hour and walked through the process with the store manager. I thought all was well until I traveled out of state and learned that despite paying a plan that allows hot spot use, it was not available to me. I called the ATT customer service and learned that the plan was being paid by me but still had my exspouse as the user. I was not able to make changes or update my account over the phone since it was still listed under him. This was supposed to be taken care of during that instore visit. I was told to visit a store but the nearest store was 90 miles away. To this day it is still in his name because I have no faith in visiting the local store again, especially since it was the manager who helped me.
