The day I visited, I was greeted with a friendly face and the clerk helped me to find what I was looking for.

Not crowded or super busy. I just needed to use their self-serve printers to print out receipts and several other things. Their system is so easy that when she was done it two or three times, its very easy to do by yourself,. and be done quickly.

I went in yesterday to buy a printer & the manager that was working I forgot her name but she was awesome. She gave me details on the printer & was just a great help with everything. It feels good to go in a store where all the employees are knowledgeable and don’t just stand around not doing anything. I had originally went to Walmart and wasted $100.00 on a printer and no one helped me out at all. Never Again! From now on I’m going to OD on Bosque. Don’t make the same mistake I did. 😊

Your print shop leaves a lot to be desired. Having a packet printed that I paid for is not breaking copyright laws. Forwarding the email from the creator with all the additional program information to one of your employees as suggested would be breaking those laws. You do know people can see when their work has been forwarded, right?

LOVE the TUL pens. Smooth writing, two tips to choose from and various colors. They are all l use since l discovered them years ago. When l was working l used to let my customer/patients use one when signing something. They would always comment on what a nice pen it was...l usually got them returned.😉You can order (home delivery) refills, too.

Theres normally a nicer older lady who works for Office Depot and I appreciate her customer service. There is a lady that has a large tattoo in the shape of a circle on her neck. She needs training on customer service. Shes not the nicest.

I was in here for 1 hour and I needed help with stuff and the employees did not help me print and they ignored me, dont come here if you need to print.

Had an email I needed printed for a restaurant coupon. Was not aware of this service offered. Called & yes they can print it for me. Will use again.

I needed to drop something off at this Office Depot for shipment with FedEx.. I called to double check the closing time since the pandemic has changed most business hours. The employee that answered informed me that the store would be closing in 10 minutes. Since I had thought the store closed an hour later than what he informed me, I kindly explained to him that I was unaware that the hours had changed, but I was only 15 minutes away from the store & that I needed to drop off this package and that it was ready for drop-off. He laughed under his breath, and said We close at 8... I told him I understand that, and that all I needed to do was drop this package off (since the U-Haul trailer I had rented to ONLY carry this package to the Home Depot since it was to big to fit in my jeep) had to be returned within the next hour! So one last time I clarified with the employee that nobody would be there at the store 5 minutes after closing so I could simply drop this package off, and again he calmly said No, we will be closed at 8:05. Well thanks a lot!

We returned to purchase a desk after looking we didnt see the desk. We were approached by an associate Dee A. Dee gave 110 % located the desk for us and loaded everything in our car. Dee s awesome attitude and customer service will definitely keep us going back.

Sold me a $100 store brand ink cartridge that office depot knows will not function on the HP printer that it claims it is compatible with. On attempt to exchange for the HP brand they refused to help at all due to possible virus concerns... oddly enough my money was perfectly safe for them to handle though. So they said to wait until the virus worries were over and then they might be able to help me. They even had the nerve to suggest that I pay them another $100 plus dollars and hold onto the defective cartridges. Now wishing that I had read the reviews, after searching for a solution I found dozens of complaints about these cartridges not working with HP printers. Will not buy any other products from office depot or HP

After a terrible experience at the store in Marble Falls.. Patrick at the Waco store (In the copy area) has redeemed your company! He was awesome! Best customer service ever! I may have to go back in there to recruit him for my company! He listened, he was very polite and efficient! He handled my request quickly and easily.. He even called the other Waco store to tell them I was headed there so they would cut my temporary business cards (he mentioned that their blade was a little dull) I had printed! Wonderful! Cant say enough good things about this guy! Thank you Patrick!

I purchased W-2 and 1099- Misc forms for our business a couple of weeks ago. Everything was fine until I opened the 1099-Misc forms and found 1099 Interest Income forms actually inside the package. I carried them back wanting to exchange them for the correct forms. I didnt have a receipt since it was a business purchase and receipts had already been turned in to the accountant. They finally did do the exchange, and two of the people helping were very nice, but the young girl who was telling the cashier how to do it was very snotty because I didnt have a receipt. It was like an act of congress to get this simple task done. This was an Office Depot error, and I thought I was going to have to call my congressman to have a new law passed to make an even exchange to correct the stores mispackaging. I eventually got the exchange, but will go elsewhere for my office needs from now on

As much as I like office depoti used service.I have tried to use the printing online service & ive tried about 4x throught out one year, &they always seam to cancel my order for one reason or another. They either say they cant enlarge because pixel will be distrored or copyright issues. Its work that is done through photoshop that has been purchased legally & Tammy decided on her own to cancel because of copy issues.I dont understand why there is always a reason to gladly cancel online orders. Its a waste of time waiting for them to just cancel when I should just try using other retail copy services.This store is located at bosque blvd, waco, tx.

Dont use their Cell Phone Repair services. This store is fine for office supplies, but if you are thinking of getting your cracked screen repaired, go to iPhone MD or Waco iPhones instead. I got my iPhone screen repaired here last summer to save me a trip to another store. The repair was done same day, in store, and appeared fine. It was more expensive than the other two places I named above. But the real problem is that right after the screen repair, I realized my phones proximity sensor wasnt working. I looked online and saw thats a problem after screen replacement sometimes, but the techs at Office Depot didnt know how to fix it. Even worse, I noticed a bit of a white edge on one side of the screen. Over the next few months, it got worse and I realized the screen was peeling away from the rest of phone. When I went back to see if that was covered by a warranty or something like that, they reminded me that a warranty is an extra charge and I didnt pay for it at the time of repair. So I should have bought another service to ensure that they would fix their faulty work? They did give me an estimate on the screen repair and said Id have to replace the whole screen, which is around $135. I went to iPhone MD instead, where they said I didnt need to replace the screen. They re-adhered it, which cost around $35. Office Depot charges more for comparable tech services in town and doesnt do a good job or stand by their work.

Misspelled literally a quarter of every word that they used to make the stand that I had requested the stamp only had 20 words on it and they misspelled 5 of the 20 what kind of facility is this where they hire people who cannot spell its not as if I had spelled them wrong on the paperwork then they have the nerve to ask me how exactly I wanted it. Finally after the stamp was remade turns out that the price was misquoted

Have called multiple times and when some one answers they do not speak. Im not sure if their signal is failing or whom ever answers the phone just doesnt want to work this is a problem that needs to be fixed ASAP

I went in to have 5x7 invitations printed and was told they couldnt print anything small. I went to FedEx by the heb on 35 and they helped me no problem.

The representative that assisted me really knew her stuff and was very efficient.

Busy but accommodating. Went to the ladies room and it was nasty. I was afraid to use it. Floor was nasty, no hot water. Toilet tissue holder broke therefore the toilet paper was on the floor for use. Basin, mirror, everything nasty!
