If you ask me, there is not a better shop in all of Waco, and I attribute this to one thing....the customer service! Ms. Leslie is the best! If you go in, make sure to scout her out. Petite brunette, an absolute doll. She will keep you in the loop on the latest fashions, evident by her own style that she wears so elegantly and with such confidence. AND she has a huge influence on the Instagram account, which I noticed always exuded a top notch social media presence! I can’t rave about this cute little boutique enough.

I love this store! It was another successful shopping trip thanks to Marissa. See you all real soon!

Good stock of merchandise. Love the diversity of sizes. Terrible return policy. The return policy will definitely keep me from shopping here. So sad.

The girl told us we had to wait to enter until someone came out. Which we waited for a few minutes. As we were walking away another lady just walked in and the rude girl let her in and just watched to see if we saw. Well guess what we had money to spend. Would have been a good day for them. Sorry suckers take my money somewhere where they want it!!!!!

This place is not that great to shop at and truthfully dont really care for clothing here. You can get some of the same necklaces, shirts, Jeans cheaper. Look somewhere else to spend your hard money at, I will for sure. Good luck with getting help the girls all they want to do is gripe and its a little ridiculous especially for shoppers.

The girls in the store are very kind and helpful. However, the owner has a terrible attitude toward returning damaged clothing. To be so proud by asking a relatively high price for clothing you would think they would recognize a loyal customer and make good on replacing/exchanging damaged clothing they sold.I brought my family into this shop where several items were purchased by all. My daughter purchased several items herself and tried on everything to assure they fit, because we are aware of return policy regarding removing tags. The following day she put on the jeans she purchased and saw they had been nipped by scissors. She had them on for a few minutes and noticed the small cut when she sat down. She thought it was lint. She made Nancy aware via email where she responded telling my daughter to mail her the jeans and she would have her seamstress repair them. She would be out postage and not sure what they would look like after repaired. Note...no mention of exchanging them, no offer of a credit just send me the pants you paid full price for and in return we will repair them at your exapense and you get what you get.Terrible customer service and a loss of 4 customers who expect more from the companies we choose to shop. Giddy Up Glamor is a huge disappointment be ware and be aware...the customer is NEVER right in their shops!
