This was slightly more to repair phone than replace under insurance. However, the headache saved from listing content was worth the small overage in comparison. Even with ordering the part, they were speedy and efficient. Nice friendly waiting area as well.

They had to order a part for the repair, but it was in very quickly! Took it in about 9:15 and it was ready for pick up around 11:15. It wouldve taken me at least 4 hrs to do it myself. Im glad they take care of more than iPhones! 🤩 I would definitely take a broken phone to them for repair again!

Verizon, asurion, fix-it, & verizon in-store could not recover data. PhoneMD recovered data despite a broken screen and transferred to new phone in a little over an hour. excellent job.

Called this place right before closing on a Saturday and the guy was so helpful! I called about 1 iPad, but showed up with 2 iPads and he didn’t mind at all! The rear camera was found cracked after receiving it back.Took it in again under warranty to address the issue they said it wasn’t their fault yet it was found that way after I got it back from them.I had to pay $43 to fix the problem!

I took the phone in about 5 minutes b4 close on Friday night, and they called me about 2 hours after opening on Saturday morning to come pick it up. I was pleased at their prompt service, and they were very friendly.

The iPhone MD staff is so nice. They worked on my phone all day as it kept restarting with an apple icon. They tested the battery, tested to see if a new battery would resolve the issue, tried to backup and reset it, and while the result is that I need a new phone, they did not charge me for any of the testing! I highly recommend them!

I regularly break my ipad/iphone/android screens. Since I use them to make money, I need them repaired quickly and at a good price. I have shopped locally just a little bit but I can tell you that of the places Ive been to, Phone MD was the cheapest. The service was attentive and professional and the tech kept me in the loop when he found something else wrong with my device that needed repairing. This time I bought a tempered glass screen protector for both ipads I had taken in for around $50 each, which entitles me to free screen protector replacemenr for the life of the device AND $50 off a screen repair, should it occur despite the screen protector. I have recommended Phone MD to my friends and family and will continue to do so.

So happy to find this phone repair biz!!! They accepted my phone for diagnostics and repair which would take up to 48 hrs and this was on a Saturday!!! I explained it was my only phone and they gave me a loaner to use over the weekend .... funny part was I had an Android and this was an I phone .... therefore I barely could figure it out .... and when they called me back Monday afternoon I didnt catch the call as I didnt realize it was set on Silent!!! LOL!!! Anyway my phone was water damaged and not repairable so no charge!!! So then when I received my new phone I was very happy to pay them to transfer my info!!! Thank You, Thank You!!!!

My iPhone 7 wasnt receiving or able to make calls. I went in and the technician explained in detail what the problem was which was a Mother Board issue. So, he answered ALL my many questions which helped me to determine the best course of action for solving my problem quickly which was to file an insurance claim and get a new phone. His help was so courteous and valuable saving me time and money and lessening my frustration! Highly recommend this place!!

My iPhone 5S charging port was getting finicky these past few months. Only one charger was able to charge it and only at just the right angle. 3 minutes in the shop and they had it cleaned out and working like new!

Wanted to charge me 90 dollars to replace my screen, and didnt have it in stock, replaced the phone for less than that.you did not replace the phone and the situation was eight months ago, who wants to let go of their phone for three days, thats the business your in, be prepared, cause I took my business elsewhere.
