My visit was an agreeable experience. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. My only issue is it seems the available selection has been cut drastically. I suppose that could be expected due to the Wuhan flu mania

I always find great prices there, for used games. And they actually give you a good amount of money if you sell certain games. Workers are always helpful. Even when its busy.

Great place for all of your console gaming needs and even some PC needs the stuff seems to have a very solid knowledge of this type of merchandise. Also very knowledgeable of the gaming mainstream media environment. But if they dont know something theyll tell you they dont know. And then they will try to find the answer.

Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable. I usually end up staying for a few minutes after my transaction just to talk about upcoming games and whatnot, and Ive never felt unwelcome when doing so.

Even though some other stores can offer better prices for there games. I like GameStop because I can buy a used game for a very good price most of the time. The guys here are awesome and they can help you find what you need even when you don’t know anything about anything.

Seems like on ok place.. Did not like that the gentleman there kept walking around looking at my teenager & hes friend... When clearly my husband & I were there watching them & they were near us... not to mention FYI I use to be an officer.. 😯

Picked up the new Mario Kart today. Two employees helping two guys in front of me. They were slow but seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately, sold me a used game not in original packaging at new game price. Said it was a return and original box not returned too. I just wanted out of there as it smelled like cigarette smoke in this location. I think they need a manager to train on basic customer service.

Worse experience ever so embarrassing I just moved to Dallas I came down to visit family so me and My Nephew Yes Family we dont stay with one another different house holds I go in to get a ps4 for black Friday so I ask the lady I would like 2 one for me and 1 for my Nephew he had his own money I had mines Since we are Family she said we one could purchase one ps4 Im like hold up I stay in Dallas hes in waco 2 different places the manager comes out and says were family we only can get one Wow he was not trying to help at all none seemed to care where does it say Since everyone that goes in The store cant be family or u cant get the same thing I never heard of anything like that worse experience ever

Responsive and helpful. The Geouff guy is kind of weird and dry at times. Apart from that, the employees there are good and knowledgeable.

Its Gamestop you know to expect $10 for all your games and consoles when you trade them in. This location had great customer service and Ill be back.

Cool manager but other employees are dry and bland people that hate to deal with customers especially those of ethnic background, yes I did pull the RaceCardOut. Just Cal it How I see it or experience it rarely only perceiving it. Obvious observation. But, its a normal Game Stop in a rich neighborhood and located not far from i35 or tx84... off Waco drive

You can trade you use games and get some store credit with some of the games but its not bad

GameStop gives horrible trade in prices for games, you can usually sell for 2 or 3 times more on craigslist or Ebay...but they do have a giant selection of games and accessories. I still occasionally go to pick up a game or two, and the few times I visited this location they werent super friendly and a couple of the workers were having some inappropriate side conversations close to the register. Id recommend the one off of highway 6 as the staff is a little more friendly.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. If they dont have what your looking for they will tell you where to get it

Usually my go to gamestop but being quoted one price for an exchange and then being given a way lower amount at the trade in for a system that was returned “cib” and then they charged me for it not having an accessory with it that didn’t even come in the box to begin with. Not much of a fan of this location anymore

Great selection but if you buy a game at one Game stop than you cant return it at any other Game stop its terrible to buy presents there if you get the wrong thing they cant return it anywhere else but the store you bought it at.
