This location couldnt keep up with the demand. Lines were ridiculous inside and out. I opted for my SB espresso at a convenient store instead.

The service was great & the food was cooked perfectly. Staff was very attentive. Overall great dinning experience.

Staff were polite and quick to get me my drink!! Came here during a busy time but didnt even have to wait more than 5 minutes. The batista overlooked the heavy cream on my drink, but realized it and fixed it asap!! Will definitely be back to this location again!

Clean restrooms with no line but the coffee is burnt.

The drinks are good but goodness are they expensive and because of that Im looking to start getting my Chai Tea Latte from Dunkin Donuts...just as good but cheaper.

I love starbuck, but the last 2 weeks I have gone, I received a half of a cup of coffee. Come on guys, for 5 bucks a cup, you can fill it up.

I was shocked when I asked for a double shot of espresso to be added to my skinny latte and I was told that it already comes with it. I tried to explain I want a extra double shot of Expresso. Every other Starbucks has no problem doing this. My drink tasted weak but I was getting ready to go somewhere with my family. Everyone else said that their drinks were fine came out good. Its just the one drink that was asked to do customized that they would not do.

I hope this finds the right person. I have been a customer for quite sometime and stop and order the same thing every day. Blueberry oatmeal and large chia tea and a few items for the office. Apparently the inside is closed for service and since I had a trailer today, the gentleman and I use this word loosely says he cant help me since I cant drive thru the drive thru. Which only has 3 cars in it. Good job Starbucks, sure will miss you

Went there for a pup cup and ordered a Strawberry açaí. I gave the cashier a heads up that I’d have no idea how to pronounce the name and she laughed and said she’d give me a discount if I could pronounce it correctly. After four or five tries, I got it. I get to the window and she says it’s free! It was my first time ever at Starbucks and I’ll definitely be going back now! Whoever she was she definitely made my day with her kindness.

Stayed at the home 2 suites and both nights we walker over and they were spot on with our drinks !!! So great

I used to love this location when I lived in the neighborhood! I made the mistake of thinking to skip the long drive through and going inside to order. It took 20 minutes to get my one coffee. I know they were busy with online orders and the drive thru but I was not the only one that had to wait on multiple online orders that weren’t even picked up in the 20 minute I was there. Everyone on staff was working fast to handle all the online orders but please work out a better system to handle the customers that pay for their drinks in person. :(

Disappointed that for the past few months have given a try for the coffee to constantly taste like milk. That is not coffee.

There was no long lines they were pretty quick and the coffee tasted great a lot of Starbucks to go to it tastes really Bland this one tasted like mocha good job

We stop at this Starbucks sometimes when we travel from DFW to Bryan, College Station. It is always clean. A good place to stop on a road trip.

I use the mobile app to order ahead in the morning. This morning, I ordered a pumpkin spice latte but didnt see an option for decaf. When I got to the store to pick it up, I saw that there was an option for decaf and the baristas remade it for me in less than a minute!! They did not have to do that and I really appreciate them taking the time. Thanks!

Literally the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been too. I have worked for Starbucks in two different cities and I can’t imagine ever making our customers wait this long. They do it every day lol. I came here every day for almost two weeks, but eventually couldn’t because even leaving my house 45 minutes early, I’d still be late and I live two minutes from here 😬The staff is never apologetic or friendly or fun. They all look like they are irritated and in panic in the drive thru.

You ever order lunch and get breakfast instead? Like, they took the order correctly, labeled the sandwich what I ordered, but gave me the breakfast variant. 👌

Placed an order via the app at 11:04pm. As you can see from the photo, they’re clearly open until midnight. However, upon arriving at the drive thru at 11:08 pm, I was promptly greeted with, “Welcome to Starbucks. Unfortunately, we’re closed”. I explained that I had already paid for my order via the app, at which point I was told they could refund my order. The store hours sign on the drive thru window also clearly states they’re open until midnight. Do y’all just decide you don’t feel like working anymore so you’re going to close an hour early??

Great customer service.

