Very long line in drive through..After vehicle in front of line left, the pace was good.. Burger was good. Fresh taste.. Good, filling with all the vegetables added..Fries were okay. Love that they have option of Lemonade without sugar, which was refreshing and delicious.

Delicious! We dont have them in Indiana so I had to try one while in Texas. Definitely recommend.

Always good! came from California in June and it is one of the few things I missed from that state. I am happy there is one in my new home town.

A Double Double with Animal Style Fries and a Chocolate shake is the perfect remedy to any Manic Monday. Actually In and Out makes me feel better no matter what day of the week. I love the freshness of the burgers they make and the fries are always perfect. Every one at this location is always friendly and the service is fast. Thanks guys for giving us a much needed retreat from regular fast food.

Ive been eating at In N Out Burger starting in So CA since before most of the people who read this comment were born. Never once have I not had a great burger. Were talking over half a century...Now to the 3rd generation who love it as well.

Had my first EVER In-N-Out Burger at this location, and I was NOT disappointed! The staff are incredibly friendly, I’m talking Chick-fil-a level friendly. They were so kind in helping me navigate the menu as an out of state first timer, and made me feel like I mattered and was welcome! To top it all off the food was delicious. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience!

First time at and In-n-out. Was good. Milkshake was great. Fries not my favorite but ok. Staff was very friendly!!!!

Drive up was fast could understand what they were saying order was correct the 1st time I will return

Friendly folks with tasty burgers. They dont have a huge menu but you always know that you will get a premium burger at a reasonable price. The fries are spectacular and we enjoy it every time we go.

I loved the food, the staff was friendly, but I cannot get over just how many flies there are!! Theyre everywhere! My whole meal was spent swatting flies away from my face and food. Theyre flying around any table that has food and just sit like vultures before diving in. Would have been wonderful without all these bugs.

Went a few weeks ago, but the staff and food were amazing. Abigail was very friendly. They even stayed open part 1am to accommodate everyone.

Honestly so bad. You can’t convince me the fries aren’t cardboard. My boyfriend wanted to try cause he is from NYC and it was just so bad. So many better take out options right here.

Burger is great! Fries could use an upgrade as they are better at any other fast food stop. The line is quite slow and not well thought out (like chic-fil-a... Ahem). The awesome burger for cheap makes up for all this.

The service was remarkable very nice people, we had an animal style double double meal, a normal double double meal, normal fries, and 2 shakes which were very good although there was one problem with the normal double double.I dont know if they season their meat pattys with something special or if it was just salt but something in the burger was very salty to the point it made me not want to eat it anymore. I didnt return as I am traveling and am on my way home I dont expect the same mistakes next time so I gave it 5 stars because we were still very satisfied with our other items off the menu!!

I love In-N-Out burgers! Fresh, and crisp... these burgers never disappoint! The fries are freshly cut as needed from never frozen potatoes, and you can watch them do it from the drive-thru... I always get me a 3x3 protein style (no bun, wrapped in lettuce)... don’t forget your Animal Style fries; fresh fries topped with melted cheese, grilled onions and that secret sauce.... nothing fancy, just the best!

I have always wanted to try this place. We do not have this restaurant in my area. I really enjoyed the food. It is above average for fast food.

Service is always excellent the workers are always Polite and courteous and very happy Disneyland happy. The menu is not too big so its easy to make an order And its difficult for them to get the order wrong. Youre able to up your dinner there, to go or dine outside on the tables or get a box for your lap While enjoying your meal in your vehicle. Burgers are always meat fresh and juicy and the fries are fresh and dont seem greasy at all. highly recommend this place for a satisfying meal for a great price. they stay open pretty late, which is a plus for me since Im a night howl.

Always enjoy In-N-Out Burger. Even though sometimes we go through the drive thru and the line is long, it never takes too long getting you order. The burgers, fries, drinks, and shakes are always good. You wont be disappointed. Definitely recommend.

If you like things with no taste this is your burger place. If you try to add salt to give it taste the salt will not even tick to it. There just is no way to fix this place. I have eaten the ones in Cali as well and they are all the same...BLAND

This is one of the few places Ill get burgers and fries. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The reason for not giving 5 stars is theyre a little slow. I lived in California and know that orders can be much faster while keeping things fresh.

This was a great drive through experience even ad lunch 4uah on a weekend. The order taker outside was fast and friendly. Service at the window was quick and the food was fresh and hot. Burgers were flavorful, veggies were crisp and the bun was fresh and toasted. Absolutely no complaints or problems.

