When I went in was real busy wasnt even acknowledged. Also there was only 2 employs in there to start with. I want to say that when Wendy came back which was the 3rd. Employee of T-Mobile she took excellent care of my needs and addressed my issue. She came up with a solution and I was extremely satisfied 2 thumbs up Wendy.
Going to get a great deal on a tablet. Shondra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable i will definitely be asking for her on all return visits.
Too bad no stars isnt an option. Signed up with Tmobile in store, got told one thing, my bill turned out different. been to store, called to store multiple times, each time just to be told they would get back with me... called the main customer service number today. Just to be told that they were sorry that my bill wasnt explained properly to me in the store, and that there was nothing they could do about. Will be going back to verizon asap!!!
Tony, Cody and team there helped us a ton! They coordinated getting both of our sons set up even though they were in 2 different cities than my wife and I. Saving a ton compared to ATT and service rocks!
Kassidy was very patient and helpful! When I came in to upgrade my phone, we discovered a few issues with our account. With the help from Chante, a manager who assists with escalations, she went above and beyond to resolve our issues. After 17 years with Sprint, we are happy T-Mobile has taken over and provides exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this store location!

Kim was not only Pleasant to work with but her skills and customer service are exceptional the assistant manager and very available for his employees. Kim took care of all my needs efficiently more so than I could have asked.She also provided timely and helpful advice regarding the new phone I was getting . She let me know all the important information regarding the product including its features, I am a busy busy professional and she listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. She also ensured that I received all the information regarding the transferring of my account the process that it took and the steps that we were at. Tim and the assistant manager works towards getting my deposit transferred to my new account and because the deposit could not be transferred they were able to work with me and waive the deposit which I will be forever grateful. As a professional that works with customers on a daily basis I understand how truly remarkable associate T-Mobile has with Kim. Customer serviceis a critical requirement for me. I was very thankful that Kim was my associate . I am confident that she is the one that suited my needs best. She also solved the problem regarding the service and problems which I faced. Went in yesterday and received good customer service. We had issues with online customer service but these guys were able to help us. Their customer service was so much better than the online customer service! Also they were able to get us a good deal than what online reps were going to. Dareius went out of his way to help us, he provided us with excellent customer service. He took his time to to try to resolve an issue with came in with and we left knowing that he did everything to help us. Dareius handle the issue with professionalism and was very friendly making it easy and comfortable for us to work with him. The store itself has a good team, its very clean and organized. There is plenty of parking space right in front of the store. Located in the Central Market Place in Waco, very easy find and see from the highway. I will be returning because of the good customer service we received. I will update once we get the phones and a few billing cycles.
Customer service is horrible, they worked on my daughter phone for hours all we need was a SIM card . When we arrived at T-Mobile her phone was working . When we left her iPhone wouldn’t work at all, they sent me home with a non working phone before all this they asked my husband where did he get the phone did he get it off the streets whatever that mean 😢 yeahhh and my daughter still don’t have a working phone!!
After an unpleasant cancellation experience with T-Mobile (I liked T-Mobile but got a better deal elsewhere), and a particularly bad experience at the store in Round Rock, it was great to come in here. Isabel was extremely helpful and while some things were beyond her control on my account, she fully explained the reasoning and what I would need to do. She even helped take apart the cell spot, which was no easy task. This store also had no wait time even on a Saturday afternoon and we were taken care of quickly.

Extremely friendly guys working here, but after checking my bill online I came across charges I was unsure about. I called T-Mobile and found out services were added that I did not approve. I had them removed, which decreased my monthly charges by nearly $60. I went in to have an additional line added. The guys that work here are more worried about up-saling than being honest, which is disappointing. I will continue with T-mobiles service online only!