I showed up an hour before they closed and there doors were closed. They watched me try to open up both the doors and just stared at me, as if they didn’t want me there. I called them twice and there phone was off, not taking calls. I decided to go through the drive through and the screen was off as well. They finally decided to take my order and when I pulled up to the window they handed me my drinks and didn’t engage in any conversation. They didn’t say how are you, have a good night or anything. I ordered two of the same drink and they tasted completely different. It was over all not a good experience at all and I will not be returning to this location.

The drive thru line is ALWAYS packed – doesn’t matter what time of day it is. If you want Starbucks, you better set aside at least 20-30 mins to wait in the drive thru line.Tried to go in-store because I thought it would be faster to order inside... But, they have the doors locked. No sign or anything. Drive-thru ONLY! And of course, no online ordering.Almost all the Starbucks in Waco are a joke. Your best chance is going to the Starbucks on Baylor University’s campus. They are fast and efficient.

Unlike most of the local Starbucks locations, you have to pick up your online orders through the drive through. This is resulting in a long wait for everyone. That said, service was fine. Just don’t expect to get anywhere in a hurry if you’re trying to order here, it would be faster to drive all the way to Woodway and pick it up at the counter.

The service was ok I mean my coffee was good. The workees were like going through the motions like bare minimum frienldy. What got me was how dirty it was in there. Maybe they were short handed. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a good couple of days. The gender neutral bathrooms disgusting AF. I was grossed out. For Starbucks it was unexpected.

The line was extraordinarily longer than it usually is. They still managed to perfectly make my drinks and the were so nice and cheerful it was the best experience that I’ve had with any Starbucks. All the employees where amazing!

This particular Starbucks location is one of the best, at least for the McLennan County area, that I have ever been to. They are always patient with my orders and they always get my personal orders above & beyond correct. The customer service here is also, as always excellent, regardless of how many other people are in line. Love this place

This Store is never opened???? Come by @8:45, but doors were locked. Drive thru is closed. Hours posted are more of a suggestion. If it is open chances are only drive thru or the store is open. Never both. Online ordering??? Yeah that’s a joke. & 1 girl always seems to have an attitude cuz I don’t order my drinks how she wants to take em?.always rolling her eyes at me...huffing and puffing after she’s done. Smh. But other than that, the other staff has always been so friendly & kind.

This starbucks had the longest and slowest line ever. We came at 830 in the morning but most of the coffee items were already unavailable and sold out.

I want to love the location because of its convenient location near my apartment, but have been sadly disappointed the last few times I’ve visited. Service through the drive through is extremely slow, I’ve spent a solid 20-30 minutes + each time I’ve gone through the drive through. It shows on the app it is open for in store ordering but I arrived and it’s only drive through or mobile! Good quality Starbucks but if you need to be fast, I’d skip out!

I thought never knowing if they will actually be open as advertised only happens at home. I was wrong, this seems to be a company-wide problem all over the country. Why is this brand so poorly managed at the top? McDonalds is more reliable, albeit disgusting.

Starbucks is always good and the pup-accino is a beloved treat for my fur babies. This time, though, the barrista messed up our order even after repeating it 3 times and then poured the incorrect drink down the door of my car. Oh well, just a bad day and can happen to anyone. It certainly wont be my last trip there.

You have to pick up orders through the drive through. Doors stay locked. Waited 45 minutes for a drink. By the time I got my order it had been an HOUR since ordered online. From looks of reviews it’s been like this for awhile.

While a fan of the brand, this particular location is worth skipping. Bad service and disorderly.This location is either understaffed, or there is some major issues with service training. I have to admit the coffee it self was great, hot and rich. But that’s about the end of the positive.Disorderly and messy counters and guest area.Bad manners/ customer service:I specifically felt mistreated by the two baristas : Haley and Graham, I got drip coffee and asked for half and half, since the one at condiment bar was empty (brought the carafe over for them). Repeated my request at least twice and they both ignored me even though I stood there for several minutes holding the empty container.I had to come around and ask the cashier who was in the back room to get me a new carafe for me. He reached under the counter and got me one that was ready. Took him no more then 10 seconds.Product and branding bring the customer, good service keeps customer coming back.Missed the mark guys.I’d skip this store and stop at one down the road - hard to get to from the interstate anyway.