Im not a huge fastfood burger fan, but after moving to the south (in Texas), I dont mind fastfood burger again. In and Out is the only fastfood burger Ill eat and you probably know why. Customer service is phenomenal, people are friendly and the place is always clean.

Probably the king of fresh fast food burgers. Fries are mediocre, but at least you know theyre fresh.

Its just not good. It taste like pure chemicals. The fries are soggy. And the burger taste the same as McDonalds. Honestly I had this in Texas and everything I ate there was total garbage. Texas food is trash.

The head cashier is a terrific face for this business. The food on the other hand a disappointment! No mayo! Fries are soft. Shake is syrupy and over blended. Sorry but Whataburger beats you hands down ... you have a terrific crew of people ... but the food is such a disappointment

I love in n out burger! The quality of meat and veggie is amazing! They pay their employees well so you almost always get great service. The menu is simple. Very fresh!!

We came here with family and received fast, fresh, delicious food! We ate it so fast, I forgot to take pictures until it was too late. We enjoyed the Double-Double “Animal Style” with fresh-cut fries “Animal Style.” We sat and watched (from appropriately-spaced tables) as an employee quickly and expertly cut about 20 real potatoes into fries. It was a new experience for an In-N-Out rookie! The vanilla milkshake was also delicious, it tasted homemade (and SO thick!) All in all, it was fast food as it should be - real food, prepared fresh and served with a smile.

Clean and great cashier. Took a little longer than most fast food, but well worth it. Fresh burger with crisp lettuce and hot fries.

Great location, we always stop here on our way through Waco. They have a shaded outdoor area thats really convenient if youre traveling with dogs.

By far the fastest and freshest In N Out burger Ive ever had. I like to order off menu, animal style, protein style, with chiles, yet they bussed my order out in what seemed like under a minute. And the fries were the hottest Ive ever had from In N Out. A+

This was the first time we had been to In-N-Out burger. We heard a lot of rave reviews. The hamburgers were good but our hometown Dairy Bar has them beat, but for a regional or national chain they beat the big burger chains by a country mile.

I was in Waco for the first time and never tried In-N-Out Burger before. I went through the drive thru. They were so nice, quick, and my food was fresh and hot. I tried a cheeseburger (animal style) and a side of fries with a side of their special sauce. So delicious. It did not disappoint. Kind of glad I dont have this place near where I live or else Id gain 100 pounds lol.

The food was ok.. the fries werent fresh and the burger was decent but sloppily thrown together. The staff and the service however was EXCELLENT!!! They were friendly and welcoming and appeared like they loved their jobs.

I went through the drive through this past Saturday around 1 pm. My burger and fries were delicious as usual. In-n-out makes your order when you order it, so it can take more time to get it than you may realize. However, on this day, there was a long wait (approx 10 minutes) on an order in front of us, and it did not appear to be a big order. After finally filling this order, the line moved normally.I have experienced this at the In-N-Out in Katy as well. I’m not sure what happens, but it would seem that on these orders that inexplicably take longer to fill, there should be a way to have these people pull out of the line and let others receive their food. That’s my only complaint. Servers are very nice and efficient and always get my order right.

First time at an in and out burger abs it was excellent. Food was good, staff was courteous, sore was clean and well maintained!! Wish we had some in PA!!

During COVID OperationsGot a double double, with Onions and fries + a drink.*Burger was pretty good, would eat again 5/5*Fries were okay, nothing to write home about. 3/5Facilities were slightly subpar in regards to cleanliness. A couple near me and my wife asked their table to be wipe down. My wife and I also had a dirty table. They had all the napkins and condiments pulled and had to request them from the ordering area. 2/5Male bathroom was pretty trashed too, but its late. I get it. 2/5Overall - it was okay.

Excellent. You always know what you’re going to get. A fast, fresh, made-to-order burger & fries.However, due to COVID, you can’t refill your own drink. Instead, you have to wait for a staff member to refill it for you, which increases your contact exposure so it makes no sense. I don’t visit as often as I use to.We can get our own napkins, ketchup, salt, and refills in a safe manner. Please stop patronizing your customers.

The place was in a decent area, clean, workers were pleasant, and our person taking the order was very helpful since this was our first time. We all enjoyed our burger and fries. Good size, good flavor, soft buns. Prices were acceptable fir fast food. We would definitely go again, and liked it much better than our first time (also on this trip to Texas) at a Whataburger . And the bathrooms were clean .

Beast burger I had in years, I would go back next time, I do recommend you should go there.