Not the slowest starbucks in waco but its a strong 2nd. Employees were super friendly though. Order was correct and tasty.

Drink came quickly and the interaction was pleasant.

The location was very clean and the servers were very polite. The only thing is that we were going from one town to another and they had no place to sit down for anyone. You had to just stand or go outside in the heat. We ended up in our vehicle with the AC on.

Stopped in to treat my wife while shopping. Sat in the drive thru for an unacceptable amount of time and as we pulled away my wifes lid popped off and when i got my cup to my mouth my lid popped off and drenched me, lucky for me it was just barely warm. Very bad experience all around.

Always out of oat milk, soy, and or bananas. Also frequently overwhelmed by the number of orders. Typically a super long wait—drive-through or in-store.

They never seem to have anything in stock, and that’s any day of the week at any time. The line is ridiculously long via drive thru AND inside. It’s just so inconvenient to even go there wait in line for a unusual amount of time only to get to the front and then tell you it’s out of stock literally every time I’ve went in the past couple of weeks !!!

This place has gone downhill!!! 2 stars is being generous! We spent over 30 minutes in drive-thru for 2 drinks! Ordered a drink that was supposed to be light on the ice. Barista poured extra ice in drink to make up for the dragon fruit mix that they ran out of to fill up the cup. The hot coco had some dark syrup on top. I did not order that! The barista was arguing with the guy at the window. She was so unprofessional. I felt bad for the guy having to put up with Little Miss Sunshine. Clearly there was nothing sunny about her!!! Certain staff need to be retrained!!!!!!!!

0 for 2. This is the second time in a month Ive been disappointed in this location. The first time, despite having 6 people working they, hadnt had a chance to make dark roast at nearly 7 am. This time, the dark roast was barely warm so Im not sure when it was actually made. They again had 5 or 6 employees and really only had drive-thru customers with me as a walk in. The kicker? 2 employees joking about being bored. Third time wont be a charm because there wont be one.

The folks here are incredibly friendly the drive-through service is very, very fast. The store is well stocked. If youre after a breakfast sandwich or a salad, youre very likely to find it here. Very rude when I had to go back through the drive thru to ask for my two orange juice they forgot to put in my bag. Since they didn’t give me a receipt they said I would have to come back later and speak to management. I will never give them another dime!!

Always busy and a line that wraps around the building. Sometimes the drinks are so/so. We tried to go in the door was locked. It was getting really busy an we left an several cars left also.

Always have had a great experience here in the past and i usually give a place a few tries before I leave a review for the reason why i am writing this today. I ordered a Carmel frappuccino with one shot of espresso and was greeted with what appeared the same sweet drink i would expect and love, but upon the first few sips. I found the drink to have a soured, almost watered down or even soapy water taste. I was greatly disappointed by this experience and will be willing to try another Starbucks. But i do understand that errors happen and not everything is perfect. I hope if i ever come back to this spot, they have fixed this problem

Very friendly baristas and fast service! Although I dont like coffee, they were very accommodating and made me a delicious frozen chocolate chip mocha. So yummy! One less star because there wasnt a lot of seating for as many people coming in and out. Outdoor seating would have been fine except it was too cold.

A smaller size Starbucks, but good staff. They are excellent at keeping drive up and walk-ins served. Always busy but let nrs move fast. Early drive time and before or after nearby elementary and middle school helps keep them very busy. Walkable for many neighbors nearby. My favorite.

I gave this location 2 stars because its hit and miss. Some Baristas are friendly some are not. I went on Saturday morning (12/9) around 10:00 am. It was pretty packed! The Coffees were great and made quickly. However there was a lady inside with a long haired dog. REALLY?!?! How is this not a health code issue? She stood near the door and her dog moved and you could see hair fly everywhere!! I could understand if this was a service dog but this was a small little lap dog she carried in her arms. Come on Starbucks!! The last thing I want is dog hair in my drink!
